Key Takeaways

  • The correspondence contains repeated efforts to connect Epstein with women, including messages discussing modeling, money, English study and massages. The circumstances and authorship must be established separately for each exchange.
  • A named March 4, 2011 message recalls an introduction in Paris. Other records describe future plans, reported conversations, proposed appointments or arrangements that were later changed.
  • In August 2012, a message headed Kira D describes a prospective contact as not yet eighteen. In March 2016, another offers “30 more girls.” Neither message supplies a completed introduction count.
  • The records include material limiting context: a cancelled ranch itinerary, a postponed visit, a person reportedly afraid to attend and a request to meet only in public.
  • Dikhtyar’s earlier public account of her friendship with Epstein and her statements about her own experience predate the recruitment reporting published in 2026.

Kira Dikhtyar is a Russian model and former gymnast whose public account of knowing Jeffrey Epstein sits alongside years of released correspondence about social, professional and financial matters. The most consequential named messages include recommendations about approaching women, offers to arrange introductions and requests involving money or travel. A substantial part of the record consists of proposals and reported interactions; some messages also explicitly recall earlier meetings. British Vogue; EFTA01997919; EFTA02359110; EFTA00643649.

Background and Her Account of Meeting Epstein

Contemporary British Vogue coverage identifies Dikhtyar as a Russian former gymnast and a contestant in the second season of The Face in 2014. The official Making the Day website credits her as Oksana. Harper’s BAZAAR Serbia published an interview and fashion editorial featuring her in August 2022. British Vogue; Making the Day; Harper’s BAZAAR Serbia.

In an interview excerpt published by Vicky Ward on February 21, 2022, Dikhtyar said Jean Luc Brunel recruited her and that a modeling call sheet directed her to Epstein. She described first visiting his office with her portfolio, being greeted by Lesley, and then accepting an invitation to his house. She said she initially did not understand who he was. Ward identified the conversation as edited for clarity. Ward’s interview excerpt.

Ward also reported Dikhtyar’s statement that Epstein did not try to abuse her and paid her to attend business gatherings. This is Dikhtyar’s account of her own treatment and of how their association began. It does not independently establish what other people experienced or authenticate Epstein’s explanations of his business. Ward’s interview excerpt.

How the Correspondence Is Read

The source review for this article covers 277 numbered PDF productions and 414 pages as of October 14, 2026. It includes 269 reviewed documents from a 276-document candidate pool and eight separately reviewed productions. Seven candidates remain unavailable for page review. These totals describe source coverage, not people, completed introductions or a complete inventory of native emails and attachments.

The released productions often reproduce earlier messages beneath later replies. A single offer can therefore appear in several EFTA documents. A longer production may add a new answer, a changed arrangement or a redacted author rather than a new person or event. For example, the August 2012 age statement appears both on its own and inside a longer chain, while two March 2016 replies quote the same earlier autograph request. EFTA01996987; EFTA02558637; EFTA00643691; EFTA00643690.

Authorship is equally important. A message headed Kira D can be described as a statement by that displayed sender. A blacked out writer in the same production remains unidentified unless separate adequate evidence establishes authorship. In December 2011, Dikhtyar’s name appears in the recipient line of a proposed introduction written by a redacted sender. In the April 2015 long chain, one brief message visibly names Kira Kira, while the authors of several more consequential passages are redacted. EFTA01848947; EFTA01747378.

The chronology below retains the difference between a sender’s proposal, a participant’s account of an earlier event, an acknowledged appointment and independent evidence that the event occurred. Printed times sometimes differ between standalone exports and quoted copies without a visible timezone. Dates are preserved as displayed rather than forced into an unsupported minute by minute reconstruction. EFTA00744514; EFTA02558637; EFTA01892039.

2009 to 2011: Contact, Recollections and Appointments

April 2009 correspondence and the limits of a first meeting date

A message dated April 14, 2009 visibly names Kira D in correspondence about possible Florida travel and a request for photographs. It establishes contact by that date, without showing a supplied photograph, completed journey or first meeting. EFTA02412733.

