EFTA00025326: FBI Intake Report Alleging Child Sex Trafficking and Infanticide Involving Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump
A survivor allegation preserved in an FBI intake record, its earlier related tip, the named individuals, and the limits of the released evidence
Content warning: This article discusses allegations of child sexual abuse, sex trafficking, forced sexual acts, pregnancy involving a child, the killing of a newborn, and disposal of a body. The claims are disturbing and remain unverified in the public record.

EFTA00025326 is an authentic FBI intake record documenting what an unidentified complainant submitted to the FBI on August 3, 2020. The record alleges that the complainant was sex trafficked at age thirteen in 1984 by a family member and Jeffrey Epstein. It further alleges that numerous people paid to sexually abuse the complainant aboard boats and yachts connected to Mona Lake and Lake Michigan.
The complainant also alleged that her uncle killed her newborn child and disposed of the body in Lake Michigan. Donald Trump is named in the form’s “Witness Information” section, where the complainant alleged that he repeatedly paid to force sexual acts and was present when the uncle killed the child and disposed of the body.
The file proves that the FBI received and preserved the allegation. It does not prove that the alleged trafficking, sexual assaults, birth, killing, disposal, or Trump’s presence occurred. The four page package contains no FBI interview memorandum, investigative finding, vessel record, travel record, medical record, birth record, death record, witness statement, physical evidence, or prosecutorial decision corroborating the claims.
Key Takeaways
- The document is a genuine FBI intake record, but the allegations inside it are not FBI findings.
- The complainant described the August 3 submission as a follow up to a tip made three or four weeks earlier under an alias.
- A related July 6, 2020 intake in EFTA01249693 through EFTA01249698 contains the same central 1984 Lake Michigan allegations.
- The July record names Epstein but does not visibly name Trump. The August follow up adds Trump in the “Witness Information” section and accuses him of repeated paid sexual abuse and presence during the alleged killing and disposal.
- Trump is not accused in this intake of physically killing the newborn. The complainant attributed the killing and disposal to her uncle and alleged that Trump was present.
- The form’s “Witness Information” label is an intake field. It is not a legal finding that Trump was merely a witness, nor is it an FBI determination that the allegation was credible.
- The complainant reported a prior telephone conversation with an unnamed detective associated with an NYPD and FBI sex trafficking task force. The released four page package does not contain the corresponding call record or interview summary.
- The document lists Trump’s age as seventy. Trump was seventy four on August 3, 2020. That error is a data quality concern but does not independently prove or disprove the underlying account.
- The DOJ later broadly characterized sensational allegations against Trump in the released files as unfounded and false. No file specific investigative explanation accompanies EFTA00025326 in the public package.
- The correct archival position is neither to suppress the record nor present it as proven. It should be preserved as a serious, uncorroborated allegation that requires source tracing and investigative transparency.
Overview
The Federal Bureau of Investigation and Jeffrey Epstein record contains different kinds of material. Some files are investigative reports based on interviews. Some are evidence inventories. Some are subpoenas, laboratory records, emails, photographs, or court documents. EFTA00025326 is an intake record generated from information submitted through the FBI tip system.
That distinction controls how the file should be described. An intake document can accurately reproduce an allegation without establishing that the allegation is true. The FBI’s letterhead and case number authenticate the government’s receipt and preservation of the submission. They do not authenticate every statement supplied by the complainant.
The document is nevertheless significant. It provides a dated record of an allegation, identifies a prior submission, gives a specific period and geographic area, names Epstein as the subject, names Trump in a separate form section, and records the complainant’s request for renewed contact with an investigator.
Its greatest weakness is the absence of a public disposition. Readers cannot determine from these four pages whether agents verified the earlier tip, confirmed the reported telephone call, interviewed the complainant again, searched vessel or marina records, attempted to identify the uncle, compared the account with other allegations, or closed the lead as unsupported.

