Dana Burns

The name Dana Burns appears in Epstein-related passenger manifests from 2005. The Epstein Data entity index summarizes shared-flight associations between January 6 and April 6, 2005, but that interval is not the limit of the primary record: passenger manifests also visibly list the name on April 27 and May 10, 2005. A name in a record does not by itself establish the identity, occupation, knowledge or conduct of a particular person. April 27 manifest; May 10 manifest.
Snapshot
| Field | Evidence summary |
|---|---|
| Name as indexed | Dana Burns |
| Dates and scope | Entity-index associations: January 6 to April 6, 2005. Separately checked manifests also list the name on April 27 and May 10, 2005; these are not an exhaustive travel range. |
| Indexed record mentions | The entity index displays 27 document mentions and lists 11 sample source IDs. These are not 27 independently verified trips, and the sample list is not a complete flight-log inventory. |
| Reported shared flights | 43 is the sum of shared-flight relationship weights across 11 co-listed names. The entity data separately lists 19 relationship entries; neither number is a count of unique trips by Dana Burns. |
| Primary records to compare | EFTA02778657, page 59: April 27 passenger manifest; page 62: May 10 passenger manifest. The three financial-document name hits are classified separately below. |
| Legal status | No criminal allegation established by these records |
Important Findings and Key Takeaways
- The entity-index interval is incomplete as a travel chronology. The separately checked April 27 and May 10 manifests extend beyond its January 6 to April 6 association window.
- Shared flight counts need caution. A graph connection may reflect a co-listed name on one flight leg and can be repeated across source copies of a manifest.
- Source versions overlap. Multiple EFTA documents may reproduce a single underlying flight log, so record mentions cannot simply be added to produce trip totals.
- Identification remains limited. The cited public index does not independently establish Dana Burns’s occupation, relationship to Epstein or role in any unlawful activity.
Flight Appearances and Documented Associations
The Epstein Data entity index reports eight shared indexed flights with Jeffrey Epstein and pilot Larry Visoski between January 6 and April 6, 2005, five with Sarah Kellen, five with Nadia Marcinkova, five with Larry Morrison, five with David Mullen, two with Adriana Mucinska, two with Bill Hammond, and one each with Ghislaine Maxwell, Jean Luc Brunel and Andrea Mitrovich. These are secondary index associations, not conclusions that any two named individuals knew each other or committed an offense.
Two directly checked passenger manifests supply more useful flight evidence than the entity profile’s general document sample. EFTA02778657 page 59 lists Dana Burns on the April 27, 2005 Teterboro-to-Palm Beach flight, trip 1772, on N909JE. Page 62 lists the name on the May 10, 2005 Palm Beach-to-Teterboro flight, trip 1776, on the same aircraft. These are recorded passenger-name entries, not proof of a particular person’s purpose or conduct. Page 59; page 62.
Shortened names and initials need separate caution. The January 6 log row in EFTA02778657 page 13 reads “DANA,” while later pilot-log rows use “DB.” Those abbreviations alone do not establish a surname. The financial-document name hits in the entity profile also do not independently establish that their subject is the same person as a passenger. Page 13; page 15.

| EFTA01596205, page 1 | A name appearance on a check, not a flight manifest. It does not by itself establish the passenger’s identity. |
| EFTA01278123, page 34 | A name appearance in a financial statement, not a flight manifest. No private account details are reproduced here. |
| EFTA01661868, page 724 and page 1360 | Name appearances on checks within a large production. These selected pages do not establish a flight or independently resolve identity. |
The other eight IDs in the entity profile’s sample register remain unclassified leads in this review. They are retained in the source list below, but should not be described collectively as flight logs. This selected-page review does not cover every page of the larger productions or deduplicate all trips.
Identity and Legal Safeguards
A flight listing can establish that a name was written or entered in a record. It cannot by itself establish exact identity, actual boarding, the passenger’s knowledge, the purpose of travel, consent or misconduct. The records should not be used to attach allegations to a namesake or to draw inferences about a person’s criminal status.

Open Questions
- Which additional dated manifests support the remaining indexed flight associations, and which sample source IDs are non-flight records?
- What independent identifier, if any, establishes which Dana Burns is named?
- Which entries record completed flights rather than tentative plans?
- Are there relevant contemporaneous interviews or declarations that clarify the passenger’s role without speculation?