Messages dated April 16, 2009 visibly name Kira D in an exchange seeking personal advice. EFTA02412612 and EFTA02412705 preserve parts of the discussion; EFTA01827694 contains a longer sequence and her named acknowledgment. Several other writers and the top recipient remain redacted. These later messages do not date the first acquaintance between Dikhtyar and Epstein. EFTA02412612; EFTA02412705; EFTA01827694.

Later 2009 records concern promised photographs and possible travel changes. The September exchange in EFTA01817956 visibly names Kira D in a promise to send new photographs, while an overlapping production redacts that writer. No images or completed journey accompany those copies. EFTA01817956; EFTA01780953.

January 2010: scheduling and a redacted introduction offer

A January 8 exchange discusses tentative availability and Epstein’s recent presence in New York. In the separate January 11 to 20 sequence, Kira D says she is in New York, Epstein proposes Wednesday, and an acknowledgment follows from a redacted sender. The subsequent January 13 writer says they have seen Epstein and proposes bringing a friend for tea. That writer and the January 14 writer giving the friend’s first name are redacted. Epstein asks for a surname and agency; the reviewed production contains no answer. Kira D is again named in the January 20 birthday greeting. EFTA01821954; EFTA01822054; EFTA00766299; EFTA00744514.

The January record thus includes an attributed account of an earlier encounter, an introduction proposal and named Kira messages. Its redactions prevent assigning every stage to Dikhtyar, and it does not confirm that the proposed friend attended. EFTA00744514.

February and March 2011: accounts of earlier contact

On February 19, 2011, a message headed Kira D proposes a social gathering and says some old friends are people Epstein has met before. It gives no number and does not say that she arranged those earlier meetings. EFTA02009670.

The March 4, 2011 message in EFTA02359110 is more specific. Its visible sender is Kira D, and its top body recalls a friend she had introduced to Epstein in Paris. The quoted sequence begins with Epstein saying he had not heard from her, proceeds through her description of a gathering, and includes Epstein’s account of being in the Los Angeles area. Kira’s final message then recalls the Paris introduction and asks him to let her know when he is in Los Angeles. EFTA02359096 preserves an earlier part of that exchange. EFTA02359110; EFTA02359096.

This is an explicit participant account of a past introduction. The record gives no date for the Paris meeting, no age for the friend, no allegation of misconduct at that meeting and no later reply confirming the recollection. It should be retained as a recollection rather than treated as either an independently verified event or a merely prospective offer. EFTA02359110.

September 2011: proposed introductions and assistant coordination

On September 15, Kira D proposes a friend for Epstein to meet, then says she needs to check the friend’s plans and asks for an assistant to arrange a time. Epstein forwards the request to Lesley Groff, asks for the surname and suggests Sunday. Groff acknowledges his instruction. The three productions preserve successive stages of one scheduling sequence. EFTA01855396; EFTA01855537; EFTA01856416.

The September 15 diary material first lists a tentative September 18 afternoon slot for Kira’s friend, with an explicit warning from Groff that the schedule could change. A later printed-time diary lists Kira D and a companion at 8:45, and Groff’s separate message explicitly says she confirmed them for 8:45 PM. Kira D’s acknowledgment quotes that appointment notice. This establishes a scheduled arrangement and its acknowledgment, without documenting attendance or two completed visits. EFTA02183786; EFTA02184089; EFTA02038479; EFTA02183616.

A September 19 message asks Epstein for feedback and reports another person’s favorable impression of him. The feedback message does not independently identify that person as the same proposed attendee, or specify when and how their interaction occurred. EFTA01774682; EFTA02023258.

A September 20 to 21 exchange records disagreement about a private contact’s finances. Epstein reports what she allegedly told him; two named Kira D messages dispute that account. His final reply says he asked repeatedly and was surprised by the reported figure. These are competing accounts of a conversation, not verified earnings or evidence of a payment by Epstein. EFTA01857586.

December 2011: the sender and recipient are different

EFTA01848947 contains a December 17 message that proposes sending two people and requests an assistant’s call. Its writer is redacted. Dikhtyar and Epstein appear as recipients. Epstein forwards an instruction about a possible arrangement. Her presence in the recipient line does not make her the author of that offer. EFTA01848947.

