Rules governing access to EpsteinWiki, use of its archives, and participation in its research community

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of EpsteinWiki, including its public pages, knowledge base, contributor accounts, forms, research tools, community features, downloadable materials, and services controlled by EpsteinWiki.

By accessing or using EpsteinWiki, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Contributors must also follow the Editorial Standards, research procedures, community rules, and other policies that apply to their activities.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site. If you use EpsteinWiki on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

These Terms do not govern independent websites merely because EpsteinWiki links to them. Separate platforms, including Epstein Data, Discord, Reddit, Epstein Forums, Substack, document hosts, court databases, and social networks, maintain their own terms and policies.

Purpose of EpsteinWiki

EpsteinWiki is a collaborative public interest archive and research platform devoted to preserving, organizing, explaining, and investigating records connected to Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, associated people and institutions, survivors, litigation, government investigations, and related matters of public concern.

The site may contain court filings, government records, source documents, timelines, profiles, allegations, disputed claims, investigative leads, historical reporting, public records, analysis, and contributor research. EpsteinWiki attempts to distinguish verified evidence from allegations, associations, open questions, and unverified material.

An appearance in a source, address book, flight record, photograph, calendar, message, financial record, or social setting does not by itself establish knowledge of or participation in criminal conduct. Readers should review the underlying evidence and the context supplied on each page.

EpsteinWiki is independent. It is not a law enforcement agency, court, law firm, medical provider, crisis service, intelligence agency, political party, or official representative of any survivor or litigant.

Eligibility and Accounts

Anyone may read public pages subject to these Terms. You must be at least eighteen years old to create a contributor account, join a private research group, or submit material through a contributor workspace unless EpsteinWiki gives written permission and appropriate adult consent and safeguards are in place.

When creating or using an account, you agree to:

Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge
Maintain the security of your password and account access
Use only accounts you are authorized to use
Notify EpsteinWiki promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account
Keep restricted research and private group information confidential

You may use a pseudonym or display name when permitted, but you may not impersonate another person, survivor, journalist, researcher, organization, government office, or EpsteinWiki representative. A pseudonym does not excuse deception, harassment, evidence fabrication, or evasion of enforcement.

EpsteinWiki may approve, deny, limit, suspend, or close an account based on security, capacity, contributor standards, conduct, or the needs of the project. An application or account request does not guarantee access to private groups, unpublished records, administrative tools, or confidential discussions.

Acceptable Use

You may use EpsteinWiki for lawful research, education, journalism, commentary, historical preservation, public accountability, source verification, survivor advocacy, and other legitimate public interest purposes.

You agree to use the site in a manner that respects evidence, survivor dignity, privacy, security, and the rights of other people. You may link to public pages, quote reasonable portions with attribution, and cite EpsteinWiki as a secondary research resource. Whenever possible, research should also cite the primary record.

Permission to access public material does not authorize attempts to enter restricted systems, expose private information, overwhelm site infrastructure, or repurpose sensitive material for harassment.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use EpsteinWiki to:

Threaten, stalk, intimidate, harass, exploit, or target survivors, witnesses, contributors, staff, researchers, or members of the public
Publish or solicit home addresses, private phone numbers, personal email addresses, financial account information, government identification numbers, live locations, passwords, medical records, or other unnecessary private information
Identify or speculate about the identity of a person protected by a pseudonym, sealing order, redaction, or survivor privacy practice
Publish sexualized material involving a minor or any illegal sexual abuse material
Upload intimate images without lawful authority and a compelling editorial reason approved by EpsteinWiki
Present rumor, fabricated evidence, manipulated media, altered documents, synthetic media, or artificial intelligence output as authentic evidence
Make an allegation of criminal or abusive conduct without identifying the source and accurately describing its evidentiary status
Impersonate another person or falsely claim affiliation, credentials, access, survivor status, or official authority
Promote violence, retaliation, vigilantism, discrimination, or unlawful activity
Interfere with the site, introduce malware, scrape restricted areas, evade access controls, test vulnerabilities without permission, or attempt unauthorized access
Use automated systems in a way that materially burdens the site, bypasses technical limits, defeats security controls, or collects restricted information
Remove source information, watermarks, context, or attribution in a manner that makes a record misleading
Use site content to facilitate identity theft, extortion, witness intimidation, commercial profiling, or targeted harassment
Violate copyright, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, database, or other legal rights

