Jeffrey Epstein’s Penis: Witness Descriptions, FBI Records, Depositions and Medical Evidence

Snapshot

Descriptions of Jeffrey Epstein’s penis appear across police affidavits, FBI interviews, handwritten notes and sworn testimony. These details entered the investigative record years before the widely circulated September 2009 deposition clip. Several accounts describe small size or unusual shape, while the autopsy records normal circumcised genitalia without a length measurement.

The evidence traces a statement from handwritten notes into a typed FBI account, preserves a recorded interview describing very tiny size and documents Detective Joseph Recarey’s sworn confirmation that a witness supplied the egg shape description. A separate email and privilege log identify testimony and correspondence that remain to be located.

The records establish that investigators received and documented these descriptions, and that attorneys later contested anatomical questioning and inspection. They do not establish a verified length or a diagnosis of micropenis, a congenital disorder or permanent infertility.

Scope: Identified public records reviewed through October 6, 2026. Survivor names are withheld. Repeated productions are distinguished from additional witnesses. Redactions, incomplete transcription and unavailable records prevent a definitive count of independent witnesses or certification that every relevant record has been located.

Key Takeaways

  • Several interview records explicitly describe small size. The wording includes very tiny, really little, little and partially erect, small, and really small.
  • The handwritten phrase really little penis matches a typed October 2007 FBI account. These records document one account in two forms.
  • The oval description concerned a thick base and a thin, small head. It does not supply a measured overall length.
  • Epstein’s lawyers stopped his September 2009 deposition during anatomical questioning. The transcript contains no substantive confirmation from Epstein.
  • The two inch references are an estimate in a public interview and wording in a privilege log. Neither is a clinical measurement.
  • The autopsy and qualifying witness statements must remain visible. The files do not resolve all differences between the accounts.

What the Evidence Supports

QuestionSupported findingWhat remains unestablished
Were small size descriptions recorded?Yes. Several interview records explicitly preserve them.A verified anatomical measurement or definitive independent witness count.
Was unusual shape described?Yes. Police and FBI records preserve appearance accounts.A specialist diagnosis resolving the differing descriptions.
Did Epstein confirm the description? His deposition records the question and counsel stopping it.A substantive answer confirming the allegation.
Was two inches measured? The phrase appears in a privilege log and a later published estimate.A clinical measurement or the underlying Swiss witness statement.
Do the handwritten and typed notes add witnesses? They preserve matching wording from one account.A second independent witness merely because two records exist.
Does the medical form diagnose Peyronie’s disease? The condition is printed on the form but is not visibly selected.A diagnosis based solely on that printed option.
Does the autopsy settle erect size?It records normal circumcised genitalia after death.Erect length or an erection assessment.
Do 250 document appearances mean 250 witnesses? The index lists 250 page appearances, including repetition and derivative discussion.250 separate observations or independent confirmations.

How to Read These Records

A recorded interview transcript preserves questions and answers. An FBI interview summary records an agent’s account of what a witness said. Handwritten notes may preserve wording without reproducing a complete conversation. An affidavit places allegations into an investigative filing. A deposition records sworn questioning, but a lawyer’s question does not establish its premise.

An email reporting a deposition is a secondhand account. A privilege log identifies withheld material and may summarize its subject. A defense motion states a party’s position. An autopsy records a medical examination conducted after death.

EFTA numbers also require care. A linked number can identify the beginning of a PDF, while a later stamp identifies the page inside it. For example, EFTA01694840 begins the handwritten notes collection; PDF page 21 is stamped EFTA01694860. Different stamps on matching text do not establish different witnesses.

Why These Descriptions Matter

The August 2007 prosecutor memorandum places reports of unusual genital appearance within investigative planning. The descriptions were already part of the case before the September 2009 deposition brought the allegation wider attention.

Recarey’s sworn testimony provides a concrete point of comparison: he confirmed that the witness supplied the egg shape terminology. That helps distinguish the witness’s original description from a later investigator’s or lawyer’s characterization.

The inspection dispute documents efforts to obtain physical evidence and the defense’s opposition. It explains why a witness description, a lawyer’s question and a completed medical examination must be tracked separately.

Direct Descriptions of Small Size

The Recorded Interview Describing Very Tiny Size

EFTA00259696, PDF page 33, contains a witness’s recorded interview transcript. The printed transcript page is 23 of 43, and its release stamp is EFTA00259728.

