Sleuth Report: FBI Witness Places “Robert Kennedy” at Jeffrey Epstein’s Palm Beach Home
Overview
A released FBI interview contains a significant reference to “Robert Kennedy” among the prominent people reportedly seen at Jeffrey Epstein’s Palm Beach residence.
The record does not provide a middle initial, suffix, date, photograph, or additional identifying information. It therefore does not conclusively establish that the person was Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
However, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has independently acknowledged traveling on Epstein’s private plane. Epstein’s address book also contains an entry for “Kennedy, Bobby & Mary,” apparently referring to Kennedy and his former wife, Mary Richardson Kennedy.
Taken together, the records document a genuine social connection between Kennedy, Jeffrey Epstein, and Ghislaine Maxwell. They do not establish that Kennedy participated in or knew about Epstein’s crimes.
The Greg Conners Investigation
In RFK Jr. at Epstein’s Florida Lair, Greg Conners examines an FBI interview identified as EFTA00091924.
Conners highlights the witness’s statement that prominent visitors to Epstein’s Palm Beach home included Prince Andrew, Donald Trump, “Robert Kennedy,” senators, mathematicians, and other unidentified people.
The article connects this reference to Kennedy’s acknowledged flights on Epstein’s aircraft and his family’s historical presence in Palm Beach.
The FBI record supports the claim that a witness reported seeing someone identified as Robert Kennedy at Epstein’s residence. The document does not conclusively identify that person as Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
What the FBI Interview Actually Says
The underlying document is an FBI FD 302 interview conducted in Pensacola, Florida, on February 19, 2020.
An FD 302 is an agent’s summary of an interview. It is evidence of what the witness reported. It is not a verbatim transcript or an independent confirmation of every statement.
The heavily redacted interview appears to involve a former Epstein household employee. The witness discussed transportation duties, visitors, young women, Ghislaine Maxwell, Prince Andrew, and conditions inside Epstein’s Palm Beach residence.
On the final page, the FBI summary states that the witness recalled seeing many people at Epstein’s home, including:
- Senators
- Prince Andrew
- Donald Trump
- Robert Kennedy
- Mathematicians
- Other unidentified visitors
The same witness reported seeing Epstein kiss girls on the cheek and pat them on the buttocks. The record does not state that Kennedy witnessed this behavior.

The Witness Was Not Identified as a Young Survivor
The subtitle of the Conners article refers to a “young witness.” That description is not supported by the available FBI record.
The interviewee appears to have been an adult former employee who performed driving or household duties for Epstein and Maxwell. The document discusses the witness picking up young women from school, transporting guests, buying movie tickets, and observing visitors.
The record also describes young women who were present at the residence. They are not identified as the person giving this particular FBI statement.
This distinction matters because survivor testimony and employee testimony carry different contexts. Both may be important, but they should not be presented as interchangeable.
Does “Robert Kennedy” Mean RFK Jr.?
The FBI document identifies the visitor only as “Robert Kennedy.”
It does not include:
- A middle name or initial
- The suffix “Jr.”
- A date for the visit
- A physical description
- A photograph
- A detailed account of the interaction
Robert F. Kennedy Sr. died in 1968, years before Epstein acquired the Palm Beach residence. This makes Robert F. Kennedy Jr. a plausible identification.
Additional records strengthen that inference. Kennedy has admitted traveling with Epstein, and Epstein’s address book lists “Kennedy, Bobby & Mary.” Kennedy was commonly called Bobby, and Mary Richardson Kennedy was his wife during the relevant period.
The identification is therefore reasonable but not conclusively proven by EFTA00091924 alone.
Epstein’s Address Book Lists Bobby and Mary Kennedy
Epstein’s contact records contain an entry for “Kennedy, Bobby & Mary.”
The available page appears to be part of an alphabetical contact directory. The entry supports a documented connection between Epstein’s network and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Mary Richardson Kennedy.
An address book appearance establishes that Epstein or his staff maintained contact information for the listed people. It does not establish criminal conduct, knowledge of abuse, or the closeness of a relationship.
Read address book record EFTA00191467.
Kennedy Admitted Flying on Epstein’s Plane
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. publicly acknowledged that he traveled on Epstein’s aircraft twice.