EpsteinWiki may preserve evidence of prohibited conduct and may report credible threats, suspected exploitation, illegal material, or security incidents to a service provider, affected person, attorney, or appropriate authority when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect safety and rights.

Survivor and Minor Protections

Survivors are not raw material for entertainment, harassment, or engagement. Users must not pressure a survivor to disclose information, challenge a survivor to prove trauma publicly, circulate unnecessary intimate details, or turn a disagreement about evidence into personal abuse.

Public self identification does not waive every privacy interest. The fact that information appears in a court filing, archive, or earlier publication does not automatically make republication necessary or responsible. EpsteinWiki may summarize, redact, restrict, or decline to publish material when disclosure would create an avoidable risk of harm.

Information involving minors receives heightened protection. Users may not publish a minor’s school, schedule, live location, contact information, private family details, identifying metadata, or sexualized content. Historical records involving people who were minors may be discussed only with appropriate sourcing, context, redaction, and respect for survivor dignity. Contributions and Editorial Control

Contributions may include text, corrections, research notes, citations, timelines, transcriptions, metadata, images, audio, video, documents, database entries, comments, messages, and other submitted material.

You remain responsible for material you submit. You represent that, to the best of your knowledge, the submission is lawful, accurately described, and supported by any permissions needed for EpsteinWiki to receive and use it. You must disclose material limitations, uncertain authenticity, relevant edits, artificial intelligence assistance, and conflicts of interest when they could affect evaluation of the work.

Submission does not guarantee publication, attribution, confidentiality, payment, preservation, or a response. EpsteinWiki may investigate, verify, edit, annotate, contextualize, combine, reject, remove, archive, restrict, or correct contributions. It may change titles, formatting, summaries, classifications, citations, and wording to meet editorial standards.

EpsteinWiki may retain revision history and moderation records to preserve provenance, prevent abuse, document corrections, and protect the integrity of the archive. Closing an account does not automatically remove published contributions, citations, backups, or historical revision records.

Editorial decisions remain with EpsteinWiki. No contributor, tipster, source, subject, donor, or outside organization receives a right to control coverage merely because that person supplied information, requested a change, donated money, or participated in research.

License for User Contributions

You retain any copyright you lawfully hold in your original contribution. By submitting material to EpsteinWiki, you grant EpsteinWiki a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty free license to host, store, reproduce, format, edit, translate, excerpt, display, publish, archive, preserve, distribute, and create adaptations of that contribution for operating, protecting, promoting, and preserving the project.

This license continues for material incorporated into the archive even if you later close your account. EpsteinWiki may remove public attribution or restrict access when safety, privacy, legal obligations, or editorial integrity require it.

You may not grant EpsteinWiki rights that you do not possess. Supplying a document does not transfer ownership of the document or erase the rights of its creator, subject, publisher, photographer, court, agency, or other rights holder.

If you submit material subject to a separate license, public domain designation, court restriction, protective order, confidentiality duty, or attribution requirement, you must identify that condition clearly.

Tips and Sensitive Submissions

Submit an Epstein Tip is intended for good faith information related to the project. Do not send illegal material, malware, passwords, financial account data, government identification documents, or private information unrelated to a legitimate public interest purpose.

EpsteinWiki seeks to protect tipster identities and does not voluntarily publish a tipster’s identifying information without consent. However, submitting a tip does not create attorney client privilege, therapist client privilege, reporter source privilege, a fiduciary relationship, witness protection, or a guarantee of anonymity. Ordinary email and website forms may reveal technical metadata.