2012: Modeling, Age Statements and Repeated Coordination

January: advice about wealth and modeling

The January 22 to 23 chain in EFTA01997919 begins with a private name, followed by discussion of Thursday contact, a possible evening call and Epstein’s request for a number. Its top message, visibly headed Kira D, advises Epstein that displays of wealth and the suggestion of modeling work would impress the woman. The message describes someone met through a friend and predicts how she would respond. It is direct evidence of the sender’s recommendation; the woman’s agreement and any subsequent meeting are not recorded. EFTA01997919.

Related January 25 scheduling remains conditional. A quoted Kira D message says the proposed visitor is still trying to free that evening and promises an update. The final acknowledgment comes from a redacted writer. No final availability decision or attendance is shown. EFTA02176018.

July: an introduction promised for later

The July 11 to 14 productions contain an acquaintance question, Kira D’s statement that she is with a friend, Epstein’s report that he is in the Caribbean and discussion of calling. Later messages ask about age and a calling number. A Kira D message then promises an introduction when Epstein is in New York, and he expresses interest. The asserted age of twenty four belongs to this contact and has not been independently verified. The calling attempts and later promise do not establish a connected call or completed introduction. EFTA02557565; EFTA01875592; EFTA01877724; EFTA02557696.

August: separate two person offers and an under eighteen age statement

Two August 6 replies quote the same August 5 Kira D proposal to introduce two people, described by the sender as 21 and 24. One reply discusses future availability; the other identifies an agency and promises a link. They are branches from one two person offer, without confirmed ages or attendance. EFTA02558545; EFTA02558561.

The August 12 message in EFTA01996987 is distinct. Kira D describes another prospective contact as turning eighteen on September 29. EFTA02558637 preserves the fuller chain: the age message, Epstein’s response about rhythmic gymnastics, and a final Kira D question about the birthday. His gymnastics response does not expressly answer the age issue, and no answer to her final question appears. The age is the sender’s statement; the source does not independently establish a birthdate or a completed meeting. EFTA01996987; EFTA02558637.

The fuller production also quotes an earlier portfolio discussion, a Skype question and a proposed Monday meeting. That earlier portfolio concerns a different contact. Its attributes and plans cannot be transferred to the person described as not yet eighteen. EFTA02558637.

August 20: a noon plan with Kira

One August 20 branch has Kira D proposing that she come at noon or that she and another person come at seven. A longer branch says she wants five minutes to discuss personal questions in person, and Epstein ends by confirming noon. That is an acknowledged plan for contact with Kira, without proof of attendance. A separate timing question from the same date remains its own branch. EFTA01891949; EFTA01892028; EFTA01892009.

August 28: work, study and remaining in America

In EFTA02558858, Epstein asks what Kira wants him to do with a private contact. Kira D recommends English study and says a translator will be necessary. She says she has told the contact to be agreeable to Epstein if she wants opportunities to work, study or remain in America, and credits him for opportunities in her own career. The chain also discusses availability involving different people. EFTA02558858.

The message documents what Kira said she had told the contact. It does not establish that Epstein controlled an immigration decision, that the contact understood or accepted a defined exchange, or that any job, study program or immigration benefit resulted. EFTA02558858.

September: changed visits and separate replies

September correspondence continues the translation discussion and contains several distinct branches. Kira D reports meeting people during fashion week, some of whom already knew Epstein. Another reply says a private contact will not be in Paris in October and instead anticipates her arrival in New York at the end of September. A short affirmative answer from Epstein in EFTA01890005 clarifies whom he meant in an earlier question. That answer is not the private person’s consent to a massage. EFTA01892022; EFTA01891988; EFTA01890005.

A longer visit branch negotiates a Sunday meeting, then ends with Epstein postponing it until later in the week. The following acknowledgment adds no replacement appointment or attendance. Other call requests and translation acknowledgments belong to separate branches of the discussion. The postponement qualifies the earlier affirmative scheduling language. EFTA01889685; EFTA01885632; EFTA01889399; EFTA01891847.