The witness describes Epstein as physically built and says, “his weinie was very tiny.” The interviewer restates the description and asks whether she means his penis. She confirms that she does.

EFTA00007157, PDF page 15, repeats the tiny description in the Palm Beach police incident report. That page is stamped EFTA00007171. The transcript and report provide two documentary appearances of the account, rather than two established witnesses.

The witness also speculated about steroid use. Her anatomical observation and that speculation have different evidentiary value. This account does not document a steroid prescription, laboratory finding or medical diagnosis.

The October 2007 Really Little Account

EFTA00176922, PDF page 14, records an October 2, 2007 FBI interview, transcribed October 18. The relevant page is stamped EFTA00176935. The summary says his penis was really little and there was not much there.

EFTA01694840, PDF page 21, preserves matching handwritten wording: “really little penis” and “wasn’t much there.” The page stamp is EFTA01694860. This is the full page containing the handwritten excerpt circulated separately.

The matching wording connects the handwritten passage to the typed account. Together, they preserve the documentary trail for one statement.

EFTA01247509, page 2, and EFTA01250564, page 1, contain further appearances of this account. Additional copies occur in larger interview compilations.

The Little and Partially Erect Account

EFTA01250511, PDF page 2, describes his penis as little and partially erect. The witness reportedly briefly touched its head. The page is stamped EFTA01250512.

The communication is dated December 4, 2018, but identifies the underlying interview as June 25, 2007. Those dates must remain distinct.

EFTA00234505, page 8, reproduces the description in a prosecution summary under witness code JD12. That summary is another appearance of the account.

The Small Account With Limited Observation

EFTA01245565 records a witness saying that she did not look directly at Epstein’s penis but described it as small. Both parts of the statement matter.

The December 4, 2018 communication identifies an October 23, 2007 interview. An earlier form represented in EFTA01245563 carries an October 19, 2007 investigation date. The difference remains unresolved.

The description is an impression of small size with an explicit limit on observation.

The September 2019 Really Small Account

EFTA01247505, PDF page 2, records a September 18, 2019 FBI interview. The page stamp is EFTA01247506. The witness recalled his penis as really small and said she did not want to look at it.

The record was drafted November 25 and bears a December 4, 2019 form entry date. These later dates do not change the interview date.

The account resembles the October 2007 really little account in describing a single visit and a subsequent Florida Marlins game. This suggests a possible reinterview, but identity linkage remains unverified. It cannot safely be counted as an additional independent witness.

The Oval and Egg Shape Description

EFTA01308488, PDF page 12, contains the description in a probable cause affidavit signed May 1, 2006. The printed page is 12 of 22 and is stamped EFTA01308499.

The affidavit records a witness describing an oval appearance, with an erect penis that was thick toward the bottom and thin and small toward the head. The wording concerns shape and proportions. It does not state total length.

EFTA00007157, PDF page 41, repeats the description in the incident report dated July 25, 2006. That page is stamped EFTA00007197.

The same affidavit page also records an allegation of penile penetration. A later claim that his anatomy necessarily prevented penetration cannot be accepted as an established fact while this allegation remains in the record.

Recarey’s Sworn Confirmation of the Witness’s Wording

EFTA00298259, PDF page 30, contains Detective Joseph Recarey’s March 19, 2010 deposition. The sheet reproduces transcript pages 110 through 113 and is stamped EFTA00298288.

Recarey confirmed that the witness was 16 and had described the penis as deformed and oval. He also confirmed that she supplied the egg shape terminology; it was not a term he originated.

This is sworn testimony about how the police recorded the witness’s account. It does not represent another person independently observing Epstein’s anatomy.

Other Anatomical Descriptions

The Reported Urethral Opening

EFTA00038915, PDF page 2, records an August 2007 FBI account describing his penis as unusual and the urethral opening as being on the side rather than the tip. The page stamp is EFTA00038916. The witness said she never touched his penis.

EFTA00234505, page 4, reproduces this description in a prosecution summary under code JD2.

The record supports a reported appearance. It does not establish hypospadias, a congenital condition or any other diagnosis. It is not an explicit size estimate.

A Bend and an Unrecorded Size Gesture

EFTA01247322, PDF page 3, records a May 23, 2019 interview. The witness described a little bend and used two hands to indicate approximate penis size. The page is stamped EFTA01247324.

