Key Takeaways
- The October 15 follow-up refers to a prior interview without giving its date or document number.
- The caller’s statements include information attributed to a friend, something she said she had read, and information she said came from documentaries. Those distinctions matter when assessing what she personally observed.
- EFTA01245428 is a possible earlier report: it shares the FBI case number and has the immediately preceding production number. The relationship is an inference, not an explicit cross-reference.
- EFTA01245431 contains no attached corroborating evidence, assessment of the caller’s credibility, investigative disposition or finding against anyone named.
What the record is
EFTA01245431, page 1 is headed 50D-NY-3027571 Serial 556 and is marked as one page. Its opening says that a person whose name and date of birth are redacted contacted a special agent to discuss information from a prior interview. The report is a narrative summary, not a verbatim interview transcript or a recording.
The date fields distinguish the telephone contact on October 15, 2020 from drafting and entry on January 13, 2021. The document does not explain that interval. Its location field does not establish where the caller was physically located.

What the caller reported
The narrative in EFTA01245431 says the caller wanted to know why nothing appeared to be happening with information she had supplied about Donald Trump. That is the caller’s expressed concern; the report does not provide the FBI’s investigative history or establish that investigators took no action.
The same paragraph records the caller’s statement that a friend in Florida used to see Epstein and Trump together frequently. This is information attributed to the friend through the caller. The file includes neither an interview with that friend nor particulars that independently verify the reported sightings.
EFTA01245431 then attributes to the caller an allegation that Trump was recruiting girls, while recording that she did not know whether the alleged recruitment was for Trump or Epstein. It also records her assertion that Trump operated through other people. These are allegations in the caller’s account, not findings adopted by the FBI.
When the agent asked about her knowledge of videos allegedly found in Epstein’s home, the caller said she had read about them. The document does not identify the publication, describe a video, or establish that any video depicted Trump or any particular conduct.
The closing part of the account records allegations that girls had been threatened and that the caller felt indirectly threatened by people who claimed to work for Trump. A claim of affiliation is not verification of employment, authorization or direction. When asked how she knew the information, the caller cited documentaries about Epstein. The short summary does not precisely allocate that closing explanation to every preceding assertion.
A possible earlier interview: EFTA01245428
EFTA01245428, page 1 begins a three-page FD-302 under the same FBI file number, 50D-NY-3027571, but with Serial 551. It records a telephone interview on June 19, 2020, a drafting date of December 30, 2020 and entry on January 12, 2021. Its continuation pages are stamped EFTA01245429 and EFTA01245430.
The earlier packet bears production number 3501.016-003 and stamps EFTA_00091312 through EFTA_00091314; the follow-up bears 3501.016-004 and EFTA_00091315. The adjacent production sequence, shared case number and overlapping subject matter make the June report a strong candidate for comparison. They do not by themselves prove that the same person supplied both accounts. EFTA01245431 neither names Serial 551 nor gives June 19 as the prior interview date.
Pages 1 and 2 of the earlier report describe claimed personal encounters and observations involving approaches at Trump Tower, alongside the interviewee’s interpretations and information attributed to other people. Page 2, stamped EFTA01245429, expressly records that the interviewee had never seen any females meet with Trump. That limitation should remain attached to discussion of the account.
The closing reference to documentaries in the October follow-up cannot responsibly be extended to every statement in the June report. The earlier narrative contains both asserted firsthand experiences and secondhand or media-derived information. Neither document independently corroborates those accounts, and the possible link between the two reports remains unconfirmed.

What these documents do and do not establish
The one-page follow-up establishes what the released report records: a telephone contact, attributed allegations, questions about sources of knowledge, and an administrative record of preparation. It supplies no attached recording, message, witness statement, employment record or other exhibit corroborating the allegations. The absence of such material in this page does not establish whether corroborating or contradictory material exists elsewhere.
The FD-302’s printed disclaimer states that the document contains neither recommendations nor conclusions of the FBI. Inclusion in an investigative file is not an FBI endorsement, a determination of guilt or a finding that an allegation is false. The page does not resolve the truth of the allegations or the outcome of any investigation.
The caller’s identifying fields are redacted. This entry does not infer an identity, assign a survivor designation, or connect private individuals through partial identifiers. The earlier report is discussed only as a document-level comparison.
