Cristalle Wasche

Snapshot

Field Documentary detail
Name indexed Cristalle Wasche
Known window Three indexed dates in 2001 and 2005; an October 2002 courier invoice; 2008–2009 financial records
Primary evidence Pilot log, page 88; courier invoice, page 6; wire instruction; check records below
Verification requirement Distinguish visible names, initials and redactions; separate payment instructions from bank posting details

The inspected records include handwriting read as Cristalle Wasche, the name Cristalle M. Wasche in a wire instruction, CRISTALLE M WASCHE in a sender field, and Cristalle Washe as the payee on two checks. Similar names and first-name-only references need to be assessed separately; none of these records establishes a package’s contents or a trip’s purpose.

Key Takeaways

  • The record includes a wire instruction, check images with bank posting details, a first-name-only reimbursement request and a courier entry, alongside three indexed flight dates.
  • A reimbursement message names only Cristalle and leaves the payment approval stage visible.
  • Travel agency invoices and private aircraft movements must not be added into one flight count.

What the Documents Reveal

The retained flight-index snapshot associates this name with June 22 and December 13, 2001, and November 8, 2005. The primary pages support different levels of identification. Page 88 of the pilot log contains handwriting read as Cristalle Wasche on the December 13, 2001 TIST–HPN entry. The June 2001 and November 2005 pages inspected contain redactions, so their route and aircraft details must be separated from the index’s passenger attribution. These scattered dates do not establish continuous presence or employment.

Page 6 of an October 14, 2002 FedEx invoice records a package picked up on October 4 and delivered on October 5. It places CRISTALLE M WASCHE in the sender field. This is an invoice entry, not an original shipping label or an account of who physically packed or handed over the parcel. The page does not identify its contents or purpose.

The Primary Flight Log and Its Limits

EFTA02846460 is a released copy of a pilot log. Its first page bears the Government Exhibit 662-RR sticker and a separate “Publicly released in U.S. v. Maxwell” marking. The relevant entries are on pages 84, 88–89 and 117. A log records the keeper’s dates, routes, aircraft details and passenger notations; it does not establish the purpose of a trip or wrongdoing by a named person. Redacted names are not reconstructed from other copies or an online index.

Researchers should distinguish the first historical log entry from its later reproduction as a spreadsheet, court exhibit, OCR transcription or online index. These can all refer to one journey. Counting each repetition as independent confirmation creates a false sense of corroboration.

Retrieved Flight Index Entries

The three dates below appear under this name in a retained snapshot of Epstein Data’s flight finding aid examined for this review. The table separates those index associations from what the cited primary pages visibly show. It is not a verified total of this person’s travel, and the earlier October 14 search has not been independently reproduced.

The evidence column identifies the inspected pages used to assess each indexed movement. A cited page can support the date, route or aircraft without visibly naming this traveler. Some original sources preserve only a route, initials or redacted passengers, while a derivative compiler supplies a full name. Those distinctions must remain visible. Multiple source labels can refer to copies or transcriptions of one underlying record.

Indexed dateRecorded route and aircraftPrimary-page evidence and limit
2001-06-22TEB–LFPO; N909JE; flight 1518Pilot log, page 84, and litigation summary chart, page 27, show the date, route and aircraft. Relevant passenger text is redacted in these copies; they do not independently establish the index’s full-name attribution. The chart summarizes the same movement, not a separate journey.
2001-12-13TIST–HPN; N908JE; flight 37Pilot log, page 88, contains handwriting read as Cristalle Wasche. Page 88 also carries large handwritten annotations whose meaning is not resolved here. Page 89 repeats flight 37 with CW among its initials. These are two entries for the same movement, not two flights. The summary chart, page 9, has redacted passenger text.
2005-11-08TIST–KJFK; N908JE; trip 352JEGE manifest, page 43, and pilot log, page 117, support the movement. The relevant passenger names are redacted; Cristalle Wasche is an index attribution, not a full name independently read from these pages.

Financial Records: A Wire Instruction, Check Posting Records and a Reimbursement Request

The November 11, 2008 wire instruction asks JPMorgan to send $99.02 from a COUQ Foundation account for credit to Cristalle M. Wasche. This is a client instruction preserved in bank records. It is not, by itself, a settlement record proving the transfer completed or explaining its purpose.

A January 8, 2009 C.O.U.Q. Foundation check names Cristalle Washe as payee for $989.96; the same bank-produced page records a debit posting date of January 15, 2009. A second C.O.U.Q. Foundation check names Cristalle Washe for $291.34 and carries both a check date and a posting date of April 2, 2009. These pages include posting information as well as front-and-back check images. They document debit posting, not independent confirmation of final receipt by a particular person, and do not explain the payments’ purpose. Washe is the visible document spelling; the similarity to Wasche is not, by itself, a complete identity record.

A July 10, 2009 email whose From field reads Rich Kahn records two reimbursement amounts for a person referred to only as Cristalle: $671.09 for FSF and $645.43 for JEE personal. The message says Sarah approved them and asks the recipient for permission to pay. The released page supplies neither Cristalle’s surname nor a reply approving payment. Its identification with Cristalle Wasche remains uncertain, and it is not proof that either reimbursement was paid. FSF remains the source’s unexplained abbreviation here.

Shipping and Commercial Travel Appearances

The courier entry described above belongs to the October 14, 2002 invoice and records October pickup and delivery dates. It is not a separate September shipment. The earlier commercial-travel claim relied on a Shoppers Travel ledger, but its cited pages could not be independently inspected in this review. The purported December 2001 and June–July 2002 invoice entries therefore remain unverified here.

The travel agency ledger and the private flight index are separate systems. Their entries must not be added into a combined flight count. The agency record can contain bookings, fees or adjustments, while the private log describes a specific aircraft movement.

What the Combined Record Supports

The inspected documents show handwriting read as Cristalle Wasche in the December 2001 log entry, CRISTALLE M WASCHE in the October 2002 sender field, Cristalle M. Wasche in the November 2008 wire instruction, and Cristalle Washe as payee on two 2009 checks with bank posting details. The other two flight associations remain index-level identifications in the copies reviewed. The first-name-only reimbursement email and the similar Washe check spelling require separate identity caution. None of these records establishes a formal job title, a recruitment role or criminal participation.

Questions and Unresolved Issues

  • What independently verifiable evidence supports the index’s full-name attribution to the June 22, 2001 flight?
  • Can the November 8, 2005 passenger attribution be verified without reconstructing redacted information?
  • What additional evidence, if any, connects the Washe payee spelling and the first-name-only reimbursement request to Cristalle Wasche?
  • What do the unavailable Shoppers Travel ledger pages actually record about bookings, fees or adjustments?