The written summary gives no dimension for the gesture. The word little modifies the bend. It should not be rewritten as a numerical length or an explicit claim of a little penis.

A Separate 2020 Deformed Penis Allegation

EFTA00020495, PDF page 2, records a male interviewee’s allegation of assault and a deformed penis. The FBI communication is dated August 24, 2020; the page stamp is EFTA00020496.

This is an allegation documented by investigators. The passage supplies no length and does not independently establish the alleged events.

The 2007 Prosecutor Memo and Urologist Lead

EFTA00190315, an August 14, 2007 travel authorization memorandum, states that three girls had mentioned an abnormal appearance. It also discusses a message involving Jean Luc Brunel and a urologist who could help Epstein with a problem.

This shows that anatomical descriptions had entered investigative planning by August 2007. The memorandum does not identify all three accounts, define the problem or report a completed medical examination.

The number three is the memorandum’s contemporary count. It should not be added to later interview counts without establishing whether the same witnesses appear elsewhere.

The September 2009 Deposition and Discovery Dispute

EFTA00726543, PDF pages 2 and 3, records Epstein’s September 2, 2009 deposition. After asking his name, attorney Spencer Kuvin asked about the alleged egg shape.

Defense counsel objected. When Kuvin continued by referring to the probable cause affidavit, counsel stopped the deposition. The relevant pages are stamped EFTA00726544 and EFTA00726545.

The transcript establishes the questioning and counsel’s decision to stop it. Epstein gave no substantive answer confirming the description.

EFTA00723218 contains his opposition to an inspection request and a motion for a protective order. The filing discusses a request to photograph his penis and argues that the discovery was irrelevant and intended to embarrass him. Those are defense arguments, not judicial findings about the witnesses.

EFTA00586446 contains Epstein’s Florida Bar complaint concerning Kuvin’s questioning and publicity. It repeats the dispute and incorporates supporting material. A complaint is not proof that professional misconduct occurred.

Requests for photographs, objections and reproduced transcripts document litigation over the allegation. They do not establish that an inspection occurred or supply an authenticated photograph or measurement.

The Email Reporting a Deposition Comparison

EFTA00763503 contains a February 10, 2010 email to Epstein signed Steve. It reports that, during the previous day’s deposition, a witness compared a boyfriend’s small penis to Epstein’s. Another released appearance is EFTA02429978.

The email is a lead to a deposition apparently held February 9, 2010. The underlying transcript has not been identified in this collection, so the comparison remains a secondhand report of testimony.

The sender also used the witness’s reported laughter to argue against her trauma allegations. The email documents his argument; it does not establish a clinical conclusion about the witness.

The Swiss Witness and Two Inch Reference

EFTA02770799, PDF page 27, contains a privilege log entry dated July 25, 2009, with Bates number 05258. The page is stamped EFTA02770825. Its description mentions a Switzerland witness, an egg shape and two inches.

The material is listed as joint work product. The entry identifies an evidence lead, but does not reproduce the underlying correspondence, witness statement or basis for the estimate.

EFTA01735286, page 3, contains another appearance of the log. Repeated logs do not establish multiple Swiss witnesses.

The reference shows that two inch wording appears in a document dated well before the 2025 public interview. It does not establish that the two references concern the same person or that either estimate was measured.

The Public Survivor Interview

Tina Brown’s November 17, 2025 interview reports a publicly speaking survivor describing a lemon shape and a very small erect penis, with an estimate of about two inches. Her name is withheld here.

This is a published firsthand recollection, rather than sworn testimony or a specialist examination. Her interpretation of its connection to his behavior is a separate assertion. Other outlets repeating the interview do not add witnesses.

Qualifying and Contrary Evidence

Mark Epstein’s Deposition

EFTA00181510, PDF pages 94 and 95, contains Mark Epstein’s September 21, 2009 deposition. The pages are stamped EFTA00181603 and EFTA00181604.

He said the published egg shape allegation surprised him. He acknowledged having seen his brother’s penis but did not remember anything unusual or resembling an egg.

This is relevant contrary recollection. The exchange does not establish when he last observed it or provide a measurement.

A Witness Who Did Not Notice an Abnormality

EFTA01076068, PDF page 10, contains a November 11, 2009 compulsory medical evaluation transcript. On printed transcript page 152, the witness did not identify an abnormal appearance, while explaining that she was not really looking and did not know.

