Snapshot
The Trump Organization is the privately controlled business enterprise associated with Donald Trump and his family. Its operations have included real estate, hotels, private clubs, casinos, golf properties, modelling, licensing, entertainment, hospitality, and property management.
The documented connections between the Trump Organization and Jeffrey Epstein include:
- Epstein’s access to the Trump owned Mar a Lago Club
- Mar a Lago events attended by Trump and Epstein
- Private spa services provided to Epstein by Mar a Lago employees
- Employee complaints about Epstein’s conduct during those appointments
- Virginia Roberts Giuffre’s recruitment by Ghislaine Maxwell while Giuffre worked at Mar a Lago
- Epstein’s hiring or attempted hiring of other young female spa workers
- A Trump Organization applicant who said Maxwell referred him to Epstein
- Epstein’s visits to Trump’s Atlantic City casino properties
- Epstein’s participation in social events connected with the American Dream Calendar Girls business
- Epstein bringing model Stacey Williams to Trump Tower
- Overlap between Epstein’s modelling contacts and people operating within Trump’s modelling and pageant environment
- Trump and Epstein competing for the same Palm Beach mansion in 2004
- Conflicting accounts about when and why Epstein was excluded from Mar a Lago
The available evidence does not identify a jointly owned Trump and Epstein company, shared investment, formal real estate partnership, combined modelling agency, or corporate trafficking agreement.
It does establish substantial business related overlap involving Trump properties, commercial services, employees, hospitality, casinos, modelling circles, and luxury real estate.
About the Trump Organization
The Trump Organization is the collective name used for a network of companies associated with Donald Trump and members of the Trump family.
Its business operations have included:
- Residential and commercial real estate
- Property development and management
- Hotels and resorts
- Private membership clubs
- Casinos
- Golf courses
- Beauty pageants
- Modelling representation
- Licensing and branding
- Entertainment and hospitality
The Trump Organization is not a single company performing every function. It consists of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, trusts, and property specific entities.
HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_016774 contains corporate material identifying Trump Organization entities and ownership structures.
HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_016757 contains additional references to Trump affiliated businesses.
The appearance of these corporate records in the released collection does not prove an Epstein transaction. They help identify which companies and properties operated under the Trump Organization umbrella.
Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein
Donald Trump and Epstein moved within overlapping New York and Palm Beach social circles beginning by the late 1980s.
Associated Press reporting documents their appearances together, Trump’s travel on Epstein’s aircraft, Epstein’s presence in Trump’s contact records, and their later falling out.
Photographs and video place them together at:
- Mar a Lago
- New York social events
- Palm Beach gatherings
- Parties involving models and entertainers
- Trump affiliated properties
Their social relationship is established.
That relationship does not, by itself, prove that Trump participated in Epstein’s crimes.
The organization level evidence concerns how Epstein used Trump properties, services, employees, employment channels, and business environments.
Mar a Lago
Mar a Lago is a private club and resort in Palm Beach, Florida.
Donald Trump purchased the property in 1985 and later converted it into a membership club.
The property offered:
- Private events
- Guest accommodations
- Dining
- A beach club
- A spa
- Beauty and wellness services
- Social access to wealthy residents and visitors
Epstein owned a Palm Beach residence at 358 El Brillo Way, approximately two miles from Mar a Lago.
The close proximity allowed Epstein to participate in the same social environment and obtain private services from Mar a Lago employees.
Mar a Lago is the most important Trump Organization property in the Epstein record.
The 1992 Mar a Lago Event
In 1992, Trump and Epstein attended an event at Mar a Lago involving women associated with a calendar and modelling competition.
NBC News published video showing Trump and Epstein talking, laughing, and watching women dance.
The footage establishes that Trump and Epstein socialized at the Trump owned club.
Florida businessman George Houraney said he brought approximately twenty eight women to the event. He recalled learning that Trump and Epstein would be the only male guests.
Houraney operated the American Dream Calendar Girls business with Jill Harth. The organization staged competitions and promotional events involving aspiring models.
The Mar a Lago gathering appears to have combined a Trump and Epstein social event with women associated with the calendar business.