What the Complainant Alleged
The complainant alleged that a family member and Jeffrey Epstein trafficked her for sexual abuse in 1984 when she was thirteen and pregnant. She described multiple men, along with some women and girls, arriving at boats and yachts and paying money to force sexual acts.
The complainant identified the alleged incident period as May through September 1984 and described the primary location as a yacht on Lake Michigan originating from Mona Lake, Michigan.
The complainant further alleged that she gave birth during the period of exploitation. She stated that her uncle killed the newborn and disposed of the body in Lake Michigan. The document uses the word “infanticide” in the response to the form’s question asking what crime occurred.
The record does not state that the alleged abuse caused the pregnancy. It states that the complainant was pregnant while the alleged trafficking occurred and gave birth during that period. Articles stating that Epstein or Trump impregnated the complainant go beyond the text of this document.
The complainant alleged that Epstein helped orchestrate arrangements with her uncle. She said that people came to different boats and yachts, paid money, and forced sexual acts.
In the Trump entry, the complainant alleged repeated paid sexual abuse and claimed that Trump was present when her uncle killed the newborn and disposed of the body. The intake does not allege that Trump personally killed the child or physically disposed of the body.
| Allegation | Person attributed a role | Exact scope of the claim |
|---|---|---|
| Organizing access to the child | Epstein and the complainant’s uncle | Allegedly arranged paid access involving boats and yachts |
| Forced sexual acts | Epstein, Trump, and numerous unnamed people | Alleged participation as paying abusers |
| Killing the newborn | Complainant’s uncle | The complainant attributes the physical killing to the uncle |
| Disposing of the body | Complainant’s uncle | Allegedly placed the body in Lake Michigan |
| Presence during killing and disposal | Trump | Alleged presence, not alleged physical commission |
| Additional high profile participants | Unnamed people | No names or identifying details supplied in this package |
Every entry in this chart describes the complainant’s allegation. None is an adjudicated or independently established fact.
The Earlier July 2020 Tip
The August intake says the complainant had submitted a tip three or four weeks earlier under an alias. A related six page intake dated July 8, 2020 records a tip submitted on July 6. It appears in EFTA01249693, EFTA01249694, EFTA01249695, EFTA01249696, EFTA01249697, and EFTA01249698.
The July tip and August follow up share the same case ID and central narrative. The July complainant described alleged trafficking at age thirteen during the summer of 1984, numerous alleged assailants, boats and yachts on Lake Michigan, a pregnancy, the killing of a child born aboard a boat, and disposal in the lake.
The July intake contains additional claims. The complainant alleged sexual abuse by more than 176 men during the summer of 1984, named Epstein as a key participant, referred generally to actors, musicians, politicians, athletes, royalty, and wealthy men, and expressed fear for her safety and a desire to remain private.
Trump’s name does not appear in the visible witness fields of the July package. The August follow up is the record that visibly names him.
Intake progression
| Date | Record | Development | Evidence limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| July 6, 2020 | Online tip later preserved in EFTA01249693 through EFTA01249698 | Complainant alleges 1984 trafficking, numerous perpetrators, birth, killing, and Lake Michigan disposal | No visible Trump identification |
| July 8, 2020 | FBI intake date on related record | Earlier submission entered into FBI record | No disposition shown |
| Mid July 2020, according to complainant | Reported call from an NYPD and FBI task force detective | Complainant says she spoke for twenty to thirty minutes | No call log or interview report included |
| August 3, 2020 | EFTA00025326 follow up | Complainant gives real name, seeks the investigator, and names Trump | Claims remain uncorroborated |
| December 2025 | Public discussion after DOJ disclosures | Intake circulates widely online | Publication does not validate its contents |
The documentary connection between the two tips is strong because the August complainant explicitly references the earlier submission and the narratives align. Because names and birth details are redacted, the public cannot independently compare every identity field.
The Reported Investigator Contact
The August submission says a detective from an “NYPD FBI sex trafficking task force” telephoned the complainant from a 212 area code several weeks earlier. The complainant said the conversation lasted twenty to thirty minutes and covered the alleged trafficking, high profile individuals, and the newborn’s death and disposal.
