Ingrid Seynhaeve

An examination of the Belgian model’s career, her path through Elite Model Look, Victoria’s Secret, Trump Model Management, the 1997 photograph with Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein, and the limits of what that image establishes.
Ingrid Seynhaeve appears in one of the most widely circulated photographs documenting the social relationship between Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein.
The photograph shows Seynhaeve standing with Trump while Epstein appears immediately beside or behind them at a Victoria’s Secret “Angels” party in New York City in 1997. An original archival version was later included among photographs obtained from Epstein’s estate and released by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee.
The image is authentic. Seynhaeve’s identity is corroborated by Getty Images, contemporary event photography, fashion archives, and later fact checking. It places all three people at the same public event.
It does not establish that Seynhaeve had a private relationship with Epstein. It does not establish that she traveled with him, visited his properties, appeared in his contact book, participated in his crimes, or knew about his abuse.
The distinction matters because the photograph has repeatedly been removed from its original context. A manipulated version replaced Seynhaeve’s face with the face of United States attorney general Pam Bondi. Other posts have described Seynhaeve as Epstein’s date, Trump’s confirmed girlfriend, an Epstein recruiter, or a participant in Epstein’s operation. The reviewed record does not substantiate those claims.
Seynhaeve’s presence remains relevant to EpsteinWiki because the photograph documents the social environment in which Epstein, Trump, Victoria’s Secret, Elite connected models, fashion executives, and wealthy male guests repeatedly intersected during the 1990s.
That environment deserves investigation. Seynhaeve should not be accused simply because she worked inside it.

Early Life
Ingrid Seynhaeve was born on June 28, 1973, in Menen, Belgium.
Her professional biography states that she intended to study economics and languages before modeling redirected her career. At eighteen, she entered the international Elite Look of the Year competition.
Her selection occurred during a period when modeling competitions were marketed to girls and young women as direct routes into international fashion careers. Contestants were brought into close contact with agency executives, photographers, celebrities, wealthy sponsors, and entertainment figures.
Seynhaeve’s subsequent success was substantial. She did not disappear after a single competition appearance. She became an internationally working model with editorial, runway, catalog, advertising, and television credits.
The 1991 Elite Look of the Year Competition
Seynhaeve won the international Elite Look of the Year competition in 1991.
The competition was organized through Elite Model Management and associated with Elite founder John Casablancas. It drew contestants from numerous countries, including girls who were minors.
The 1991 final was held at the Plaza Hotel in New York City. Donald Trump owned the Plaza at the time and attended the event. Trump sat near the runway with his daughter Ivanka, who was nine years old.
The Guardian’s investigation of Elite’s Look of the Year competitions identified Seynhaeve as an eighteen year old Belgian contestant who won the 1991 final.
Contemporary photographs show Seynhaeve receiving attention from Trump and his then fiancée, Marla Maples, after her victory.
The event is relevant to her later appearance with Trump and Epstein because it documents Seynhaeve’s introduction to the New York fashion and social world in which Trump was already an influential host and property owner.
It does not establish that Seynhaeve met Epstein in 1991. No reliable source reviewed for this article places Epstein at that competition or documents an Epstein relationship beginning there.
The Environment Surrounding Elite Look of the Year
The broader environment surrounding Elite’s competitions has become the subject of extensive investigative reporting.
Former contestants have alleged that powerful men used the competitions to gain access to teenage models. Allegations have involved pressure to attend private dinners, alcohol provided to minors, sexual propositions, harassment, and assault.
The Guardian reported that footage from the 1991 final contains an unidentified man encouraging young models to drink alcohol after the event. The identity of that speaker has not been established in the reporting.
Seynhaeve has not publicly alleged that she was abused at the 1991 event.
That distinction is essential. Evidence concerning harm reported by other contestants should not be reassigned to Seynhaeve without her testimony or supporting documentation.
The contextual record establishes that she entered an industry environment containing serious power imbalances and documented exploitation. It does not establish that she personally experienced every form of misconduct reported by others.
The Star Capital Management Litigation
The aftermath of the Elite competition involved a separate financial matter relevant to Seynhaeve’s career.
According to The Guardian, Star Capital Management handled millions of dollars earned by Elite models.
Federal authorities later accused David Weil and a business partner of stealing at least $1.2 million from clients. Weil pleaded guilty in 1998 to federal fraud charges. He also pleaded guilty to the statutory rape of a fifteen year old model whom he had met through the 1992 Look of the Year competition.
New York attorney Mark Lawless told the Guardian that he brought a civil fraud case against Star Capital Management on behalf of Seynhaeve and other models.
This places Seynhaeve in the record as a plaintiff or represented client seeking recovery in a financial fraud matter connected to the management of models’ earnings.
It does not connect her to Epstein.