No verified evidence establishes that Epstein owned, financed, or received profits from American Dream Calendar Girls.
American Dream Calendar Girls and Trump Castle
Trump later entered a business arrangement with Houraney involving an American Dream Calendar Girls competition.
The finals were held at Trump Castle in Atlantic City in 1993.
The Tampa Bay Times documented the Trump business arrangement, the competition at Trump Castle, Epstein’s presence around related events, and Houraney’s later lawsuit against Trump.
Houraney described Epstein as one of Trump’s closest social companions during the period.
Houraney later sued Trump, alleging that Trump had not fulfilled the parties’ business agreement. The dispute was eventually settled.
The evidence establishes:
- A business relationship between Trump and Houraney’s calendar company
- An event at a Trump casino property
- Epstein’s participation in the surrounding social environment
- Trump and Epstein’s shared interest in events involving models and aspiring models
The evidence does not establish that Epstein was a contractual partner in the calendar company or the Trump Castle event.
Photographs at Mar a Lago
Photographs place Trump and Epstein together at Mar a Lago during the 1990s.
A February 2000 photograph shows Donald Trump, Melania Knauss, Jeffrey Epstein, and Ghislaine Maxwell together at the club.
These images establish repeated social proximity.
They do not establish:
- The substance of every conversation
- Knowledge of Epstein’s abuse
- A financial partnership
- Participation in trafficking
- That every person photographed maintained the same relationship with Epstein
The photographs are important because they document Epstein’s acceptance within the club’s social environment.
Trump’s 2002 Description of Epstein
In a 2002 profile, Trump said he had known Epstein for fifteen years.
Trump described Epstein as a “terrific guy” and said Epstein enjoyed women, including women “on the younger side.”
The original New York magazine profile preserves the statement in its contemporary context.
The quotation establishes that Trump spoke favorably about Epstein and recognized Epstein’s interest in younger women.
It does not establish what Trump understood “younger” to mean or whether he knew Epstein was sexually abusing minors.
The statement became more significant after Epstein’s crimes were exposed.
Epstein’s Mar a Lago Status
Published accounts conflict over whether Epstein was a formal member, a guest treated like a member, or someone with an account who received member privileges.
Trump Organization representatives previously said Epstein was not a dues paying member.
Other former employees said Trump instructed staff to treat Epstein like a member.
Club records described in The Grifter’s Club reportedly listed Epstein’s account as closed in October 2007.
These accounts can coexist if Epstein’s status changed over time or if the club maintained an account for a frequent guest who was not a conventional member.
The records establish substantial access regardless of the exact membership category.
Epstein attended events, used spa services, interacted with employees, and obtained private house calls from club workers.
Mar a Lago Spa Services
The Wall Street Journal reported that Mar a Lago spa employees were sent to Epstein’s Palm Beach residence.
The workers, commonly young women, provided services including:
- Massages
- Manicures
- Beauty treatments
- Personal care services
- Private appointments
This arrangement was a commercial service relationship between a Trump Organization property and Epstein.
It created a direct personnel pipeline from the Mar a Lago spa to Epstein’s private home.
A legitimate spa appointment does not establish misconduct. The concern arises from employee accounts that Epstein exposed himself, behaved sexually, or pressured young workers during some visits.
Employee Warnings About Epstein
Former spa employees said workers warned one another about appointments at Epstein’s residence.
According to the Wall Street Journal investigation, employees described sexual exposure, inappropriate behavior, and pressure during private appointments.
These warnings indicate that concerns circulated among some Mar a Lago workers before Epstein’s public criminal investigation began.
The available evidence does not establish:
- When each supervisor first learned about the warnings
- Whether written complaints were created before 2003
- Whether senior Trump Organization executives received every warning
- Whether Trump personally knew about the earliest incidents
- Whether any employee contacted law enforcement
The reported failure to escalate the warnings allowed Epstein to continue obtaining access to young workers.
The 2003 Spa Worker Complaint
In 2003, an eighteen year old Mar a Lago beautician reportedly complained that Epstein pressured her for sex during a house call.
The Wall Street Journal reported that the employee told Mar a Lago management.
