Context
An FD-302 is the standard form used by the Federal Bureau of Investigation to document witness interviews conducted during criminal investigations. These reports summarize statements provided by witnesses and investigative observations but are not sworn testimony.
In this interview, investigators asked the witness to clarify details about her alleged first interaction with Donald Trump while she was between approximately 13 and 15 years old and in the company of Jeffrey Epstein. The witness stated that after she bit Trump, he allegedly pulled her hair and punched her on the side of the head.
The witness also discussed the imprisonment of her mother, who she said served approximately two years in federal prison in Columbia, South Carolina after an embezzlement conviction connected to blackmail involving Epstein and an associate identified as Jim Atkins.
Alleged Threats and Intimidation
The witness stated that after the abuse she experienced involving Jeffrey Epstein and his associates, she began receiving threatening phone calls from unidentified individuals she believed were connected to Epstein.
According to the testimony, the threatening calls began when she was approximately 16 or 17 years old. Many of the calls appeared on caller ID as “No ID” and often included only noises or brief threatening statements. In one instance, a caller allegedly stated: “You better keep your mouth closed.”
The witness reported that the threats occurred intermittently over many years. Early on they occurred more regularly, while later the incidents became sporadic, sometimes separated by years.
Threats Directed at Family Members
The witness also stated that threatening calls were directed toward her mother prior to her death. According to the testimony, callers told her mother to leave the island where they were living.
The witness reported that the callers appeared to know personal information about her family, including the location of her mother’s assisted living facility. During calls to that facility, the callers allegedly used abusive language regarding her mother’s age and health.
The witness also indicated that one of her mother’s former husbands received at least one threatening phone call related to the situation.
Although the callers never identified themselves as acting on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein or Donald Trump, the witness stated she believed the harassment was connected to individuals associated with Epstein.
Suspicious Phone Message Incident
The witness described a later incident in which a man left a message at her workplace claiming to be calling from a doctor’s office to check on her. The witness considered the message suspicious because the doctor’s office had no knowledge of her workplace and confirmed they had not made the call.
After hearing the message, the witness reported leaving work immediately with her daughter because she believed the message may have been a threat related to Epstein or individuals connected to him.
Alleged Vehicle Intimidation Incidents
The witness also described several incidents in which she believed vehicles attempted to run her off the road.
One incident occurred while she and her mother were driving at night on Interstate 5 near Oregon. According to the testimony, two vehicles repeatedly flashed their headlights and maneuvered in ways that appeared intended to force her vehicle off the road.
Another incident occurred approximately two to three years before the interview while the witness was driving on Interstate 5 in Washington early in the morning. She reported that a dark sports utility vehicle struck her car from behind, forcing her through a traffic circle where she blew out a tire, broke her mirror, and struck a sign.
The witness did not report the incident to police but later stated that employees at a nearby gas station had seen the crash and asked about the damage to her car.
Investigative Significance
This FBI interview highlights allegations of intimidation and harassment described by a witness connected to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation.
The witness stated she had no other known conflicts or circumstances in her life that would explain years of threats and harassment, leading her to believe the incidents were connected to Epstein or individuals associated with him.
Claims of intimidation and witness pressure have appeared in multiple civil lawsuits and investigations related to Epstein’s trafficking network and the prosecution of Ghislaine Maxwell.
