Commit to Evidence-Based Contribution
All edits must be supported by:

- Archival records
- Opinion or speculation cannot stand in place of documentation.
Use Neutral, Professional Language
The wiki is not a blog, forum, or social media page.
- Avoid sensationalism
- State facts without embellishment
- Label allegations clearly
- Keep tone steady and objective in contributor spaces
Protect Sensitive Information
If a document contains:
- Home addresses
- Phone numbers
- Emails
- Medical information
- Details about minors
- You must redact or summarize rather than upload private data directly.
Respect Copyright and Legal Boundaries
- Only upload files that are public, legally shareable, or released through authorized archives.
- Avoid reposting proprietary media unless it qualifies as allowable under fair use for investigative reference.
Collaborate in Good Faith
Assume others are trying their best
- Discuss disagreements respectfully
- Avoid edit wars
- Use Talk pages to resolve disputes
- Welcome newcomers, share knowledge, and guide respectfully
- Our goal is collective clarity, not individual ownership.
Transparency in Uncertainty
If something is unclear, contradictory, or only partially documented:
- Mark it as “Unverified,” “Disputed,” or “Unclear”
- Do not force certainty where none exists
- The integrity of the archive depends on honesty about what we do and do not know.
Protect the Project Itself
- No attempts to sabotage pages
- No deliberate misinformation
- No editing with political agendas or personal vendettas
- No doxxing of contributors or external individuals
- We are here to document truth, not distort it.
Accountability
Contributors who violate the Code of Conduct may receive:
- A warning
- A temporary suspension
- Permanent removal depending on the severity and frequency of violations.