A manager reportedly transmitted the complaint to Trump.
Former employees said Trump then directed that Epstein no longer receive spa services or access through the club.
The incident provides one of the clearest explanations for a break between Trump and Epstein.
However, the complaint was reportedly not referred to police. Palm Beach police did not open the investigation that exposed Epstein’s abuse until 2005.
The episode therefore includes both a protective action and an institutional failure.
Restricting Epstein’s access could protect future workers at the club. Failing to notify law enforcement left the allegation inside the business while Epstein continued abusing girls and young women elsewhere.
Virginia Giuffre’s Employment at Mar a Lago
Virginia Roberts Giuffre worked at Mar a Lago as a teenager.
Her father, Sky Roberts, worked at the club in maintenance. Giuffre worked in or around the spa and locker room area.
During Ghislaine Maxwell’s federal trial, prosecutors introduced employment evidence corroborating the Roberts family’s connection to Mar a Lago.
Mar a Lago human resources director Janine Gill testified that Sky Roberts began working at the club in April 2000.
The employment evidence supports Giuffre’s account of how Maxwell encountered her.
Giuffre’s Recruitment at Mar a Lago
Giuffre said Maxwell approached her while she was working near the Mar a Lago spa.
Maxwell learned that Giuffre was interested in massage therapy and presented an opportunity to earn money working for Epstein.
Giuffre was then taken to Epstein’s Palm Beach residence.
Giuffre’s memoir account describes the approach, the apparent employment opportunity, and the beginning of her exploitation.
Juan Alessi’s testimony corroborated that Maxwell transported Giuffre from Mar a Lago to Epstein’s residence.
Giuffre’s recruitment is more than a social connection between Trump and Epstein.
It establishes that a Trump Organization workplace became a recruitment location used by Maxwell.
No evidence reviewed for this article establishes that Trump or Mar a Lago management authorized Maxwell to recruit Giuffre for Epstein.
Other Mar a Lago Workers
Trump acknowledged in 2025 that Epstein hired multiple young women from the Mar a Lago spa.
PBS reported Trump’s statement that Epstein “stole” people who worked for him.
When asked whether the employees were young women and whether Giuffre was included, Trump confirmed both points.
The Guardian documented the timing problem created by that explanation.
Giuffre was recruited around 2000. Trump praised Epstein in 2002. Accounts place Epstein’s club access or account closure years later.
Trump’s statements establish his acknowledgement that Epstein hired or attempted to hire multiple young female employees from the club.
They do not establish when Trump learned that any worker was being abused.
Another Mar a Lago Employee’s Civil Complaint
A civil complaint in the released record described another young woman employed at Mar a Lago.
The plaintiff alleged that Epstein asked her to quit her club job, travel with him, earn more money, and learn massage work.
The released civil court corpus preserves the allegation.
A civil complaint documents what the plaintiff alleged. It is not automatically a judicial finding.
The account is consistent with the broader pattern of Epstein identifying young women through workplaces, massage settings, and referrals.
Richard Barnett’s Trump Organization Application
A separate operational connection appears in an FBI interview with Richard Barnett.
Barnett worked as Epstein’s chief engineer for approximately eighteen years.
Barnett told investigators that he applied to the Trump Organization for a chief engineer position. He said he met Ghislaine Maxwell at the Trump Organization and was referred to Epstein for work on a project at Epstein’s East 71st Street residence.
EFTA01245364 contains the FBI interview memorandum.
Barnett said:
- He applied for a Trump Organization position.
- He met Maxwell through the application process or at a Trump Organization location.
- Maxwell referred him to Epstein.
- He became a long term Epstein employee.
- He worked at Epstein properties in New York, Florida, New Mexico, and the Virgin Islands.
The record does not establish that the Trump Organization formally transferred Barnett, received a placement fee, or entered a staffing contract with Epstein.
It does show that a Trump Organization employment channel produced a long term employee for Epstein.
Epstein’s East 71st Street Residence
Epstein’s Manhattan residence was located at 9 East 71st Street.
Barnett told the FBI that the employment opportunity involved an upcoming project at the property.