On September 14, Kira D asks whether she can send images of friends so Epstein can indicate whom he might want to meet, and he agrees. A separate September 18 reply describes an anticipated arrival. Neither supplies a completed introduction roster. EFTA01889239; EFTA01889401; EFTA01805037.

A September 20 weekend proposal receives Epstein’s assent. In a separate September 21 to 22 exchange, Kira D asks whether she and a private contact should stop by and whether he can pay for a taxi. Epstein invites them at 10:30. One branch ends with her acceptance; another adds her ten minute update and his acknowledgment. These details strengthen the evidence of a planned visit. Neither branch explicitly records arrival, a completed introduction or a taxi payment, and the September 20 proposal cannot be equated with this later exchange solely by proximity in time. EFTA01885113; EFTA01885004; EFTA01889289.

September 22: group plans and an unresolved massage reference

Epstein asks Kira D about a venue for at least ten people. Two other Kira D replies to an evening proposal offer club or lounge arrangements, ask how many girls are wanted, and suggest Electric Room VIP arrangements. The number ten is a venue capacity request. No roster, completed event or count of women is supplied. EFTA01885117; EFTA02561272; EFTA02561285.

EFTA02561277 records Epstein saying he called a redacted person and left voicemail, followed by a question about a proposed massage. Kira D says she will check. An earlier line names Elon Musk without explaining the connection, and the initial Kira message body is fully redacted. The visible public name does not identify the redacted call recipient or establish that Musk requested, knew about or participated in the proposed massage. No later answer or performed service appears. EFTA02561277.

In a September 29 branch, Kira D says she would prefer to introduce a private contact to Epstein rather than a redacted intermediary. The chain includes her account of working on a music video and Epstein’s statement that he is in the Caribbean. It describes attributed work activity and future plans, without confirming an introduction or the involvement of any artist. EFTA02561329; EFTA01888187.

October: feedback, Kyiv plans and career advice

October 7 correspondence includes Kira D asking for Epstein’s reaction to a private contact. He gives an affirmative evaluation and proposes a further opportunity the next day after 3:30. Earlier messages concern an evening visit, and later Kira commentary repeats the exchange. These are feedback and plans, but the messages do not specify that an earlier interaction took place in person. Six overlapping productions preserve the sequence rather than six separate introductions. EFTA01892039; EFTA01891989; EFTA01767054; EFTA02026281.

In a separate October 7 branch, Kira D asks how an interaction went, reports the other person’s reaction, promises a call, asks about Kyiv dates and tentatively suggests a possible gymnast contact. Epstein gives Wednesday through Friday as his intended dates. His earlier assent answers her request to ask questions; it does not provide an account of an in person encounter. Further October 8 branches contain separate replies about obtaining contacts, difficulty reaching an intermediary and anticipated phone unavailability during travel. EFTA01894737; EFTA01894740; EFTA01894785; EFTA01894946.

Professional advice appears in another October 7 exchange. Under a subject referring to FHM UK and a cover story, Kira D asks for ideas for three interview answers. Epstein supplies suggestions. The correspondence establishes that he gave advice; it does not establish publication of the answers, a published cover or his arranging one. A separate cafe invitation mentioning an interview has no reply and cannot be connected to the FHM exchange merely because it falls on the same date. EFTA02522055; EFTA01894708; EFTA02561265.

On October 8, two further Kira D branches ask Epstein to call a waiting contact and request an exact address so someone can be sent. Epstein’s quoted response mentions voicemail and a departure time; it does not expressly say he left a message. Neither branch records the requested address being supplied, a connected conversation or arrival. EFTA02521984; EFTA02521990.

Other October records show how short extracts can mislead. EFTA01891946 explains that Epstein’s earlier short reply meant he had not forgotten a request concerning a private contact. It also reports that they spoke the previous day, without specifying how. A separate branch preserves Kira’s question asking why. In another exchange, Epstein says he gave a private contact advice; Kira offers to help and later comments. These are participant accounts of conversation or advice, without confirmation of the form or performance of any further assistance. EFTA01891946; EFTA01891834; EFTA01891726; EFTA02024217.

