Who Was Daniel Siad?

Daniel Amar Siad was a Swedish and French modeling scout who communicated extensively with Jeffrey Epstein.

Recently released records identify Siad as someone who searched for young women and models, sent photographs and profiles to Epstein, coordinated introductions, and discussed scouting across Europe and other parts of the world.

Siad appeared approximately two thousand times in the released Epstein records, according to reports examining the document corpus. His communications spanned numerous countries, including Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Latvia, Spain, France, Morocco, South Africa, and Cuba.

The records do not show that Siad was merely forwarding professional modeling portfolios to a legitimate client. Many messages contain sexualized descriptions, dehumanizing language, and discussions of finding young women for Epstein’s personal attention.

Siad denied knowingly participating in criminal activity. He reportedly told CNN that he believed he was helping women pursue modeling careers and portrayed himself as having been manipulated by Epstein.

Those denials must be evaluated against the content, repetition, and duration of his communications.

Jean Luc Brunel Identified Siad as a Recruiter

One of the most important pieces of evidence comes from Jean Luc Brunel, the modeling agent who worked closely with Epstein.

Records describe Siad as a scout or recruiter of girls and women for Epstein. This characterization is especially significant because it came from inside the modeling network rather than from an outside observer.

Brunel operated international modeling businesses and received financial support from Epstein. He was arrested in France on December 16, 2020, and faced charges involving rape of minors and sexual harassment. He denied wrongdoing and died in a French jail in February 2022 before trial.

Siad’s communications belong within that broader recruitment system. They should not be evaluated as isolated messages between two acquaintances.

Siad’s Messages Contained Dehumanizing Discussions of Women

Bekah Day describes Siad’s conversations with Epstein as among the most disturbing messages in the released files.

The communications reportedly include photographs, profiles, travel discussions, plans to locate young women, and descriptions treating women as products to be selected and delivered.

The language matters because it helps establish the purpose of the relationship.

A model scout might legitimately send photographs to an agency or client. However, a repeated pattern of sexualized descriptions, personal delivery arrangements, references to very young women, and messages unrelated to legitimate bookings can reveal a different function.

Each message still requires individual review. Researchers should identify the date, sender, recipient, subject, attachments, referenced woman, age if known, travel arrangements, and whether the introduction actually occurred.

A disturbing message can be compelling evidence of intent. It does not independently establish every act alleged in later reporting.

Siad Was Under Investigation in France

French authorities opened a framework investigation on February 18, 2026, concerning organized human trafficking and criminal conspiracy.

According to a statement reproduced in Bekah Day’s report, approximately ten investigators were assigned to analyze the document production and review evidence from the earlier Jean Luc Brunel case.

The prosecutor’s statement reportedly said that 24 women had come forward or been identified. Sixteen had been interviewed, with additional interviews scheduled.

The investigation also expanded internationally. French authorities requested legal assistance from the United States and participated in European cooperation involving Poland.

Siad was subjected to special investigative measures, including telephone interception.

One point in the original report requires correction. Bekah Day writes that authorities were preparing to arrest Siad. The prosecutor’s statement quoted in the same article says the intercepted communications had not produced evidence sufficient to justify his immediate arrest.

Therefore, the available official statement supports that Siad was under active investigation and wiretap surveillance. It does not establish that an arrest was imminent.

Siad Died While the Investigation Was Active

Siad was found dead at his home in Colombes, a suburb of Paris, on July 20, 2026.

At the time of the initial reporting, French authorities said an autopsy would be conducted to determine the cause of death.

The timing naturally generated questions because Siad had recently spoken with CNN and was under investigation. However, timing is not evidence of foul play.

No public evidence currently establishes that Siad was killed, threatened, or silenced. The death should be described as unexplained pending an official cause, not as an assassination or proven suspicious death.

French prosecutors stated that the broader investigation would continue despite the termination of criminal proceedings against Siad caused by his death.

That distinction is important. Siad’s death ended the possibility of prosecuting him personally. It did not end the investigation into other individuals or the wider recruitment system.

The Thiley Account Appears to Have Been Operated by Siad

The central new finding concerns an X account called Thiley.

