The combined record supports identifying this contact as Dr. Harry Fisch, the New York urologist and male fertility specialist who treated Epstein and socialized with him.

The other participant’s name is blacked out in the rendered conversation. Corroborating forensic reports identify the Harry Fish iMessage thread within Epstein’s jee Mac user account and describe the other participant as Self, including Epstein associated email accounts. That evidence supports attributing the blue message bubbles to Epstein rather than leaving the second participant wholly unidentified.

The conversation opens with planning for a Thursday dinner with “Woody.” Fisch agrees to attend and asks whether he should bring kasha from Second Avenue Deli, then asks about pastrami. Those reports list Apple Messages archive paths such as /Users/jee/Library/Messages/Archive/ and identify a thread titled Harry Fish. They also list Harry Fish as a top contact with 128 messages in one extracted data set.

Emails provide an additional identity bridge. In November 2016, Epstein instructed an assistant to arrange “eva and harry fish” together. The assistant’s replies used the subject “Eva and Dr. Fisch.” This direct shift from Epstein’s spelling to the formal surname supports the conclusion that Harry Fish was a shortened or misspelled contact entry for Dr. Harry Fisch.