He subsequently worked across Epstein’s residences and became familiar with their maintenance and engineering systems.
EFTA01245364 establishes Barnett’s account of the referral.
This is the strongest released evidence connecting a Trump Organization job application with Epstein’s property operations.
It is an operational link but not proof of a corporate partnership.
Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino
Former Trump executive Jack O’Donnell said Trump and Epstein appeared together frequently at Trump Plaza in Atlantic City during the late 1980s.
O’Donnell served as president and chief operating officer of Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino.
In 2025, O’Donnell said he viewed Epstein as one of Trump’s closest friends during the period.
O’Donnell also alleged that Trump and Epstein once brought three women onto the casino floor who were younger than New Jersey’s legal gambling age of twenty one.
O’Donnell described the relationship and casino incident in an interview with CNN.
One of the women was reportedly nineteen. O’Donnell said state casino officials issued a warning.
The White House denied O’Donnell’s account and attacked his credibility.
The account establishes a former senior executive’s allegation concerning Trump and Epstein at a Trump casino. It does not establish a joint casino venture or trafficking activity.
Trump Tower
Trump Tower in Manhattan was another Trump Organization property appearing in accounts of Trump and Epstein’s social relationship.
Former model Stacey Williams said Epstein brought her to Trump Tower in 1993.
Williams alleged that Trump pulled her toward him and groped her while Epstein watched. She later interpreted the encounter as a planned or performative interaction between the two men.
The Guardian documented Williams’s allegation. Trump denied the allegation.
ABC News interviewed Williams about Epstein’s repeated references to Trump and the alleged Trump Tower encounter.
The account establishes an allegation involving Epstein at a Trump Organization property.
It does not establish a business transaction between Epstein and the Trump Organization.
Trump Model Management
Trump founded Trump Model Management in 1999.
Epstein operated within overlapping modelling circles through contacts including Jean Luc Brunel, Faith Kates, John Casablancas, Paolo Zampolli, and other scouts or agents.
Epstein used promises of modelling, introductions, travel, and financial support to approach young women.
Trump Model Management represented foreign and domestic models and operated within the same New York fashion environment.
A 2026 Model Alliance submission described how modelling structures created access to vulnerable young women and identified intersections involving Epstein, Trump, and modelling executives.
The submission included the Stacey Williams allegation and broader concerns about powerful men using modelling networks for access.
No verified evidence reviewed for this article establishes that:
- Epstein invested in Trump Model Management.
- Trump Model Management paid Epstein.
- Epstein owned part of the agency.
- Trump Model Management had a formal contract with MC2 Model Management.
- Trump Models knowingly supplied victims to Epstein.
- Trump and Epstein jointly operated a modelling agency.
- Trump Model Management received money from an Epstein foundation.
The modelling overlap is significant and warrants documentation. It is not presently a verified joint business venture.
Elite Model Management and Related Networks
Epstein’s modelling connections predated Trump Model Management.
The Guardian’s investigation of the Look of the Year competition documented Trump’s participation in modelling events and Epstein’s association with figures connected to Elite Model Management.
Trump later hired or recruited personnel from established modelling agencies when creating Trump Model Management.
Epstein had documented relationships with modelling figures including Casablancas, Brunel, and Kates.
These overlapping professional circles increased opportunities for introductions among models, agents, wealthy businessmen, and event organizers.
Overlap does not establish shared ownership or collective criminal activity.
The Maison de l’Amitié Auction
In 2004, Trump and Epstein competed to purchase Maison de l’Amitié, a large oceanfront estate in Palm Beach.
Epstein reportedly believed he had an advantage in acquiring the property.
Trump ultimately purchased the estate at a bankruptcy auction for approximately $41.35 million.
The Wall Street Journal reported Trump’s purchase at the time.
The Washington Post later reconstructed the competition between Trump and Epstein.
Trump renovated the estate and sold it in 2008 to Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev for approximately $95 million.
The transaction establishes that Trump and Epstein became direct competitors in the Palm Beach luxury real estate market.
They did not purchase the property together. Epstein did not receive a documented share of Trump’s resale profit.