On October 15, Kira D proposes that Epstein meet Eugenia Kanaeva, identified in the message as an Olympic champion expected to visit. There is no reply or completed meeting account. On October 17, a different feedback question receives a negative response from Epstein. On October 22, concert related coordination includes his statement that a contact has not yet arrived, followed by an unidentified writer’s proposal for a text and address update. These records respectively show a proposal involving a public figure, an evaluation of unspecified circumstances and unresolved arrival. They do not establish Kanaeva’s agreement or involvement, a verified encounter behind the evaluation, or that the later expected visitor eventually arrived. EFTA01767092; EFTA01891821; EFTA02561529; EFTA01894060; EFTA01892259; EFTA02561547; EFTA01766199.

October 2012: requests for practical assistance

On October 11, Kira D asks Epstein to help a private contact find somewhere to live. No housing being supplied is shown. In a separate October 19 exchange, Epstein says he will organize a haircut for a private contact the following week, and Kira acknowledges. That arrangement also remains prospective. A shared first name would not establish that these records concern the same person. EFTA01894791; EFTA01764840.

2013 to 2015: Calling, Money and Reported Reluctance

August 2013 proposals

August 2013 messages quote named Kira D statements about a prospective contact and location, followed by questions about dates and an offer to send someone when Epstein returns. The sender gives an age of nineteen. Some quoted authors remain redacted, and a forwarded header lacks its body or image. The records do not confirm an independently verified age, an accepted appointment, a transmitted photograph or arrival. EFTA01960275; EFTA01961606.

October 2013: an explicit payment instruction

An October 7, 2013 message from Epstein to Lesley Groff says “We pay” above a forwarded Kira D appointment request. The wording is a top-level instruction in this production. It supplies no amount, invoice, receipt or completed transaction. EFTA00381752.

Earlier delayed-delivery notices preserve a different October 6 forward, which lacks that instruction. Their delivery status cannot be assigned to the later message. An October 7 exchange records difficulty reaching the provider, and an October 19 question asks whether Kira went. No answer establishing attendance or payment is reproduced. The records support a payment instruction and attempted coordination, without establishing a completed appointment, a commission or an exchange for introductions. EFTA02705948; EFTA02125544; EFTA01952721.

March 2014: a limit on current availability

A March 17, 2014 exchange combines Kira D’s conditional offer to send someone comparable to a redacted person with her statement, “Just don’t really have anybody.” The comparison remains redacted. This is a date-specific limit on current availability; it does not establish the outcome of offers on other dates. Epstein’s short reply supplies no completed referral. EFTA00870576.

April 2015: a long chain with important redactions

EFTA01747378 preserves an April 22 to 30 exchange extending over fifteen pages, with substantive messages on the first seven. Epstein complains about a woman’s failure to thank people after a reported meeting with “Woody.” Redacted writers defend her, ask for direct communication, discuss what Epstein wants and offer a possible future introduction. The surname behind “Woody” is not established by this production. EFTA01747378.

A brief April 26 message is visibly headed Kira Kira and says a private person will message Epstein. The author of the April 25 promise to find another girl and the author of the April 30 question about friends or massages are redacted. Their position in the same long production does not establish that Kira authored them. The record contains both accounts of earlier interaction and future proposals, with no basis to turn its page count into an event count. EFTA01747378.

June 2015: a diary appointment

A diary headed June 3, 2015, New York, lists an 11 AM appointment for Kira D and a companion. A cancellation marking belongs to the preceding 10 AM entry, not Kira’s appointment. The diary and unrelated correspondence that follows it do not establish that Kira’s appointment was cancelled, moved or attended. EFTA01192852.

August and September 2015: the 40 dollar request

In the August 28 to 29 exchange in EFTA02489080, a Kira D message describes a private contact seeking to borrow 40 dollars and makes assertions about her willingness. Epstein responds positively to her appearance. Kira’s final message qualifies the proposed purpose as massage in her opinion and asks when to send the contact. The printed amount is 40 dollars. There is no later answer, documented loan, payment, visit or performed service in the production. The sender’s assessment cannot establish the contact’s consent. EFTA02489080.