Bekah Day and Katie Chenoweth used the Wayback Machine to recover archived versions of the profile and its posts. The account’s display name changed over time, while the underlying username reportedly remained consistent.

Most importantly, archived videos posted through the account appear to show Siad’s face. One video from February 2026 reportedly shows him discussing his work for Epstein and presenting himself as another person harmed or manipulated by the financier.

That video provides stronger attribution evidence than political posts alone. Anyone can copy photographs or create an account using another person’s name. A video of the apparent account operator speaking about personal experiences known to Siad makes impersonation less likely.

Even so, a complete authentication would require platform records, account registration information, archived profile data, original media metadata, or confirmation from someone with direct knowledge.

The public evidence strongly suggests that Siad controlled the account. It is not equivalent to a forensic finding from X.

The Account Repeatedly Promoted Donald Trump

The archived Thiley account contained repeated posts supporting Donald Trump.

According to the report, the account wished Trump a happy birthday, sent him positive messages, criticized Democratic leaders, and described Trump in language including “our savior.”

The account also shared content supporting political figures aligned with Trump or international nationalist movements.

The posts reportedly began shortly before Epstein’s July 2019 arrest and continued until approximately June 2026. Siad died the following month.

This evidence supports the conclusion that Siad publicly promoted Trump for several years.

It does not establish that Trump knew Siad operated the account, communicated with him through it, paid him, directed the content, or authorized Siad to act on his behalf.

The phrase pro Trump account is supported. The phrase Trump operative would not be supported by the currently available evidence.

Siad, Epstein, Trump, and Bin Sulayem Lived Near One Another

Bekah Day notes that Siad, Epstein, Trump, and Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem maintained residences or spent significant time in the Palm Beach area.

Geographic proximity can help researchers identify possible social overlap, shared events, or local networks. It does not establish personal contact.

The report also includes a photograph of Siad with bin Sulayem, establishing at least a social connection between those two men.

Bin Sulayem appears in Epstein communications, including a disturbing message concerning a torture video. That message requires its own context and authentication. A person expressing approval of a video does not by itself establish who created it, who appeared in it, or whether it depicted a real act.

The Palm Beach overlap is an investigative lead. It is not proof that all four men coordinated or socialized together.

An Epstein Conversation Mentioned Trump and Other Recruiters

Bekah Day previously examined an exchange involving Siad and Epstein that referenced Jean Luc Brunel, former Trump Models recruiter Tigran Khachatrian, and Donald Trump.

The report observes that Siad, Epstein, Brunel, and Khachatrian are now dead, while Trump remains alive.

That observation is factually dramatic but evidentially limited. The deaths occurred at different times, in different places, and under different circumstances.

The fact that several people mentioned in one conversation later died does not establish a common cause, coordinated silencing, or threat to the surviving person.

The evidentiary value lies in the conversation itself. Researchers should determine exactly why Trump was mentioned, what role each participant played, whether any proposed introduction or meeting occurred, and whether related messages exist.

The later deaths should not be used as a substitute for that document analysis.

The Account Promoted French Nationalist Politics

The Thiley account also posted content involving Jean Marie Le Pen, Marine Le Pen, and other figures associated with the French nationalist right.

Photographs show Siad with Jean Marie Le Pen on more than one occasion. These images establish social access, although they do not define the depth or purpose of the relationship.

Jean Marie Le Pen founded the National Front, later renamed National Rally. His political career included repeated controversies involving racism, antisemitism, immigration, and statements minimizing the Holocaust.

Marine Le Pen later became the party’s leading public figure.

The account’s support for both Trump and the Le Pen political movement is ideologically consistent with international nationalist networks active during this period.

However, ideological similarity and shared public support do not establish organizational coordination.

The Report Connects Siad to the Movement for the Self Determination of Kabylia

Siad also held a role connected to the Movement for the Self Determination of Kabylia, commonly known as MAK.

The movement advocates independence or self determination for the Kabyle region of Algeria. Siad reportedly served as a diplomatic representative connected to the movement in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain.

The Thiley account promoted an Israeli and Kabyle political partnership. Siad also posted material supporting Israel and expressing hostility toward Islam.

These facts help explain the account’s political content and Siad’s access to international political circles.