Information may be preserved, reviewed, summarized, cross referenced, verified, or shared within a limited team as reasonably necessary for research, safety, technical administration, or legal review. EpsteinWiki may disclose information when required by valid legal process or when reasonably necessary to address an immediate and serious safety threat as permitted by law.

Do not submit evidence that you obtained through unauthorized access, theft, hacking, coercion, violation of a court order, or another unlawful method. If the material creates legal or personal risk, consider consulting a qualified attorney before transmitting it.

Accuracy, Allegations, and Corrections

EpsteinWiki is a living archive. Records may be incomplete, disputed, redacted, mistranscribed, misidentified, later corrected, or interpreted differently by reasonable researchers. Publication reflects the information available at the time and may change as additional evidence emerges.

Users must distinguish among documented facts, sworn allegations, reported claims, analytical inferences, and open questions. A page about a person or organization does not necessarily accuse that subject of wrongdoing. Association alone is not proof of awareness, participation, or criminal conduct.

If you believe material is inaccurate, misleading, misidentified, unnecessarily private, or improperly sourced, use Contact EpsteinWiki and provide the page address, the exact statement at issue, the requested correction, and supporting documentation. EpsteinWiki may publish a correction, clarification, editor’s note, source update, or response when appropriate.

A correction request does not guarantee removal. EpsteinWiki may preserve accurate public interest reporting, allegations accurately attributed to their source, archival records, litigation history, and documentation necessary to explain a dispute.

Copyright and Other Intellectual Property

EpsteinWiki branding, original site design, and original editorial material are protected by applicable law unless otherwise stated. Third party records, photographs, filings, articles, videos, and other materials remain subject to the rights and restrictions applicable to them.

Government origin does not automatically place every record in the public domain. Likewise, the presence of a record in a court file or online archive does not automatically authorize every form of republication. Fair use under 17 U.S.C. Section 107 depends on the facts and circumstances of each use.

You may link to EpsteinWiki and quote limited portions for commentary, criticism, teaching, reporting, scholarship, or research, subject to applicable law and accurate attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale, remove attribution, falsely suggest endorsement, or sell a substantially duplicated archive without written permission.

Copyright Complaints

A copyright owner or authorized agent who believes material on EpsteinWiki infringes a copyright may send a written notice to pevans@epsteinwiki.com. The notice should include:

A physical or electronic signature of the authorized person
Identification of the copyrighted work or a representative list of works
Identification and location of the material claimed to infringe
Contact information for the complaining party
A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, the owner’s agent, or the law
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that the sender is authorized to act for the owner

EpsteinWiki may remove or restrict material while reviewing a complaint. A person whose material is removed may be permitted to submit a counter notification consistent with 17 U.S.C. Section 512. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter notification may carry legal consequences.

EpsteinWiki may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Information about designated agents and the federal notice framework is available through the United States Copyright Office.

External Services and Links

EpsteinWiki links to third party websites because primary records and useful research tools are distributed across many systems. A link does not necessarily mean that EpsteinWiki endorses the provider, agrees with every statement on the page, or guarantees the page’s accuracy, legality, security, or continued availability.

External providers may collect information, set cookies, restrict access, alter records, or apply separate terms. You access external services at your own discretion and should review their policies before creating an account, uploading material, or sharing sensitive information.

EpsteinWiki is not responsible for independent conduct, content, security, availability, pricing, or privacy practices of an external service.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools

EpsteinWiki may use artificial intelligence assisted tools for optical character recognition, transcription, translation, metadata extraction, duplicate detection, document organization, search, and drafting support. Artificial intelligence output is not evidence by itself and may contain errors.

Users must not present synthetic text, images, audio, video, citations, or documents as authentic source material. Material use of artificial intelligence in a contribution must be disclosed when it affects the content, interpretation, or verification of the work.