The Novelty Check
A photograph from Epstein’s birthday album showed Epstein holding what appeared to be a novelty check for $22,500.
The check bore Trump’s name and included a caption joking about the supposed sale of a woman.
The Guardian reported on the image after it was released by congressional investigators.
The woman associated with the joke said the story was false and described it as a disturbing hoax.
The White House disputed the signature.
No bank record, deposit record, account statement, or testimony establishes that the check represented an actual payment.
The image documents a crude joke within Epstein’s social circle. It does not establish a commercial transaction.
Flights on Epstein’s Aircraft
Flight records document Trump travelling on Epstein’s aircraft on domestic trips during the 1990s.
Associated Press reporting notes that Trump’s name appears in Epstein related flight records.
The documented travel involved locations including Florida, New York, and Washington.
No verified flight log reviewed for this article places Trump on a flight to Little St. James.
A passenger entry establishes that someone was recorded aboard a flight. It does not establish a joint business venture or criminal conduct.
The known trips appear to be social or personal travel rather than documented Trump Organization business flights.
Trump’s Visits to Epstein’s Palm Beach Residence
Epstein’s former house manager Juan Alessi testified that Trump visited Epstein’s Palm Beach residence for meals.
Reporting on Alessi’s testimony said Trump ate at the residence but did not receive massages there.
Alessi’s testimony establishes social visits.
It does not establish that Trump witnessed or participated in abuse.
The visits are relevant because they demonstrate familiarity extending beyond public parties and club events.
Giuffre’s Statements About Trump
Giuffre did not accuse Trump of sexually abusing her or participating in Epstein’s trafficking.
In deposition testimony, she said she did not remember seeing Trump at Epstein’s home, on Epstein’s island, or participating in sexual activity.
Her testimony limits what can responsibly be claimed from her recruitment at Mar a Lago.
Giuffre’s account establishes that Maxwell recruited her from a Trump owned workplace.
It does not establish that Trump participated in her subsequent abuse.
Conflicting Accounts of the Break
Several explanations have been offered for the end of Trump and Epstein’s relationship.
Employee Poaching
Trump said Epstein was expelled because he repeatedly hired young women from the Mar a Lago spa.
PBS examined the inconsistencies in this account.
The 2003 Spa Complaint
Former employees said the complaint from an eighteen year old beautician caused Trump to stop Epstein’s access.
The Wall Street Journal investigation supports this account.
A Member’s Daughter
Another account says Epstein was removed after behaving improperly toward the teenage daughter of a club member.
This version appeared in books and statements attributed to people familiar with the club.
The Mansion Dispute
Trump and Epstein became direct competitors for Maison de l’Amitié in 2004.
The Washington Post investigation identified the auction as a likely turning point.
These explanations are not necessarily mutually exclusive.
Epstein could have lost spa privileges, retained some social access, and later experienced a final rupture over real estate or another complaint.
The exact date of a complete ban remains disputed.
No Verified Joint Company or Investment
The available evidence does not identify an executed agreement in which the Trump Organization and Epstein jointly:
- Owned a company
- Purchased property
- Developed real estate
- Operated a casino
- Managed investment funds
- Shared a bank account
- Owned an aircraft
- Operated a modelling agency
- Held ownership in a beauty pageant
- Managed Little St. James
- Financed Epstein’s foundations
- Shared proceeds from trafficking
- Entered a formal consulting agreement
- Established a joint employment company
- Divided profits from a Trump property
The absence of a public record cannot establish that every financial interaction is known.
It means no verified joint venture has been identified in the available records reviewed for this article.
The Organization Level Safeguarding Failure
The strongest organization level concern is not a proven joint trafficking business.
It is the failure to protect young employees and report warning signs adequately.
The available evidence shows that:
- Epstein received private services from young female Mar a Lago employees.
- Employees reportedly warned one another about his conduct.
- An eighteen year old worker complained that Epstein pressured her for sex.
- Giuffre was approached by Maxwell at the club.
- Epstein hired or attempted to hire multiple young spa workers.
- A complaint was reportedly transmitted to Trump.
- The allegation was apparently not reported to police.
- Epstein continued abusing girls and young women after the complaint.
