EFTA02706746 is a forwarded email sent to jeevacation@gmail.com, an account associated with Jeffrey Epstein. The message describes a newly arrived Brazilian person as “sexy and cute” and includes a damaged age string rendered as “=9yo.”
Three overlapping copies resolve that damaged string. EFTA00659212, EFTA01187999, and EFTA00952636 clearly display 19yo.
The available evidence therefore describes a 19 year old, not a nine year old and not a minor. The previous article title must be corrected.
Critical Correction
The title “2013 Email Referring to Minor in Message Sent to Jeffrey Epstein Associated Account” is not supported by the complete evidence set.
The target copy displays:
New Brazilian just arrived, sexy and cute, =9yo
The equals sign is part of a broader encoding failure. The same page contains other broken strings, including fragments such as “=mailto” and a corrupted French date line. It is not reliable to read “=9yo” as “9yo.”
The overlapping copies display the same sentence with the age clearly rendered as 19yo. Because 19 is above the age of majority in the relevant ordinary meaning, this email cannot accurately be described as referring to a minor based on the stated age.
This correction does not make the message harmless or erase the need for scrutiny. It prevents a false age claim from being added to the evidence record.
What the Email Shows
The message was sent on Thursday, January 17, 2013. It was addressed to jeevacation@gmail.com and carried the subject “TR:,” a common French abbreviation indicating a forwarded message.
The body announces the arrival of a Brazilian person, sexualizes their appearance, and states that they are 19 years old. The email closes with “Best regards.”
The message lists five JPG attachments:
- P1010280.JPG
- P1010282.JPG
- P1010283.JPG
- P1010285.JPG
- P1010271.JPG
Several overlapping copies also list an inline image named image001.jpg.
The public PDF does not reproduce the five listed JPG files as viewable attachments. Their contents, subjects, creation dates, and metadata therefore cannot be verified from this document.
Message Text and Meaning
The operative sentence is short. It states that a new Brazilian person had arrived, describes them as attractive, and gives their age as 19.
The wording resembles a promotional introduction, but the email does not state:
- The person’s name
- The person’s profession
- Whether the person was a model
- Why the person had arrived
- Where the person had arrived
- Whether Epstein met the person
- Whether the person knew the email was sent
- Whether the person consented to the photographs being shared
- Whether any employment, travel, payment, sexual activity, or recruitment followed
The presence of a modeling agency signature and five photographs makes a modeling related introduction a reasonable inference. It remains an inference, not a complete account of the person’s circumstances.
Recipient Account
The email was addressed to jeevacation@gmail.com. That account appears throughout the released Epstein records and is associated with Jeffrey Epstein.
The target page does not contain a reply from Epstein. It proves that the message was directed to the account, not that Epstein opened it, viewed the attachments, responded, met the person, or acted on the introduction.
Evidence of delivery to an associated account must be distinguished from evidence of personal receipt, knowledge, or conduct.
Sender and Forwarded Chain
The sender’s name and email address are redacted in EFTA02706746. The lower portion of the first page contains a forwarded French language header, but the names and addresses in that header are also redacted.
The forwarded header includes the French labels for sender, sent, recipient, and subject. It displays a time of 17:22 on January 17, 2013. The outer email was sent at 16:43:13 UTC, or 4:43 PM in the export.
The apparent ordering of 17:22 inside a message sent at 16:43 can be explained by different time zones, but the document does not identify the time zone used in the French header. Researchers should not assume a chronology beyond what the visible headers establish.
Mademoiselle Agency Signature
EFTA01187999 and EFTA00952636 preserve an email signature identifying Mademoiselle Agency at 111 rue de Longchamp, 75116 Paris. The signature also displays the agency’s website and redacted contact details.
The target copy heavily redacts the signature block. The overlapping copies make the organizational name and Paris address visible.
This establishes that a Mademoiselle Agency signature was embedded in the forwarded chain. It does not establish who at the agency authored the outer message, who supplied the photographs, whether the agency represented the 19 year old, or whether the agency knew that the material was forwarded to Epstein.
The Five Missing Attachments
All four reviewed copies list five files with camera style JPG names. Three copies also reference an inline image.
The PDFs do not display the five listed photographs. Page 2 of each two page production contains no substantive email text and does not reproduce the images.