It does demonstrate that her early modeling career intersected with an industry structure in which young models faced risks from the adults and companies controlling their money and professional opportunities.
International Modeling Career
After winning Elite Look of the Year, Seynhaeve developed a long international career.
Her professional biography and agency materials identify work involving:
- Ralph Lauren
- Guess
- Saks Fifth Avenue
- Victoria’s Secret
- Sports Illustrated
- Elle
- Cosmopolitan
- Harper’s Bazaar
- Shape
- Amica
- Max
- Paris Match
- Vogue related editorial work
Her runway credits include designers and fashion houses such as:
- Giorgio Armani
- Ralph Lauren
- Paco Rabanne
- Michael Kors
- Carolina Herrera
- Nicole Miller
- Elie Saab
- Bill Blass
- Laura Biagiotti
- Oscar de la Renta
- Hanae Mori
- Roberto Verino
Archival photographs place her in multiple editions of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue beginning in the early 1990s.
Her current or recent professional representation has included The Model CoOp and Elite Models Miami.
Her own professional website describes her as an international model, spokesperson, and cofounder of the clothing line JUNE7.2.
Victoria’s Secret Work
Seynhaeve worked in Victoria’s Secret catalogs and runway events during the 1990s.
Archival photography identifies her backstage at the first Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, held at the Plaza Hotel on August 1, 1995. Fashion show records also place her in Victoria’s Secret runway events in 1997 and 2000.
Her Victoria’s Secret work is relevant because Jeffrey Epstein had extensive financial and personal access to Leslie Wexner, whose company owned Victoria’s Secret.
Epstein used his association with Wexner and Victoria’s Secret when approaching or impressing young women. Survivors and witnesses have described Epstein presenting himself as someone who could assist with modeling opportunities.
This history makes Victoria’s Secret events significant to understanding Epstein’s access to fashion and modeling circles.
It does not mean that every Victoria’s Secret model knew Epstein, met him privately, or was recruited through him.
In Seynhaeve’s case, the public record establishes her professional work for the company and her presence with Epstein at one Victoria’s Secret social event. It does not establish that Epstein arranged her employment.
Trump Model Management
Seynhaeve was later represented by Trump Model Management in New York.
Her professional website listed the agency at 91 Fifth Avenue, New York, along with Metropolitan Models in Paris, Premier Model Management in London, and Dominique Models in Belgium.
Trump Model Management was established after Trump’s earlier involvement with beauty pageants, modeling competitions, and the Miss Universe organization.
The timing requires care.
Some descriptions of the 1997 Epstein photograph call Seynhaeve a “newly signed Trump Model.” However, The Guardian reported that Trump founded Trump Model Management three years after the 1996 acquisition of the Miss Universe organization, placing the agency’s establishment around 1999.
If that chronology is correct, Seynhaeve could not have been represented by Trump Model Management at the time of the 1997 photograph.
Several possibilities exist:
- The photograph’s later caption applied her subsequent agency affiliation retroactively.
- She had an informal or preliminary professional association with Trump before the agency’s formal launch.
- The agency’s formal founding date or the caption is imprecise.
- The caption was created long after the event and contains an anachronism.
The reviewed evidence confirms that Seynhaeve was eventually represented by Trump Model Management. It does not conclusively establish that the agency represented her in April 1997.
The 1997 Victoria’s Secret “Angels” Party
The central Epstein related evidence is an archival photograph showing Donald Trump, Ingrid Seynhaeve, and Jeffrey Epstein at a Victoria’s Secret “Angels” party in New York City.
The image was taken by photographer Sonia Moskowitz.
Getty Images identifies the people as Trump, Seynhaeve, and Epstein.
The photograph shows Trump and Seynhaeve in the foreground. Epstein is directly beside or behind them. The three appear to be participating in the same public event environment.
Additional archival photographs show Trump and Seynhaeve together at the same function without Epstein visible in the frame.
The photograph is significant because it independently documents Trump and Epstein socializing within the Victoria’s Secret and modeling event circuit.
Seynhaeve’s role in the image is more limited. She was a working Victoria’s Secret model attending a Victoria’s Secret event.
Disputed Date of the Photograph
Sources disagree about the exact date of the Victoria’s Secret party.
Getty Images dates the photograph to April 28, 1997.
Some later reporting and Epstein related databases identify the event as occurring on April 8, 1997.
Other descriptions connect an “Angels” event to New York clubs during the same month.
The date discrepancy should not be silently resolved by selecting one date.
The strongest archival caption currently reviewed is Getty’s record, which lists April 28, 1997 as the creation date. However, the House Oversight caption or estate metadata may use April 8.
Until contemporary invitations, event coverage, photographer logs, or original negative records conclusively resolve the difference, EpsteinWiki should state that the photograph was taken at a Victoria’s Secret “Angels” party in New York in April 1997, with April 8 and April 28 appearing in different records.