She said she could not remember the detective’s name and did not have a return number. Her stated purpose in submitting the follow up was to obtain the detective’s contact information and learn whether further action would occur.
This is potentially important because it suggests the first tip received human follow up. It also means the claim that the FBI automatically ignored the submission is not supported by EFTA00025326 itself.
The four page package does not contain:
- The detective’s identity
- A telephone record
- An FD 302 interview memorandum
- Notes from the alleged conversation
- A lead assignment
- A referral to another field office
- A closing communication
- A credibility assessment
- A prosecutorial referral
The reported call therefore remains a statement by the complainant until matched with an agency record.
Why Trump Appears Under “Witness Information”
Trump appears in a section labeled “Witness Information.” That placement has produced misleading summaries in both directions.
Some summaries say the document merely lists Trump as a witness and does not accuse him of abuse. That is incomplete. The narrative within the field alleges repeated paid sexual abuse and presence during the alleged killing and disposal.
Other summaries call Trump the person who killed the newborn. That is also inaccurate. The complainant attributed the killing and disposal to her uncle.
The safest interpretation is literal:
| Form element | What can be said |
|---|---|
| Section label | Trump is entered under “Witness Information” |
| Narrative allegation | Complainant accuses Trump of repeated paid sexual abuse |
| Event allegation | Complainant says Trump was present during the alleged killing and disposal |
| FBI conclusion | None appears |
| Criminal charge | None resulted from this document in the released record |
| Legal status | Unverified allegation |
An intake field does not create a legal role. It does not determine whether a named person is a witness, subject, suspect, victim, or offender for investigative purposes.
Data Quality and Internal Anomalies
The intake contains several details that should be preserved without overstating their meaning.
Trump’s incorrect age
The form lists Trump as seventy. He was born June 14, 1946 and was seventy four on August 3, 2020. The four year error could have come from the complainant, an intake selection, or data entry. The public file does not identify its source.
General business address
The Trump entry lists Washington, District of Columbia, ZIP code 20500. That is a general White House related postal location during Trump’s first presidency. It does not place him in Michigan in 1984.
Threat to Life marked false
The electronic form says “Threat To Life: False.” The earlier July tip describes fear of retaliation and a desire for confidentiality. The field appears to classify whether the submission reported a current or imminent threat. It should not be interpreted as a finding that the complainant never feared harm or that the historic allegation was false.
Broad date and location
The alleged period spans several months. The location description refers to multiple boats and yachts around Lake Michigan and a yacht originating from Mona Lake. No vessel name, registration number, marina, owner, captain, crew member, or precise date appears.
Long reporting interval
The alleged events occurred in 1984, while the tips were submitted in 2020. The interval is approximately thirty six years. Delayed reporting is common in child sexual abuse cases and does not invalidate a report. It also creates practical corroboration problems involving memories, records, witnesses, and physical evidence.
| Issue | What it may affect | What it cannot decide alone |
|---|---|---|
| Incorrect age for Trump | Data accuracy | Truth or falsity of the entire account |
| Generic Washington address | Identification precision | Presence in Michigan in 1984 |
| Thirty six year delay | Availability of records and memory detail | Survivor credibility by itself |
| Multiple vessels without names | Ability to search maritime records | Whether abuse occurred |
| No exact birth or death date | Vital records search | Whether a child was born |
| No named investigator | Verification of the reported callback | Whether the FBI made contact |
Duplicate and Parallel File Identifiers
Public archives have circulated the same intake text under more than one EFTA starting number. Copies labeled EFTA00025010 reproduce the same August 3, 2020 submission, case ID, transaction number, and narrative found in EFTA00025326.