Removing Epstein from the club could reduce his access to Mar a Lago workers.
Keeping the information inside the business did not protect young women elsewhere.
Why the Business Connections Matter
The Trump Organization provided environments and services that benefited Epstein even without a formal joint venture.
Those benefits included:
- Access to Mar a Lago’s social prestige
- Private spa workers sent to his residence
- Contact with young female employees
- Access to calendar and modelling events
- Entry to Trump casino properties
- Introduction to skilled property personnel
- Meetings at Trump Tower
- Association with Trump’s public image
- Access to overlapping modelling networks
- Opportunities to identify employees and prospective recruits
The lack of a jointly owned company does not erase these operational intersections.
It changes how they should be classified.
What the Evidence Establishes
The available evidence establishes that:
- Trump and Epstein socialized for years.
- Epstein attended events at Mar a Lago.
- Trump and Epstein were filmed together at a 1992 Mar a Lago event.
- Epstein attended events involving women connected with the American Dream Calendar Girls business.
- A calendar competition was held at Trump Castle.
- Trump and Epstein appeared together at Trump Plaza in Atlantic City, according to a former senior casino executive.
- Mar a Lago spa employees were sent to Epstein’s home.
- Some employees reportedly warned one another about Epstein’s conduct.
- An eighteen year old employee complained that Epstein pressured her for sex.
- Giuffre worked at Mar a Lago as a teenager.
- Maxwell recruited Giuffre from the club.
- Trump later acknowledged that Epstein hired young female Mar a Lago employees.
- Richard Barnett said a Trump Organization job application led to his meeting with Maxwell and employment by Epstein.
- Epstein brought Stacey Williams to Trump Tower, where she alleged Trump groped her.
- Trump and Epstein operated within overlapping modelling circles.
- Trump and Epstein competed for Maison de l’Amitié.
- Trump won the property and later resold it for a substantial profit.
- No verified flight record places Trump on Little St. James.
- Giuffre did not accuse Trump of participating in her abuse.
- No verified joint company or investment has been identified.
What the Evidence Does Not Establish
The available evidence does not establish that:
- The Trump Organization entered a formal trafficking partnership with Epstein.
- Trump Organization executives authorized Maxwell to recruit Giuffre.
- Mar a Lago management knew Giuffre would be abused.
- Every spa appointment at Epstein’s residence involved misconduct.
- Trump participated in Epstein’s abuse of Giuffre.
- Trump visited Little St. James.
- Epstein owned part of Trump Model Management.
- Trump Model Management formally supplied victims to Epstein.
- Trump and Epstein jointly operated American Dream Calendar Girls.
- Epstein invested in a Trump casino.
- Trump and Epstein jointly owned Maison de l’Amitié.
- Richard Barnett’s referral was part of a formal staffing agreement.
- The purported $22,500 novelty check represented a real payment.
- Every Trump Organization employee knew about Epstein’s conduct.
- Social photographs establish knowledge of trafficking.
- Trump’s visits to Epstein’s residence prove participation in abuse.
- The Trump Organization was charged or found liable for Epstein’s crimes.
Investigative Assessment
The relationship between the Trump Organization and Epstein was broader than a social friendship but narrower than a documented joint enterprise.
Mar a Lago provided Epstein with prestige, hospitality, private spa services, contact with young female employees, and the location where Maxwell recruited Virginia Giuffre.
Trump’s casino and calendar businesses provided additional environments in which Trump and Epstein socialized around young women and aspiring models.
Barnett’s FBI interview shows that a Trump Organization employment application could lead directly to long term employment within Epstein’s property network.
The modelling evidence establishes overlapping people, settings, and recruitment risks. It does not establish a jointly operated agency or shared financial venture.
The Maison de l’Amitié auction establishes direct business competition rather than cooperation.
The most accurate conclusion is:
No verified evidence currently establishes that the Trump Organization and Jeffrey Epstein jointly owned a company, shared an investment, developed property together, or operated a formal business partnership. The evidence does establish extensive commercial hospitality, employee movement, personnel referrals, casino access, modelling overlap, property competition, and use of Trump Organization locations.