Kennedy said one trip involved family travel to Florida. He described another as a fossil hunting trip to South Dakota. He maintained that the encounters occurred before Epstein’s criminal conduct became publicly known and said he was not alone with Epstein.
A documented 1994 flight reportedly carried Kennedy, Mary Richardson Kennedy, and two of their children from New Jersey to Palm Beach.
Kennedy has attributed the connection to Mary Richardson Kennedy’s friendship with Ghislaine Maxwell.
These admissions make the FBI witness’s reference to Robert Kennedy more significant. They establish that Kennedy traveled within Epstein’s social circle and reached Palm Beach aboard Epstein’s aircraft.
They still do not establish what Kennedy knew about Epstein’s conduct.
The Fossil Hunting Connection
Kennedy has also acknowledged participating in a fossil hunting trip involving Epstein and Maxwell.
This account provides further evidence that the relationship extended beyond a single accidental encounter. It involved shared travel and recreational activity.
The EpsteinWiki report on the fossil hunting trip documents Kennedy’s public account.
No released evidence reviewed for this report establishes that criminal activity occurred during the trip.
The Palm Beach Kennedy Compound
Conners notes that the Kennedy family maintained a historic Palm Beach property at 1095 North Ocean Boulevard.
Joseph P. Kennedy Sr. purchased the estate in 1933. President John F. Kennedy later used it as a winter residence. The Kennedy family sold the property in 1995.
This history establishes that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. had family connections to Palm Beach. It does not prove that he visited Epstein’s residence.
The FBI interview and Kennedy’s acknowledged Florida flight provide the relevant evidence. Geographic proximity alone does not establish a personal or criminal connection.
The Bill Richardson Reference
The Conners article also notes that Kennedy campaigned for former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson.
Richardson was separately accused in civil testimony of having connections to Epstein. Richardson denied allegations of sexual misconduct and was never criminally charged in connection with Epstein.
Kennedy’s political support for Richardson does not prove that their relationship involved Epstein. It should be treated as political and social context, not evidence of participation in Epstein’s operation.
Similarly, Kennedy’s presence in New Mexico does not establish any connection to Epstein’s Zorro Ranch without specific travel, communication, or witness records.
What the Evidence Establishes
The available evidence establishes that:
- An FBI witness reported seeing “Robert Kennedy” at Epstein’s Palm Beach residence.
- Robert F. Kennedy Jr. acknowledged traveling on Epstein’s private aircraft.
- One acknowledged trip reportedly involved travel to Palm Beach.
- Epstein’s address book contains an entry for “Kennedy, Bobby & Mary.”
- Kennedy acknowledged a fossil hunting trip involving Epstein and Maxwell.
- Kennedy attributed the association partly to Mary Richardson Kennedy’s relationship with Maxwell.
These records document more than a distant or purely incidental name appearance.
What the Evidence Does Not Establish
The available evidence does not establish that:
- The “Robert Kennedy” identified by the FBI witness was definitively Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
- Kennedy witnessed Epstein abusing anyone.
- Kennedy knew Epstein was sexually exploiting minors.
- Kennedy participated in trafficking, recruitment, or abuse.
- Kennedy visited Epstein’s Zorro Ranch.
- Kennedy’s support for Bill Richardson was related to Epstein.
- Kennedy’s historical Palm Beach connections caused or facilitated his relationship with Epstein.
No released record reviewed for this report accuses Robert F. Kennedy Jr. of participating in Epstein’s crimes.
Fact Check Assessment
The central claim that an FBI witness reported seeing “Robert Kennedy” at Epstein’s Palm Beach home is accurate.
The claim that the person was definitely Robert F. Kennedy Jr. remains an inference. It is supported by Kennedy’s admitted Epstein travel and the address book entry, but the FBI document does not provide a complete identification.
The article’s description of the interviewee as a young witness is not supported by the document. The witness appears to have been an adult former employee.
The claim that Kennedy traveled on Epstein’s plane is confirmed by Kennedy’s own public statements.
The suggestion that Kennedy’s Bill Richardson campaigning connects him to Epstein’s New Mexico ranch is not established by the cited evidence.
The records document association and access. They do not establish criminal knowledge or complicity.