They do not establish that the movement, Israel, or any government knew about or participated in Siad’s work for Epstein.

Political affiliations must not be converted into guilt by association.

Photographs Place Siad Near Prominent People

Bekah Day presents photographs showing Siad with prominent political, financial, entertainment, and business figures.

These reportedly include Jean Marie Le Pen, Benjamin de Rothschild, Philippe Pastor, Salma Hayek, François Henri Pinault, Woody Harrelson, and former Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra.

A photograph can establish that people were present together at a particular place or event. It does not establish friendship, business activity, knowledge of Epstein, or participation in wrongdoing.

The report is strongest when a photograph is paired with communications, travel records, business documents, or repeated contact.

A single event photograph should remain contextual evidence rather than an accusation.

There is no evidence in the report that Salma Hayek, François Henri Pinault, Woody Harrelson, or the other photographed individuals participated in Epstein’s crimes.

The Alleged French Delegation Photograph Remains Unresolved

The report discusses an image that was claimed to show Siad during a French delegation visit to Israel with Yaël Braun Pivet, President of the French National Assembly.

Bekah Day acknowledges that the man in the photograph may instead be French Ambassador Frédéric Journès.

Because the identification is unresolved, the photograph should not be used as evidence that Siad joined an official French delegation.

This is a good example of responsible visual analysis. A resemblance may produce a lead, but it cannot support a factual identification without higher quality imagery, event photographs, facial comparison, attendee records, or confirmation from someone present.

The report’s uncertainty should remain attached whenever the image is discussed.

Siad’s Cuba Messages Are Documented in EFTA01621961

One of the report’s strongest primary source sections concerns Cuba.

In EFTA01621961, Siad told Epstein that he planned to travel to Havana and Santiago de Cuba around the time of Fidel Castro’s funeral.

The messages include Siad describing new women he had met and promising to keep Epstein informed. The exchange also discusses a possible modeling business in Havana involving Joey Hunter, a former president of Ford Models.

The document places Siad in direct communication with Epstein while traveling internationally and discussing both women and a proposed modeling operation.

Bekah Day also reports that other communications concern potential business with one of Fidel Castro’s sons.

This evidence strengthens the conclusion that Siad’s role extended beyond occasionally sending Epstein a model’s photograph. He was exploring new locations, networks, and possible modeling infrastructure while keeping Epstein updated.

The Modeling Industry Was the Access Point

Siad’s documented activities fit a broader pattern within Epstein’s network.

Modeling offered access to young women seeking international careers. Scouts and agents could identify candidates, request photographs, arrange travel, introduce women to wealthy men, and frame personal meetings as professional opportunities.

This structure gave recruitment a legitimate appearance.

The existence of a modeling introduction does not prove trafficking. The investigative concern arises when the introduction is combined with sexualized communications, vulnerable or underage candidates, private travel, nonprofessional meetings, payments, coercion, or survivor testimony.

The Trump Account Does Not Prove a Trump Relationship

The most important limit on the report concerns its headline finding.

If the archived account was operated by Siad, it establishes that one of Epstein’s recruiters publicly supported Trump.

It does not establish:

That Trump knew Siad
That Trump communicated with Siad through the account
That Siad worked for a Trump campaign
That Trump paid for or approved the posts
That the account was part of a political influence operation
That Siad’s recruitment activity was connected to his political posts
That Trump had any role in Siad’s death

Trump’s separate relationship with Epstein is documented through photographs, social contact, statements, party attendance, and other records. Those facts do not transform every Trump supporter within Epstein’s extended network into a direct Trump associate.

The account is a meaningful addition to Siad’s biography. Its deeper significance remains unresolved.

Siad moved through modeling networks, political circles, wealthy social environments, and international locations. He communicated with Epstein about women across multiple countries. He apparently maintained a political account that promoted Trump and nationalist causes. He was under active French investigation when he died.

None of those facts should be inflated into a conspiracy that the evidence cannot support.

Together, however, they show why Siad deserves far more scrutiny than the label modeling scout suggests. His communications, travel, social connections, political activity, and contact with women should be preserved and examined as part of the international infrastructure surrounding Epstein.