The EFTA00025326 package assigns consecutive page identifiers EFTA00025326 through EFTA00025329. The parallel copy begins with EFTA00025010. This appears to reflect duplication or renumbering across release collections rather than two separate August 3 tips.
| Identifier | Relationship | How to cite |
|---|---|---|
| EFTA00025326 | Lead page used for this EpsteinWiki article | Primary citation |
| EFTA00025327 through EFTA00025329 | Remaining pages in the same package | Page specific citations |
| EFTA00025010 | Parallel public copy with matching content and transaction number | Cross reference |
| EFTA01249693 through EFTA01249698 | Earlier July tip referenced by the August submission | Related evidence chain |
Researchers should use transaction numbers, case IDs, dates, and text comparison when identifying duplicates. Matching subject matter alone is not enough.
What the Record Establishes
EFTA00025326 establishes that:
- The FBI created an unclassified intake record under case ID 50D NY 3027571.
- An online submission was made through the FBI National Threat Operations Center on August 3, 2020.
- The person submitting the tip identified it as a follow up and supplied a real name after previously using an alias.
- The FBI record preserved allegations of child sex trafficking and the killing and disposal of a newborn.
- Epstein was entered as the subject.
- Trump was entered in the witness section and accused within the narrative of sexual abuse and presence during the alleged killing and disposal.
- The complainant requested renewed contact with an investigator.
- The document contains technical metadata associated with the submission.
- A related July tip exists within the same case record and contains substantially matching core allegations.
What the Record Does Not Establish
EFTA00025326 does not establish that:
- The alleged trafficking occurred.
- Epstein or Trump was present on any Lake Michigan vessel in 1984.
- Trump paid for or committed sexual abuse.
- A child was born during the alleged period.
- The complainant’s uncle killed a newborn.
- A body was placed in Lake Michigan.
- Any named or unnamed person was charged in connection with these claims.
- The FBI corroborated or disproved the allegation.
- The reported task force detective call occurred exactly as described.
- The person who submitted the July tip and the August follow up has been publicly verified through unredacted records.
- “Threat To Life: False” is a credibility finding.
- The “Witness Information” label represents an FBI legal conclusion about Trump’s role.
Corroboration Status
No corroborating evidence is attached to EFTA00025326. The public package does not identify a vessel, marina, crew member, passenger, payment, photograph, travel record, contemporaneous report, medical record, birth certificate, death certificate, recovered remains, or witness who independently supports the narrative.
The related July tip is not independent corroboration. It appears to be an earlier report from the same complainant. Repetition by one source can show consistency or development in the source’s account, but it does not create a second witness.
The publicly documented social relationship between Trump and Epstein also does not corroborate the Lake Michigan claim. Photographs, video, social reporting, and flight records establish that the two men knew each other and socialized during later years. They do not place either man aboard a Mona Lake vessel in 1984.
| Potential corroboration | Present in released package? | Research value |
|---|---|---|
| Named vessel | No | Could identify ownership, routes, marina, and crew |
| Vessel registration | No | Could establish whether a described yacht existed |
| Marina or fuel records | No | Could place a vessel at Mona Lake |
| Passenger or guest records | No | Could test presence claims |
| Financial payments | No | Could test alleged paid access |
| Medical or pregnancy record | No | Could establish treatment or pregnancy history |
| Birth or death record | No | Could support the newborn allegation |
| Body recovery record | No | Could support disposal allegation |
| Independent witness | No | Could corroborate events |
| Investigator call log | No | Could verify FBI follow up |
| FD 302 interview | No | Could show detailed questioning and consistency testing |
| Lead disposition | No | Could show what investigators concluded |
Comparison With Established Epstein Conduct
Epstein’s sexual abuse and trafficking of minors are established through his 2008 Florida conviction, the 2019 federal indictment, survivor testimony, civil litigation, and the conviction of Ghislaine Maxwell. Those established facts make reports involving Epstein important to preserve and investigate.
