The most consequential page is EFTA01682411. It records an inquiry to New Mexico agencies about Epstein and Zorro Ranch. The writer recorded that some agencies reported no records and that a Santa Fe County sheriff’s office contact relayed a statement about Epstein requesting that police stay off the premises unless called. This is a note of what the writer says they were told. It is neither an agency finding about everything that happened at the ranch nor proof that such a request became an enforceable policy.

What the Document Is and How to Read It
The released file is a scan of loose handwritten pages, not a finished police report. It has blacked out names and contact information. Some pages carry dates, but the document has no continuous narrative, signed conclusion, evidence inventory, or visible explanation of how the pages were assembled. A name on one page cannot automatically be connected with an allegation on another.
The first page is dated February 16, 2006. Later pages refer to February 2005, January 2006, February 26, March, and April 2006. These are dates written in notes, not necessarily the creation dates of every page. The notebook should be used as an index of leads to check against interviews, police reports, charging records, travel records, and property documents.
What the Forum Transcription Reveals
The forum transcription is especially useful where the handwritten scans cannot be searched as ordinary text. It connects each numbered image to its EFTA page ID and draws attention to details a quick review of the PDF could miss. The following readings were checked against the images:
- Page 1 includes the possible “Harley case?” notation, a “tapes/grand theft” fragment, “dildo” and “sex shop,” the question about an eighteenth birthday, and a cluster of phrases apparently concerning a redacted person. The scan supports treating these as jotted points. It does not identify the source of the claims or validate the insulting characterizations.
- Page 3 includes “Guys & Dolls” and “WPB” beneath the theft and shoplifting notes. The transcription proposes “Fairstein” beside “NY DA office,” but the scan does not allow that name to be stated as certain.
- Page 6 supplies geographic travel leads, including Youngstown and Pittsburgh airport. “On board” is written at the top. No person is linked to a particular aircraft on that page.
- Page 10 preserves the distinction between the writer’s record search notes and what a redacted sheriff’s office contact reportedly said about police coming onto the ranch.
- Pages 15 through 22 contain additional names that the transcription recovers. Because those pages have no clear Epstein reference, their names are recorded in the page guide without classifying those people as his associates.
- Pages 23 and 24 include dates, Reynolds Hall, a reported video, school police, and allegations about a redacted individual. The transcription’s Epstein reference is limited to a reported conversation involving a New York lawyer. The scans do not make Epstein a participant in the alleged campus incident.
The transcription is a research aid, not an independent witness or an official finding. Its bracketed uncertainties and illegible passages should remain uncertain when cited elsewhere.

The Defense Notes and Florida Offense Codes
On the opening page, the writer grouped Fronstin and Dershowitz with Mitch Weber and a series of shorthand points about credibility, a receipt, an airplane, and a person whose name is redacted. The forum transcription also reads “actress,” “best liar,” and “anything for money” in this cluster. Those are the note writer’s unverified characterizations, not findings about the redacted person. The list appears relevant to defense preparation or investigative anticipation of defense arguments. Its fragments do not establish who proposed a particular argument or whether it was used. An independent police record identifying Fronstin as Epstein’s attorney helps corroborate his role in the broader investigation; it does not decode every line of this page.
The statutory page records “lewd exhibition,” “lewd molestation,” and “unlawful sex act w/minor” next to Florida sections 800.04 and 794.05. Redacted names sit beside the entries. These are candidate legal classifications or case notes. A charge, probable cause finding, conviction, or dismissal would have to be verified from the corresponding official record.
The Ohio travel page mentions Youngstown and Pittsburgh airport, but contains no tail number, full date, passenger names, or flight record. The rental car page likewise identifies a car model and rental company without proving who used it. Both are leads, not established itineraries.
What the Zorro Ranch Page Actually Says
EFTA01682411 records a search for intelligence or cases concerning Epstein in New Mexico. The writer lists New Mexico State Police and notes nothing in its records, then lists Albuquerque police and notes no records. Under the Santa Fe County sheriff’s office, the writer again records nothing, followed by a reported remark from a redacted contact that Epstein had personally requested no police presence on his premises without a call. The same passage says deputies occasionally patrolled the area and had been told not to come by. Names and the exact source of the supposed request are redacted.
Several limits matter. The page does not specify which databases were searched, the years covered, the search terms used, or whether any written agency response was obtained. It does not prove there were no reports elsewhere. It also does not show a written directive, agreement, or legally binding restriction on officers. The handwritten estimate of 100 acres should not be treated as a surveyed size for the wider ranch property.
The note remains significant because it documents an early inquiry into local records and a specific lead about access to the ranch. EpsteinWiki’s Zorro Ranch entity investigation provides the later ownership and management context. The New Mexico Department of Justice’s investigation notice confirms that questions about alleged crimes at the ranch continued long after this 2006 note.
Associates, Properties, and the Dinner Notation
EFTA01682412 is headed “Associates” and identifies Maxwell as a girlfriend and Mark Epstein as a brother. It also contains Elizabeth Johnson and Elizabeth Ross Johnson in property lines, plus references to Vail, Millbrook, West Palm Beach, and Eva Anderson. The handwriting and brackets do not supply deeds or explain whether both Johnson names identify the same person. Treat the purported coownership entries as leads for title searches.
EFTA01682413 has a “Million/Billion Dinner” heading, a redacted pair of names, and “Jeffrey Epstein 2000.” The format does not establish an event date, guest list, or Epstein’s attendance at a particular dinner. A line calls him a member of the Trilateral Commission, but this page alone does not verify membership. The same sheet lists New York City, El Zorro Ranch, central Ohio or New Albany, and Little St. James. These are research locations rather than proof that each property was owned personally by Epstein at the time of the note.
Christine Drangsholt and Maxwell appear together at the bottom of the page. The bare names do not establish criminal conduct, recruitment, or a trip to any location listed above them.
Why the Remaining Pages Need Separate Treatment
Pages 15 through 22 shift to names, driver license details, a vehicle, and a separate dated account. The forum transcription identifies several names, which are cataloged above so researchers can find the pages again. The available text does not tie those individuals to Epstein. Pages 23 and 24 appear to concern a reported campus incident involving a recording, school police, and a redacted person. Page 23 says a New York lawyer knew of Epstein and asked about him. The same page mentions a possible perjury issue, a missing video or computer, and a statement about locks on doors. These are investigative notes, not verified findings or a court disposition. The brief Epstein reference is not evidence that he was involved in the recorded incident. Repeating the allegation as an Epstein crime would misrepresent the source.
The inclusion of these pages in one released PDF may reflect the way notes were copied or collected. Without the cover sheet, author identification, and surrounding investigative file, their relationship cannot be reconstructed reliably. The redactions also make some identities impossible to verify publicly.