Without the original files, researchers cannot determine:
- Who appears in the photographs
- Whether all five photographs show the same person
- When or where the images were created
- Whether the files contain EXIF metadata
- Whether the images were altered
- Whether the pictured person was 19
- Who owned or transmitted the images
- Whether the attachments were delivered successfully
The missing attachments are a production gap, not permission to speculate about their contents.
Overlapping Productions
The same message appears in four EFTA productions across DOJ Data Sets 9 and 11.
| EFTA record | Data set | Pages | Added value |
|---|---|---|---|
| EFTA00659212 | 9 | Two | Clearly displays 19yo, the recipient account, attachment names, and inline image reference |
| EFTA00952636 | 9 | Two | Clearly displays 19yo, Mademoiselle Agency, Paris address, website, and attachment list |
| EFTA01187999 | 9 | Two | Clearly displays 19yo, agency name, Paris address, website, signature graphic, and attachment list |
| EFTA02706746 | 11 | Two | Later R1 stamped production with damaged encoding that renders the age as “=9yo” |
These are overlapping copies of one email, not four separate introductions.
Why the Copies Differ
The productions vary in redaction, formatting, text extraction, and rendering.
EFTA02706746 contains heavy redactions and damaged encoded text. EFTA00659212 preserves the account and age clearly but obscures much of the signature. EFTA01187999 and EFTA00952636 preserve more of the Mademoiselle Agency signature while continuing to redact personal contact information.
The differences may reflect separate source exports, review passes, or rendering systems. The public records do not include a processing history that explains each variation.
When copies conflict, the strongest interpretation is the one supported consistently across the clearest versions. Here, three independent overlapping pages read 19yo. None clearly reads 9yo.
Evidence Appearances
| EFTA identifier | What appears | Evidentiary caution |
|---|---|---|
| EFTA00659212 | Outer header, jeevacation@gmail.com, five attachment names, inline image, and 19yo | Sender and most signature details are redacted |
| EFTA00659213 | Second page of the same production | No substantive additional email content |
| EFTA00952636 | Clear 19yo text, five attachments, inline image, Mademoiselle Agency signature, Paris address, and website | Personal contact details and sender remain redacted |
| EFTA00952637 | Second page of the same production | No substantive additional email content |
| EFTA01187999 | Clear 19yo text, attachments, inline image, agency signature, Paris address, and logo | Sender, recipient, and personal contacts remain redacted |
| EFTA01188000 | Second page with a partial rendering artifact | Does not reproduce the five listed photographs |
| EFTA02706746 | R1 stamped copy with corrupted age string and attachment list | “=9yo” is an encoding defect and must not be read as proof of age nine |
| EFTA02706747 | Second page with redacted signature continuation | No photographs or substantive new message text |
What the Records Establish
The overlapping records establish the following limited facts:
- An email was sent to jeevacation@gmail.com on January 17, 2013.
- The sender’s identity is redacted.
- The message described a newly arrived Brazilian person in sexualized terms.
- Three clear copies state that the person was 19 years old.
- The message listed five JPG attachments.
- Several copies referenced an inline image.
- The forwarded chain contained a Mademoiselle Agency signature with a Paris address.
- The target record contains encoding corruption that obscures the first digit of the age.
What the Records Do Not Establish
The records do not establish:
- That the person described was a minor
- That the age was nine
- The person’s name or identity
- That the person was represented by Mademoiselle Agency
- That the person was involved in sexual activity
- That trafficking, exploitation, or abuse occurred in connection with this email
- That Epstein opened the email or attachments
- That Epstein replied
- That Epstein met the person
- That travel, payment, employment, or recruitment followed
- Who created or supplied the photographs
- What the five attachments depict
- Whether the person consented to the photographs or their transmission
- Whether anyone at Mademoiselle Agency knew the email was forwarded to Epstein
Survivor Centered and Privacy Note
The person described in the email is not named in the public record reviewed for this article. EpsteinWiki should not attempt to identify them through photographs, social media, agency rosters, travel records, or speculative matching unless a compelling public interest and verified evidence justify publication.
The message objectifies a young adult and appears to circulate photographs without any visible statement of their knowledge or consent. That concern should be documented without falsely changing the stated age from 19 to nine.
Accuracy is part of survivor centered reporting. Misstating an adult as a child can harm the unidentified person, contaminate research, and weaken legitimate documentation of Epstein’s conduct involving minors.