The observation and its limitation belong together. This passage cannot serve as a definitive anatomical examination.

The Autopsy Description

EFTA00130065, PDF page 14, contains the August 11, 2019 autopsy’s external examination. The page is stamped EFTA00130078.

The report states: “The genitalia are atraumatic and of a normal, circumcised man.”

This is contrary medical evidence to an unqualified assertion that a gross anatomical deformity was established. The passage records no penile length and does not assess an erection. It does not resolve the witnesses’ impressions of erect size.

EpsteinWiki’s autopsy guide places this examination within the wider medical examiner file.

Medical Forms and Unsupported Diagnoses

EFTA00304571 is Harry Fisch’s October 27, 2015 form naming Jeffrey Epstein as the patient. Testicular Failure is visibly marked, with handwritten code 257.2.

The same form prints Peyronie’s Disease, Condyloma of Penis, male infertility and azoospermia among available diagnoses. Their appearance on the menu does not establish that those diagnoses were assigned. The Peyronie’s Disease and Condyloma of Penis rows are not visibly selected.

The form also lists Penile Duplex Doppler among tests that could be scheduled, without a visible selection on that row. A printed test name does not prove that a test was ordered, performed or abnormal.

This distinction is essential when searching medical records. Text extraction can return every printed condition on a form while losing the visual distinction between selected and unselected entries.

EpsteinWiki’s reproductive history examines the separate hormone, treatment and fertility records. Those records should not be used to fill gaps in the anatomy evidence.

No diagnosis of micropenis, hypospadias, Peyronie’s disease or a congenital syndrome is established by the anatomy records identified here. Nor do they establish that genital appearance caused his abuse or that he could not penetrate anyone.

Enhancement Advertising and Other False Matches

EFTA01980581 contains generic Dr. MaxMan promotional material promising enlargement. It is advertising, not a personalized examination, purchase receipt or treatment record.

EFTA02006902 contains a September 2012 penis growth promotion addressed to Epstein’s email accounts. Its presence establishes receipt or retention of promotional content, not a request for treatment or evidence of use.

EFTA00786704, page 2, contains messages quoting Stormy Daniels’s description of Donald Trump. The anatomy discussed belongs to Trump.

EFTA01250052, page 6, concerns Leon Black’s penis. It is another subject mismatch.

Joke newsletters, advertising testimonials and general discussions of sexuality produce further search matches. Clothed photographs and redaction box dimensions do not provide reliable anatomical measurements.

Investigative Reporting and Speculation

Julie K. Brown’s February 3, 2026 report addresses FBI witness statements, redacted emails and penis pills. It provides reporting context; the original records remain the basis for the individual findings here.

Jennifer Koonings’s February 8, 2026 article asks whether reconstructive surgery altered an identifying characteristic. The article’s question does not establish a penile operation. A surgeon’s specialty or a general surgical appointment does not identify what procedure a patient received.

Carlyn Beccia’s article about a possible congenital disorder offers a medical hypothesis. A hypothesis must remain distinct from a documented diagnosis. The identified anatomy records do not establish that condition.

Evidence Appearances and Repeated Productions

The broader anatomy index contains 250 identified document appearances, each corresponding to a listed page. These include repeated statements, legal discussion and qualifying material. The total does not represent 250 witnesses or independent confirmations. The following table identifies additional appearances of the principal accounts.

Questions Still Unanswered

  1. Where is the February 9, 2010 deposition referenced in the email signed Steve, and what precisely did the witness say?
  2. Can the correspondence logged under Bates 05258 be located, and who supplied its two inch estimate?
  3. Is the September 2019 really small interview a reinterview of the October 2007 really little witness?
  4. Why do the small with limited observation records carry October 19 and October 23, 2007 dates?
  5. Which three accounts did the August 2007 prosecutor memo refer to?
  6. Does interview audio or video clarify the May 2019 two hand gesture?
  7. Do medical examination records contain an actual penile measurement or specialist anatomical finding?
  8. What did the court ultimately decide about inspection, and was any examination completed?

The strongest finding is the documentary trail: witnesses described specific anatomical features, investigators recorded their accounts and lawyers contested the subject in civil litigation. The handwritten and typed records preserve one statement across two forms. Recarey’s deposition identifies the source of another description. The autopsy supplies a different medical observation. Those records give readers evidence they can examine, while the missing deposition, withheld correspondence and unresolved witness links define the remaining investigation.