The discrepancy does not change the identities of the photographed individuals.
House Oversight Release
In 2025, the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform obtained a large collection of photographs from Epstein’s estate.
Democrats on the committee released a selection of the images in December 2025. One showed Trump, Seynhaeve, and Epstein at the 1997 Victoria’s Secret event.
The Washington Post reported that the committee received more than 95,000 photographs from Epstein’s estate and released a smaller public selection.
The image was not a newly discovered photograph. Versions had circulated through editorial photography archives before the committee release.
Its presence in Epstein’s estate is nevertheless a separate evidentiary fact. It establishes that a version of the photograph was retained within material produced by the estate.
It does not establish why Epstein retained it, when he acquired the copy, or whether Seynhaeve knew it was in his collection.
Evidence Identifiers and Search Results
An Epstein file research database associates the image or its caption with HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_010486.
The indexed caption states that Jeffrey Epstein, Donald Trump, and Ingrid Seynhaeve attended a Victoria’s Secret “Angels” party in New York City in April 1997.
Search results also associate substantially similar caption text with HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_008975.
These identifiers should be treated as House Oversight production identifiers rather than EFTA numbers.
The distinction matters because not every Epstein related record was released through the same production. Court filings, FBI records, Justice Department materials, estate productions, and congressional productions can use different numbering systems.
No separate EFTA document establishing a private Epstein relationship with Seynhaeve was located during this review.
What the Photograph Establishes
The photograph establishes several limited facts:
- Donald Trump attended a Victoria’s Secret social event in New York in April 1997.
- Ingrid Seynhaeve attended the same event.
- Jeffrey Epstein attended the same event.
- The three were physically close enough to appear together in an event photograph.
- Trump and Seynhaeve posed or interacted in the foreground.
- Epstein was immediately beside or behind them.
- A copy of the image was later found among material produced from Epstein’s estate.
- The event occurred during a period when Trump and Epstein had a documented social relationship.
- The event connected Epstein’s social world to the fashion and Victoria’s Secret event circuit.
What the Photograph Does Not Establish
The photograph does not establish:
- That Seynhaeve arrived with Epstein
- That she left with Epstein
- That Epstein invited her
- That she was Epstein’s date
- That she had a private meeting with Epstein
- That she worked for Epstein
- That Epstein arranged her modeling career
- That she recruited women for Epstein
- That she visited Epstein’s residences
- That she traveled on Epstein’s aircraft
- That she knew about Epstein’s abuse
- That she witnessed criminal conduct
- That she participated in criminal conduct
- That she had a romantic relationship with Trump
- That the three maintained a relationship after the event
A public event photograph documents proximity. It does not establish the complete nature of the relationships among everyone visible in the frame.
Claims About a Relationship with Donald Trump
Seynhaeve was photographed with Trump at the 1991 Elite Look of the Year competition and again at the 1997 Victoria’s Secret event.
Later reports have suggested that Trump and Seynhaeve may have dated briefly. LBC noted that such reports exist but could not verify them.
No sufficiently reliable contemporary statement, interview, or documentary record confirming a romantic relationship was located during this review.
The accurate conclusion is that Trump and Seynhaeve had a documented social and professional association within the modeling and fashion environment.
Describing her as Trump’s confirmed girlfriend would go beyond the presently verified evidence.
No Documented Private Epstein Relationship
A search of currently accessible reporting and indexed Epstein records did not locate evidence that Seynhaeve:
- Appeared in Epstein’s flight logs
- Appeared in his publicly released contact books
- Received money from Epstein
- Sent or received direct Epstein emails
- Appeared in Epstein’s appointment calendars
- Visited Little St. James
- Visited Great St. James
- Visited the Palm Beach residence
- Visited the Manhattan townhouse
- Visited Zorro Ranch
- Worked for MC2 Model Management
- Worked for Jean Luc Brunel
- Recruited models for Epstein
- Was identified by a survivor as an Epstein participant
- Was questioned, arrested, charged, or sued in connection with Epstein’s operation
This does not prove that no additional record exists. The public archive is large, inconsistently indexed, and still subject to corrections.
It establishes the limit of the evidence located for this article.
Jean Luc Brunel and Elite Model Management
Jean Luc Brunel was a French modeling agent with documented connections to Elite’s international modeling network. He later founded MC2 Model Management with financial assistance from Epstein.
Survivors accused Brunel of supplying young women to Epstein. French authorities arrested him in 2020 while investigating allegations of rape, sexual assault, harassment, and the transportation and accommodation of young women for Epstein.
Brunel denied wrongdoing before his death in a French jail in 2022.
Seynhaeve’s Elite background places her within the same broad international modeling industry in which Brunel operated.