Do not enter restricted survivor information, private submissions, confidential group discussions, access credentials, or unpublished personal data into an external artificial intelligence system without authorization and appropriate safeguards.

EpsteinWiki may limit automated access, block abusive bots, require permission for bulk collection, and use technical measures to protect the archive and its users.

Site Availability and Changes

EpsteinWiki may add, change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any page, feature, account, tool, or service. It may perform maintenance, respond to security incidents, comply with legal obligations, or limit access when continued operation creates unacceptable risk.

The site may experience broken links, incomplete records, outages, data loss, technical errors, delayed corrections, or unavailable third party material. EpsteinWiki does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent preservation of every submission, or compatibility with every device.

Users should preserve their own copies of important source material and should not rely on EpsteinWiki as the sole repository for evidence, deadlines, legal records, or safety critical information.

Disclaimers

EpsteinWiki and its content are provided on an as is and as available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. EpsteinWiki disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, security, and uninterrupted availability to the extent those warranties may lawfully be disclaimed.

Nothing on the site is legal, medical, mental health, financial, investigative, cybersecurity, or other professional advice. Court deadlines, legal rights, health concerns, immediate danger, and evidence preservation needs should be addressed with an appropriately qualified professional or authority.

Historical and investigative material may be disturbing. EpsteinWiki cannot guarantee that every page includes a content warning. Users are responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to engage with sensitive material.

No statement in these Terms limits a right or responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EpsteinWiki and its administrators, volunteers, contributors, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from access to or use of the site, inability to use the site, reliance on site content, loss of data, external links, unauthorized access, or conduct of another user.

Where liability cannot be excluded, EpsteinWiki’s total liability arising from use of the site will not exceed the amount, if any, that the claimant paid directly to EpsteinWiki for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event. Some jurisdictions do not permit particular exclusions or limitations, so some language may not apply to a particular user.

This section does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or another matter that applicable law does not permit a party to exclude.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EpsteinWiki and its administrators, volunteers, contributors, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful conduct, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person’s rights, or material you submit.

EpsteinWiki may control the defense of a covered claim and may require reasonable cooperation. This section does not require indemnification for conduct caused solely by EpsteinWiki’s own unlawful acts where such indemnification is prohibited.

Enforcement and Account Termination

EpsteinWiki may investigate suspected violations and may warn a user, limit permissions, remove content, preserve records, suspend access, terminate an account, block technical access, or refer a matter for legal or safety review.

Enforcement may occur without advance notice when EpsteinWiki reasonably believes immediate action is needed to protect a survivor, minor, witness, contributor, system, investigation, legal obligation, or the integrity of the archive.

Failure to enforce a provision in one instance does not waive the right to enforce it later. Account termination does not eliminate obligations concerning confidentiality, intellectual property, archived contributions, indemnification, disclaimers, or liability that by their nature should continue.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to rules that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws.

Before filing a claim concerning these Terms or the site, a user should send written notice through Contact EpsteinWiki describing the dispute and requested resolution. The parties should make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty days, unless emergency relief or a filing deadline makes that impractical.

Any court proceeding that is not resolved informally must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, unless applicable law requires a different forum. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief to address unauthorized access, intellectual property misuse, threats, harassment, or an immediate safety risk.

Changes to These Terms

EpsteinWiki may update these Terms to reflect changes in the project, site functions, community standards, legal requirements, or security practices. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.

Material changes should be presented clearly and may be communicated through the site or contributor channels. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes do not retroactively grant permission for a materially different use of personal information where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If a court finds part of these Terms unlawful or unenforceable, that portion will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policy expressly applicable to a feature or contributor role, form the agreement governing use of EpsteinWiki. A separate written agreement signed by an authorized EpsteinWiki representative may control when it expressly states that it modifies these Terms.

Headings are provided for readability and do not limit the meaning of a provision.

For a report involving published content, include the page address, the exact material at issue, the requested action, and supporting documentation. Do not repeat unnecessary private information in the report.