Appendix of Identified Document Appearances

This appendix preserves 250 identified document appearances from the broader anatomy search, each linked to a specific page. It includes copies, derivative discussion and qualifying material. Grouping is based on wording and context, not verified survivor identity. Not every listed reproduction has been compared visually with the original page.

Entries are grouped by wording and context. This is a record index, not a tally of independent witnesses. A single page may contain a reproduction of a statement rather than the original statement.Tiny description

Recorded interview and police summaries

The recorded interview contains a witness description of a very tiny penis. The police report repeats the wording using the term wee wee. A witness also speculated about steroid use; that speculation is not medical evidence.

Oval appearance

Police account and subsequent reproductions

The witness described a thick base with a thin, small head and an oval or egg shape. This concerns shape and proportions and does not itself establish a measured overall length. Copies, prosecution briefs and book excerpts repeat this account.

Really little description

FBI summary and original notes

The October 2, 2007 FBI interview, transcribed October 18, records a really little penis and not much there. The handwritten page EFTA01694860 carries the matching phrase. Multiple released copies of the same account are not independent witnesses.

Little and partially erect

FBI interview summary

The record describes a little penis that was partially erect. The June 25, 2007 interview is reproduced within a December 4, 2018 electronic communication. A prosecution summary identifies this account as JD12.

Small with limited observation

FBI interview summary

The witness described the penis as small while also saying she did not look directly at it. Preserve both statements. The original form lists an October 19, 2007 investigation; the later electronic communication describes an October 23, 2007 interview. The date discrepancy should remain visible.

Really small in 2019

FBI interview summary

A September 18, 2019 interview records a really small penis. The record was drafted November 25 and bears a December 4, 2019 entry date. Its single visit and Florida Marlins game details resemble the 2007 really little account. Treat it as a possible reinterview until identity linkage is verified, not an established additional witness.

Deposition reported in email

Secondhand report of testimony

A February 10, 2010 email to Epstein signed Steve reports a witness comparing a boyfriend’s small penis to Jeffrey’s during the previous day’s deposition. It does not substitute for the transcript. The sender’s claims that laughter disproves trauma are unsupported assertions.

Swiss witness lead

Privilege log description

A July 25, 2009 entry identifies correspondence with a description mentioning a Swiss witness, an egg shape and two inches. This is a discovery lead, not the underlying witness statement or a medical measurement. The listed Bates number is 05258.

Urethral appearance

FBI interview summary and prosecution summary

An August 13, 2007 interview describes an unusual penis and a urethral opening reportedly on the side. This is an appearance account, not a diagnosis or an explicit small size claim. A prosecution summary labels the witness JD2.

Bend and gesture

FBI interview summary

A May 23, 2019 interview records a slight bend and a two hand gesture indicating approximate size. The text supplies no numerical dimension. Do not translate the gesture into a measurement.

Other deformed description

FBI report of an allegation

An August 24, 2020 communication records a male interviewee alleging an assault and seeing a deformed penis. The statement is an allegation recorded by investigators. It does not give size or establish the alleged events as proven.

Contemporaneous prosecutor memo

Investigation memorandum

An August 14, 2007 travel authorization memorandum states that three girls had mentioned an abnormal appearance. It also refers to a message about a urologist helping with a problem. The memo does not identify the three accounts, provide measurements or prove a diagnosis.

Legal questioning and later discussion

Derivative legal records, emails or reporting

These pages mention the appearance allegation, litigation questioning, motions, complaints or media coverage. They are not automatically additional eyewitness accounts. Review each original page for its precise procedural role.

Mark Epstein response

Sworn deposition

In his September 21, 2009 deposition, Mark Epstein said he had read the allegation but had never heard or seen that appearance. He said he did not remember anything unusual. This is relevant qualifying evidence.

Contrary or qualifying observation

Recorded medical evaluation

In a November 11, 2009 compulsory medical evaluation transcript, a witness did not identify an abnormality but explained that she was not really looking and did not know. Preserve the limitation rather than presenting a definitive anatomical finding.

Autopsy description

Medical examination

The August 11, 2019 autopsy describes genitalia as atraumatic and those of a normal circumcised man. It gives no penile length and does not describe an erection. This qualifies claims of established anatomical abnormality without resolving witness estimates of erect size.