They do not automatically validate every allegation submitted under his case number. The charged conduct in the 2019 federal case principally concerned New York and Florida between 2002 and 2005. The EFTA00025326 allegation concerns Michigan in 1984, approximately eighteen years before the beginning of the period charged in that indictment.
| Context | Established record | Relationship to EFTA00025326 |
|---|---|---|
| Epstein abused minors | Established | Makes the allegation relevant, not proven |
| Epstein used recruiters and paid sexualized massages | Established | Shows a known exploitation model, not the alleged 1984 yacht operation |
| Epstein associated with Trump | Established socially | Does not prove presence in Michigan or criminal conduct |
| Maxwell participated in trafficking | Established by conviction | Maxwell is not named in this intake |
| Lake Michigan operation in 1984 | Not established by this file | Requires independent evidence |
| Newborn killing and disposal | Not established | Requires medical, vital, witness, or physical evidence |
DOJ Response and Denials
When sensational claims involving Trump circulated after the 2025 document releases, DOJ broadly described claims submitted shortly before the 2020 election as unfounded and false. News coverage by the Associated Press reported the department’s warning that release of a document does not validate its contents.
The public EFTA00025326 package does not contain a file specific memorandum explaining how this allegation was evaluated or why it was accepted, rejected, or closed. A broad departmental statement is an official denial or characterization. It is not a substitute for a documented investigative disposition.
Trump and the White House have denied wrongdoing connected to Epstein related allegations. Those denials must be included in any fair account. They also do not erase the historical fact that Trump and Epstein knew one another socially.
The record therefore contains three separate propositions:
| Proposition | Status |
|---|---|
| The FBI received the allegation | Confirmed by the intake record |
| The alleged events occurred | Unverified |
| DOJ later called sensational claims against Trump false | Confirmed as an official public position |
Legal Status and Evidence Limits
EFTA00025326 is not a criminal complaint filed in court, an indictment, sworn testimony, an affidavit, an FD 302 interview report, or a judicial finding. It is an administrative intake record generated from a tip submitted by a member of the public.
No charge against Trump, Epstein, the complainant’s uncle, or another person is shown as arising from this allegation. Epstein was already dead when the August 2020 tip was submitted. The record does not identify a referral for prosecution or a court with jurisdiction over the alleged conduct.
The allegation concerns events said to have occurred in 1984. Any legal analysis would require facts not supplied in the intake, including the precise location of each alleged act, the identity and age of the complainant, the identity of the uncle, the identity of other alleged participants, the vessel or vessels involved, and whether conduct occurred within Michigan territory, federal maritime jurisdiction, or another jurisdiction.
| Legal question | Public answer from this package |
|---|---|
| Was a sworn accusation filed? | No |
| Was an indictment returned? | No |
| Was probable cause found? | No finding shown |
| Was the allegation corroborated? | No corroboration shown |
| Was Trump charged? | No |
| Was another alleged participant charged? | No |
| Was the lead closed? | Not shown |
| Was a statute of limitations analysis performed? | Not shown |
| Did a court rule on credibility? | No |
These limits do not mean investigators should have ignored the report. They mean the public file does not allow readers to substitute an intake narrative for a completed investigation or legal judgment.
Survivor Centered Handling
The complainant’s identity is redacted and should remain protected. The July intake expressly states that the complainant wanted no public attention and feared retaliation. Researchers should not attempt to reverse redactions, identify the person through location data, publish private contact details, or pressure the person to speak.
Trauma informed documentation requires two commitments at the same time. A report of severe childhood abuse should not be mocked or dismissed merely because it was delayed, unusual, or difficult to corroborate. It also should not be converted into a public verdict without the evidence needed to support it.
The FBI and DOJ bear responsibility for explaining investigative handling without exposing the complainant. A meaningful public answer could disclose whether a lead was assigned, whether interviews occurred, what categories of corroboration were sought, and whether the matter was closed, while keeping survivor identifying information sealed.
