Important Points and Key Takeaways

Greg Conners’s update reports that New Mexico’s transportation department acknowledged an aircraft registration request and promised a written update by November 6. He also reports an FAA acknowledgment assigning a federal request number.

The new information concerns the progress of records requests. It is not a release of the aircraft registration files or the five flight plan spreadsheets.

Both reported acknowledgments remain attributed to Conners. The accessible article reproduces his request and summarizes the responses. This review did not obtain the actual agency letters independently.

What the Reporter Says Changed

The October 27 article identifies the state request as IPRA 26-2177-02 and the FAA matter as FOIA 2027-00489. Conners says the federal request was assigned to the FAA’s Office of Security and Intelligence without a response date.

He reports broadening the state search to additional company names and five aircraft registrations: N908GM, N474AW, N491GM, N722JE and N331JE. The stated purpose is to look for aircraft registration paperwork even where a private airstrip did not generate the permitting records sought earlier.

The November 6 date is the reporter’s account of a promised written update. It should not be described as a guaranteed production date or a deadline independently verified against the original notice.

Evidence Appearances and Exact References

The five page EFTA00010702 correspondence provides independent support for the underlying retrieval target. Page 1, stamped EFTA00010702, lists five Excel attachments and contains the FAA’s January 28, 2020 explanation of the supplied flight plan information.

Page 2, EFTA00010703, describes a January 14, 2020 transmission of registration information for N331JE and N722JE and company documents for Hyperion Air LLC. That supports distinguishing the registration packet from the separate flight plan spreadsheets.

The checked pages do not authenticate the 2026 request numbers, the assignment of the request or the state’s reported response date. Those details come from the original reporter. A historic attachment list and a current request acknowledgment answer different evidentiary questions.

Why the Update Matters

A tracking reference gives a future inquiry a concrete subject. An agency response can then be compared with the request, its clarification and any later production. It cannot establish the contents of records that have not been received.

A useful future review would inventory each file, preserve its metadata and distinguish filed plans from completed travel. It would separately test any passenger claim rather than infer people from routes or ownership.

EpsteinWiki’s existing helicopter report explains the earlier five spreadsheet lead. This update adds a reported administrative trail, while preserving the unresolved status of the requested data.

Uncertainties and Open Questions

Will the November 6 update supply records, identify additional search time or describe exemptions? Will the FAA locate the five named attachments and the registration materials? Are any searches limited by retention schedules or changing registration numbers?

No production was verified here. A negative search response would describe that agency’s search and holdings; it would not establish that an aircraft never existed, never traveled or left no record elsewhere.

Survivor identifying details are excluded. A registration, corporate connection or flight record does not by itself establish participation in abuse.