Later productions reuse the August opening message in distinct calling and proposal branches. One named Kira D reply gives an age of twenty three; a separate branch contains her statement about an age of twenty four in a passport. The records do not establish that the same person is being discussed in both branches. No passport is reproduced, and these assertions do not establish a false document. Calling requests, attempted timing and recommendations to meet remain separate from completed calls or introductions. EFTA02485312; EFTA02485339; EFTA02485484; EFTA02345823; EFTA01800978.

October and November 2015: fear and a renewed proposal

EFTA02481691 begins with an October 24 Kira D recommendation that expressly signals uncertainty about massage. Later messages discuss arrival and meeting times. An October 28 writer, whose name is redacted, says the contact learned who Epstein was, was afraid to go and could not be accompanied by the writer. Epstein’s final November 1 message asks about the following day. EFTA02481691.

The reluctance account is secondhand, but it is essential context for the scheduling. No subsequent attendance is confirmed. The redacted writer’s identity cannot be restored from nearby Kira messages, and the contact’s stated concern cannot be replaced by a claim that the visit went ahead. EFTA02481691.

December 2015: a request and an affirmative answer

Two overlapping productions preserve a December 6 Kira D request for financial help and a promise to find someone for Epstein. He answers affirmatively. The amount is ambiguously printed without a currency symbol, and neither production is a payment receipt or a record that the future introduction occurred. EFTA00839392; EFTA00643115.

2016: Travel, Public Figures and Further Offers

January: another two person proposal

EFTA02474245 quotes Kira D saying she met two people in Los Angeles, describing their ages as 21 and 23 and recommending that Epstein meet them. He requests photographs and raises the possibility of flying them to New York. Her reported meetings with them and his proposed meetings are different claims. No photographs, tickets, independently verified ages or completed introductions are supplied. EFTA02474245.

February 3 to 10: a recommendation and a New York proposal

EFTA02342455 begins with a visibly named Kira D message asking Epstein’s opinion of a private person and saying she likes massages. Epstein gives a brief positive response. Later messages in that production have redacted writers, including a proposed New York trip and a nationality answer. Those writers remain unidentified in that copy. EFTA02342455.

A separately reviewed production, EFTA02473522, visibly labels Kira D on the February 3 offer to bring a private contact to New York at the end of February or beginning of March and on two February 4 replies. Epstein expresses scheduling uncertainty. That production ends with his February 10 passport-nationality question; it contains no answer. It supplies source-level attribution for the proposal and replies it actually shows, without identifying the redacted nationality respondent in EFTA02342455 or establishing completed travel, a meeting or payment. EFTA02473522.

February 13: an undefined gift request

A named Kira D message thanks Epstein for an invitation involving a redacted third party and requests a “little present.” It specifies no amount or item and contains no response or evidence that a gift was sent. The request does not establish a commission or completed introduction. EFTA01792285.

February: a ranch plan cancelled and a Miami request approved

A February sequence forwards Kira D’s contact information for a proposed traveler, considers February 15 to 16 arrangements for Zorro Ranch, discusses flight options and fares, and includes Epstein’s instruction to call the person. It then changes direction. Epstein instructs that the proposed ranch flight be cancelled and the plan redirected to New York. Kira D is copied. Groff tells the ranch the traveler will not come, and the ranch acknowledges. EFTA02060450; EFTA02060681; EFTA00329120.

Separate productions preserve the cancellation instruction, Groff’s notice and the ranch acknowledgment. They repeat that staff sequence, not additional trips. A different Kira D reply says she herself plans to fly to New York and will supply details; another tentatively proposes an additional contact. These personal plans must remain separate from the cancelled itinerary for the other person. No airline cancellation receipt, replacement ticket or completed journey appears. EFTA02472382; EFTA02059382; EFTA02059393; EFTA02059403; EFTA02472568.

The February 22 Miami discussion is separate. Kira D requests a March 3 ticket, Epstein approves and copies Groff, and Groff asks about departure time and airline preference. Kira prefers early afternoon and Delta. Groff says she can add an account number when making a reservation; a response body is redacted, followed by acknowledgment. The initial request contains an unexplained massage reference. It does not establish a completed exchange of travel for a service. The correspondence shows approval and active coordination, without an issued ticket, price, receipt or proof of travel. EFTA00329001; EFTA00329007; EFTA02059202; EFTA02059218; EFTA02059247; EFTA02059278.