Evidence Assessment
| Evidence factor | Assessment |
|---|---|
| Authenticity of FBI intake form | Strong |
| Proof that a tip was received | Strong |
| Connection to earlier July submission | Strong within the document chain |
| Proof of complainant identity | Not public because identifiers are redacted |
| Internal narrative consistency | Similar central account across two submissions |
| Independent corroboration | None shown |
| Time proximity to alleged events | Weak because submission followed about thirty six years later |
| Geographic specificity | Moderate, naming Mona Lake and Lake Michigan but no vessel |
| Identification specificity | Epstein and Trump named, uncle and others not publicly identified |
| Technical metadata | Supports submission route, not truth of allegations |
| FBI investigative disposition | Not shown |
| Prosecutorial or judicial finding | None |
| Appropriate publication label | Serious uncorroborated survivor allegation |
Media and Sleuth Coverage
Aaron Parnas correctly emphasized the central evidentiary distinction: the Lake Michigan document is a tip requiring investigation and corroboration, not proof. He also argued that releasing inflammatory intake material without the associated investigative record creates confusion rather than meaningful transparency.
W. A. Lawrence highlighted the allegation and the absence of an obvious public resolution. The headline says investigators “did nothing,” but EFTA00025326 itself records the complainant’s claim that a detective called and spoke with her for twenty to thirty minutes. The released package supports concern about missing follow up records, not a definitive statement that no action occurred.
OSINT Pulse published a dedicated fact check report on the Lake Michigan claims. The accessible portion identifies the report as independent analysis. Its conclusions should be evaluated against the primary documents.
Snopes separately fact checked the viral claim. The relevant distinction is that the document exists and contains the allegation, while the underlying events remain unverified.
Independent commentary can help identify leads and errors. The FBI intake and related pages remain the primary sources.
Common Misstatements
| Misstatement | Correction |
|---|---|
| “The FBI said Trump witnessed infanticide” | A complainant told the FBI that Trump was present |
| “The document proves Trump killed a baby” | The document attributes the alleged killing to the complainant’s uncle |
| “Trump is only listed as a witness” | He is entered in that section, but the accompanying narrative alleges sexual abuse |
| “The FBI verified the survivor’s account” | No verification appears in the released package |
| “The report says Epstein or Trump caused the pregnancy” | It says the complainant was pregnant during the alleged trafficking |
| “The FBI ignored the tip” | The complainant reported receiving a detective’s call, but the public record is incomplete |
| “Threat To Life: False means the FBI found her unbelievable” | It is an intake classification, not a credibility ruling |
| “The July tip independently corroborates the August tip” | Both appear to come from the same complainant |
| “An official DOJ PDF makes every statement official fact” | Government custody authenticates the record, not the allegation |
| “Trump and Epstein’s documented friendship proves this claim” | Social association does not establish the alleged 1984 events |
Questions That Still Need Answers
- Who received and assessed the July 6, 2020 tip?
- Was the person who called the complainant an FBI agent, NYPD detective, task force officer, contractor, or another employee?
- Does a call log or FD 302 memorialize the reported twenty to thirty minute conversation?
- Was the August 3 follow up matched to the July submission through the alias, contact information, transaction record, or case serial?
- Did investigators conduct a formal interview after the August follow up?
- Did investigators ask the complainant to identify her uncle and the unnamed high profile individuals?
- Did investigators seek medical, pregnancy, birth, adoption, or death records?
- Did investigators search missing child, unidentified remains, or Lake Michigan body recovery records?
- Did investigators seek vessel registrations, marina records, ownership files, photographs, or crew lists for Mona Lake during 1984?
- Did investigators examine the 1984 locations and travel histories of Epstein and Trump?
- Was the claim referred to an FBI field office in Michigan, New York, or New Mexico?
- Was the allegation presented to a prosecutor?
- Was the lead closed, and if so, what reason code was used?
- What specific evidence supported DOJ’s later public characterization that sensational claims against Trump were false?
- Why does the same intake circulate under EFTA00025326 and EFTA00025010?
- Are additional pages, attachments, lead sheets, interview reports, or closing records withheld from the public release?
- Can the government release a redacted investigative disposition while preserving the complainant’s identity?