It does not establish that Brunel represented her, recruited her, introduced her to Epstein, or committed misconduct against her.
No direct Seynhaeve and Brunel record was located during this review. EpsteinWiki should not create such a connection from agency proximity alone.
Leslie Wexner and Victoria’s Secret
Leslie Wexner controlled the company that owned Victoria’s Secret during Seynhaeve’s work for the brand.
Epstein obtained extraordinary financial and personal authority from Wexner, including power of attorney and access to properties, money, and social networks.
Survivor accounts and reporting have described Epstein invoking Victoria’s Secret when approaching young women interested in modeling.
Seynhaeve’s appearance at a Victoria’s Secret party with Epstein is therefore relevant to mapping how Epstein entered fashion events associated with Wexner’s business empire.
There is no evidence that Wexner assigned Epstein to work with Seynhaeve or that Epstein played a role in hiring her.
The documented connection is institutional and social, not evidence of a private arrangement.
The False Pam Bondi Image
A manipulated version of the 1997 photograph replaced Seynhaeve’s face with Pam Bondi’s face.
The altered image circulated online as purported evidence that Bondi had attended a party with Trump and Epstein when she was younger.
Agence France Presse compared the viral image with the Getty Images original and confirmed that the woman in the authentic photograph is Seynhaeve.
The manipulated version also changed aspects of Trump’s appearance.
The false image was not part of the official Epstein production. It was a digital alteration circulated after the original photograph had become politically significant.
This correction is important for both women.
The fabricated image should not be used to accuse Bondi of attending the event. Seynhaeve should not be erased from an authentic historical photograph merely to create a false political claim.
Why the Photograph Matters
The photograph’s value lies primarily in what it documents about Epstein and Trump.
It shows both men attending a Victoria’s Secret event during a period when:
- Epstein had extensive access to Leslie Wexner’s business and social environment.
- Trump was expanding his interests in pageants and modeling.
- Seynhaeve was an established model with Victoria’s Secret work.
- Fashion events provided wealthy men access to models, including young international models dependent on agencies and sponsors.
- Trump and Epstein were documented social acquaintances.
The photograph contributes to the cumulative record of Trump and Epstein socializing at events involving women and models.
It should not be transformed into an allegation against the woman standing between them.
Survivor Centered Interpretation
EpsteinWiki’s survivor centered standard requires attention to power.
In the 1997 photograph, Trump and Epstein were wealthy men with substantial access to property, companies, social clubs, media, and influential networks. Seynhaeve was a working model attending an industry event.
Her professional success does not eliminate the structural imbalance between models and the people controlling jobs, contracts, access, money, and invitations.
At the same time, a survivor centered approach does not require declaring every model in Epstein’s vicinity a victim, recruiter, witness, or accomplice.
The responsible interpretation preserves both truths:
- Epstein used fashion and modeling networks to gain access to young women.
- No evidence currently establishes that Seynhaeve participated in or knew about that conduct.
Public Statements and Right of Response
No substantive public statement from Seynhaeve concerning Epstein was located during this review.
LBC reported contacting her agency for comment concerning renewed attention to the photograph.
No public response was included in the reviewed report.
The absence of a public statement should not be treated as evidence of guilt, knowledge, fear, or concealment. A person photographed at a public event is not required to possess information about another attendee’s later exposed crimes.
If Seynhaeve provides an authenticated statement, this page should be updated to include it accurately and in context.

Evidence Gaps
The following evidence would be required to establish a relationship beyond the 1997 event:
- Direct correspondence between Seynhaeve and Epstein
- A verified contact book entry
- Appointment calendars identifying a private meeting
- Flight, hotel, or travel records
- Financial transactions
- Testimony from Seynhaeve
- Testimony from an event attendee describing a direct interaction
- Additional authenticated photographs showing repeated contact
- Agency records connecting Epstein to her representation
- Evidence from Wexner, Victoria’s Secret, Elite, or Trump Model Management files
No such evidence was located in the records reviewed for this article.
Evidentiary Conclusion
Ingrid Seynhaeve’s verified Epstein connection consists of her documented presence at a public Victoria’s Secret party where she was photographed with Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein.
The photograph is historically important because it helps document the social overlap among Epstein, Trump, Victoria’s Secret, and the modeling industry in 1997.
The evidence does not support describing Seynhaeve as an Epstein associate, employee, recruiter, victim, witness, or participant in his criminal operation.
Her page belongs on EpsteinWiki because accurate identification prevents misinformation and helps place the photograph within its correct fashion industry and social context.
The most responsible conclusion is narrow but firm:
Seynhaeve was a prominent model photographed with Trump and Epstein at a Victoria’s Secret event. No verified evidence currently establishes a separate private relationship between Seynhaeve and Epstein or any involvement by her in his crimes.