March 2: Buffett, Prokhorov and “30 more girls”

The March 2 documents must be read in sequence. EFTA00643691, printed at 20:23:55 +0000, and EFTA00643690, printed at 20:26:29 +0000, preserve distinct replies quoting the same earlier Kira D message. That earlier message says it was good to see Epstein the previous night, then discusses an expected contact, casting and Warren Buffett’s autograph for Mikhail Prokhorov. The reported encounter with Epstein is separate from the prospective third party plans. They are overlapping productions of that earlier request. EFTA00643691; EFTA00643690.

At 22:20:56 +0000, EFTA00643667 asks about arranging a meeting between Prokhorov and Buffett. At 22:32:31 +0000, the separately produced EFTA00643649 visibly names Kira D and makes the future offer of “30 more girls” while pressing the Buffett request. EFTA00643667; EFTA00643649.

The numerical phrase is a consequential offer in correspondence. The document contains no roster of thirty people, confirmation of thirty introductions, their ages, evidence of victim status or a later response. Nor do these messages establish that a Buffett meeting occurred or that Buffett knew about the offer. The word “more” does not supply a count of earlier completed introductions. March 4 to 6: a pair who travel together

Kira D proposes two people who travel together. One reply reports their local presence and asks that both be invited, while a shorter reply to the same antecedent makes another offer. Later quoted messages discuss Epstein’s timing in Miami, a suggestion that another contact find someone, and Kira’s offer to try arranging a massage. Epstein asks about that day. The standalone and quoted date labels differ across these productions. EFTA00832502 and EFTA00685321 reproduce much of the same exchange, with the latter adding a later redacted writer. The additional copies and branches are not additional pairs. The reported local presence is a participant claim, and no attended visit, performed service or payment is established. EFTA00832502; EFTA00685321; EFTA01805092; EFTA01805304; EFTA02471416.

March 18 to 20: an appointment request and a public place boundary

Kira D asks that an assistant call a prospective visitor. Epstein asks what to say; she requests an appointment and says the person expects the call. The longer production also quotes an earlier suggestion that the person could visit the next afternoon. These are coordination and expectation statements. EFTA02358842; EFTA02350206.

The later exchange in EFTA02468366 changes the picture. Epstein reports that the person will meet only in a public place such as a restaurant or cafe, rather than an office or house. Kira D offers to speak with her the next day. Epstein declines that offer. The person’s boundary is reported by Epstein rather than supplied in her own message, and the production confirms neither a private visit nor a public meeting. EFTA02468366.

March 21 to 28: promises, a money request and changed timing

In a March 21 exchange, Kira D promises a massage and gives a future return date after Epstein comments favorably on photographs. The actual images are not reproduced. The promise supplies no evidence of a performed service, consent or completed travel. EFTA02354801; EFTA02468324.

A March 23 message headed Kira D links a music video, asks for at least 500 for a private contact, proposes coaching and future introductions, and claims the contact cast people in the video. The currency is unspecified. Epstein’s short affirmative reply does not specify which part he accepts. The record establishes the request and casting assertion, without proving payment, completed introductions, the casting work or any artist’s knowledge of the exchange. EFTA02468037.

On March 28, after Epstein suggests Wednesday, Kira D says she will be flying away that day and asks him to see a private contact. Earlier messages concern a proposed visit and possible casting work. Her later statement qualifies the suggested timing, without confirming a flight, appointment or assignment. EFTA02467129.

2018: Paris Plans, a Further Proposal and Friendship Messages

An April 23 production contains a quoted message with a damaged but visible Dikhtyar name label. It discusses finding a Paris agent for a contact described as eighteen and mentions five prospective contacts to discuss in later months. The chain includes Epstein’s planned Paris dates and later questions about the duration of that stay. EFTA02464326 is a shorter overlapping production. These are expressed plans; the stated age for one contact does not establish the ages of the five prospects or five completed introductions. EFTA02463468; EFTA02464326.

A June 30, 2018 message visibly headed Kira D contains a further proposed contact in its Subject field. It says a visa is being checked and gives an age of 23, which is the writer’s assertion. Its ending, “Pls 2 in September,” is ambiguous and supplies no reliable two-person count, birthdate or corrected date. No reply, approved visa, travel, meeting or payment is shown. EFTA02493489.

Separate July 14 records show a named Kira D thank you referring to a blocked card, followed in another production by Epstein’s statement of friendship. The second record contains a quoted Kira header with no substantive body. The fragments establish the messages and expressed appreciation, without identifying an amount, a ticket, the assistance actually provided or a completed journey. EFTA02600884; EFTA02600919.

Public Statements, Reporting and the Civil Record

Dikhtyar discussed her friendship with Epstein publicly after his death. The publisher’s listing for her August 10, 2021 appearance on Ritch in Life identifies that friendship as an episode topic. Ward’s 2022 interview records her account of meeting Epstein and of her own experience with him. These earlier accounts are chronologically distinct from the later reporting about recruitment. Ritch in Life episode listing; Ward’s interview excerpt.

In October 2021, Dikhtyar publicly alleged that Boris Berezovsky raped her when she was fifteen, describing a modeling trip to London. Contemporary coverage attributed the account to her television appearance. The allegation is her public account; the sources cited here do not supply a judicial finding about it. KP.UA’s October 19, 2021 report.

UN Women denied appointing Dikhtyar an ambassador; she disputed responsibility for media descriptions. 2022 profile.

Scott Stedman’s May 14, 2026 Newsground investigation identifies Dikhtyar as a recurring correspondent and characterizes the correspondence as recruitment. It reports the outlet’s own total of at least forty women and girls. Its May 21 follow up examines Prokhorov and other associations. Both articles report unanswered requests for comment. Their numerical analysis and broader allegations remain the outlet’s reporting; they are not a judicial determination or a total independently established by the individual records above. May 14 investigation; May 21 follow up.

EpsteinWiki’s earlier Sleuth Report: Kira Dikhtyar and the Epstein Recruitment Network credits investigator Bekah Day. Her October 9, 2026 article discusses Dikhtyar in its examination of Paolo Zampolli. Its passage about fifty concerns Zampolli’s account of sending model portfolios. That is a different claim from a count of Dikhtyar’s introductions and cannot establish fifty people introduced by her. Day’s article.

A public-source check completed on October 14, 2026 did not locate a directly attributable current response by Dikhtyar to the 2026 recruitment reporting. The Newsground’s unanswered requests are its accounts at publication; the available sources do not establish whether she has responded elsewhere. Her earlier interviews should be read in their original dates and context.

Dikhtyar also appears as item 68 in Exhibit C, PDF page 140, of Document 145-1 in Government of the United States Virgin Islands v. JPMorgan Chase Bank, filed May 15, 2023. The filing includes a subpoena directed to Celestino White Sr.; its definitions use a broad category based on association with Epstein, and its requests seek related documents and communications. The listing is a civil discovery reference. It is not a criminal charge or a judicial finding that Dikhtyar was a coconspirator. Document 145-1, Exhibit C; definitions and requests.

Questions the Record Leaves Open

  • When did the association begin? The reviewed correspondence now reaches April 14, 2009. The Newsground reports a January 17, 2008 message, but its original has not been independently reproduced in this review. Neither establishes a first meeting date here.
  • Which proposed introductions took place? The correspondence includes retrospective participant accounts, scheduled appointments, changes and cancellations. It does not provide a complete roster or an independently verified total of completed introductions.
  • What financial assistance was actually provided? The October 2013 “We pay” instruction and other requests or affirmative replies document what was said. Receipts or equivalent records would be needed to establish the specific completed payments discussed here.
  • Who wrote the redacted passages? Redacted senders remain unidentified in their respective productions. A visible name in another copy supports attribution only for the messages visibly named there; it does not restore unrelated blackouts.
  • What additional source material remains missing? Seven candidate productions, missing quoted bodies and unrecovered image attachments limit the review. The three supplied October 25, 2018 pages do not establish their senders and are not used to attribute allegations to Dikhtyar.
