EFTA01683110: Aircraft Arrival, Registration and Immigration Records

Snapshot

RecordEFTA01683110, a 76-page packet with page stamps EFTA01683110 through EFTA01683185.
ContentsPrivate-aircraft arrival reports and passenger screens, aircraft-registration printouts, immigration database records, and brief handwritten material.
AircraftN909JE, a Gulfstream G1159B, and N908JE, a Boeing 727-31, as described in the historical FAA printouts.
DatesThe private-aircraft arrival fields range from November 29, 2004, to February 26, 2006. The TECS and immigration displays carry March 2, 2006 system dates; these are separate from the recorded travel and case dates.
Source scopeThe Epstein Data PDF and the copy attached below contain the same 76-page packet. The page inventory covers this file, without claiming a complete travel or immigration history.
Evidentiary limitsThe packet records administrative entries. It contains redactions and inconsistent fields, and does not establish why an individual traveled, what occurred during a journey, or criminal involvement.

EFTA01683110 opens with a folder image marked “Epstein Planes.” Its contents extend well beyond a flight log. The largest section pairs aircraft-arrival details with passenger-name screens. Later pages preserve historical aircraft-registration searches and redacted immigration records, including petition screens naming modeling agencies. Reading these sections separately prevents an aircraft movement, a registry listing, and an immigration application from being treated as the same kind of evidence.

Key takeaways

What the packet contains

The TECS II Private Aircraft Enforcement System pages are headed “Report of Private Aircraft Arrival.” Each report is represented by an aircraft-detail screen and a passenger-name screen with a matching report number. The detail screen includes aircraft tail number, arrival date and time, departure fields, itinerary text, and an owner or lessee field. The next screen supplies the associated list of names, with many personal fields covered by redactions.

The aircraft-registration section is a different source type: copies of FAA Registry web results and Landings.com database results. The later CLAIMS and Central Index System pages are immigration case displays. Their inclusion alongside the aircraft records does not itself identify a redacted person as a passenger on any particular flight.

March 2, 2006 appears at the top of the TECS and immigration database displays. The dates inside those records describe earlier travel, applications, decisions, or periods of validity. The packet has no signed narrative establishing who assembled it, the reason for every query, or a finding about every person whose name appears.

Evidence Appearances

This inventory accounts for all 76 PDF pages. The EFTA numbers below are stamps visible within this one file. They are page references, not assertions that each stamped page is a separate downloadable document.

The 23 private-aircraft arrival reports

The arrival-report section runs from PDF pages 3 through 49, with the note on page 43 interrupting the sequence. The following table uses the date entered in “US ARRIVAL DTE,” not the March 2006 display date. Airport codes and last-city descriptions are reproduced from the screens. It does not convert the record into a verified itinerary or add a missing departure airport.

The February 22, 2005 arrival record records a departure on February 21 and an arrival at 0129 Z the following day. The November 29, 2004 record similarly carries a preceding-day departure. A date copied from the arrival column therefore need not be the local calendar date of departure.

Other entries require caution even before any time conversion: the February 26, 2006 screen records a 2021 Z departure and a 0014 Z arrival on the same date. The January 15, 2006 screen likewise puts a 2030 Z departure after a 0005 Z arrival on the same printed date. The packet supplies no correction for those combinations.

The December 11, 2005 screen pairs a KX70 departure field with St. Thomas itinerary text. The January 1, 2005 screen pairs a TUPJ departure field with “ANGUILA” as the last foreign city. Several screens also vary the country code beside St. Thomas. These discrepancies remain unresolved in this packet; neither a geographical correction nor an extra stop can be supplied from the text alone.

The associated passenger screens are evidence of names entered in these reports. They do not explain the purpose of a journey, distinguish every traveler’s role, or describe activity at a destination. The packet does not establish that any named passenger visited a specific private island, participated in abuse, or knew of criminal conduct. Redacted names remain unidentified.

Historical aircraft-registration evidence

The January 3, 2006 FAA printout for N909JE identifies a Gulfstream Aerospace G1159B, serial number 151, manufactured in 1974. It lists Hyperion Air Inc as the registered owner and a certificate issue date of March 15, 1994. The corresponding N908JE printout identifies a Boeing 727-31, serial number 20115, manufactured in 1969, with JEGE Inc as registered owner and a certificate issue date of January 25, 2001.

The Landings.com results provide earlier database printouts for the same tail numbers, dated September 21, 2005 and displaying a September 19 database update. Each reproduced sheet is labeled page 1 of 3. The remaining pages of those individual search results are not included in this packet. These sheets provide historical reference material; they are not a current FAA registration check.

The TECS owner/lessee field should also be kept distinct from registered ownership. For example, the November 2005 N908JE arrival screen lists Hyperion Air Inc in that combined field, while the January 2006 FAA printout lists JEGE Inc as registered owner. Those different labels and dates do not by themselves prove an ownership transfer.

The modeling-agency petition records

Pages 58 through 63 contain three pairs of CLAIMS screens. One is a petition-update view and the other a beneficiary-information view. The displayed petitioner names are NEXT MGT, KARIN MODELS, and MC2 MODEL MGT DBA KARIN MODELS. The personal beneficiary names are covered by redactions, so these screens cannot responsibly be assigned to a named model on appearance or contextual guesswork.

62 and 63MC2 MODEL MGT DBA KARIN MODELSDecember 6, 2005December 9, 2005 through November 30, 2008

The MC2 petition-update screen carries an associated receipt corresponding to the Karin Models record on page 60. That is a specific administrative connection between the displayed records. It supports describing the agency name and the linked filing history, while the redacted identity remains unresolved.

The beneficiary-information screens also contain compensation and occupational fields. Such fields describe what the database records about a petition; they do not show that wages were paid, identify the source of any payment, or document the work actually performed. The packet contains no accompanying employment contract or payroll evidence resolving those questions.

Other immigration records and repeated screens

Four I-94 displays appear on pages 2, 57, 64, and 76. They contain individual arrival or departure information with names and other personal details redacted. Their placement in the packet does not independently match a person to a private-aircraft passenger line.

Pages 65 through 75 contain Central Index System search and history views, a CLAIMS case history, employment-authorization inquiries, representative data, an adjustment-of-status screen, and two sponsor-inquiry screens. These are administrative records, not witness statements or findings about the motives of the people involved.

Pages 74 and 75 repeat the underlying Central Index System record and history shown on pages 65 and 66, with different display times. They are additional views of the same information. Counting them as separate immigration episodes or separate individuals would overstate the file.

The sponsor screens and the representative-data screen establish that names occupy those administrative fields. The packet supplies no narrative connecting those entries to abuse, coercion, fraudulent conduct, or knowledge of Epstein’s crimes. Personal identifiers, contact details, and guesses about the redacted subjects are unnecessary to describe the records.

What remains unresolved

The complete packet does not explain its assembly or provide the underlying submissions for each database entry. It does not resolve inconsistent route and timing fields, reveal redacted identities, supply all pages of the Landings search results, or establish a complete list of journeys. Those limits remain even where individual fields can be transcribed clearly.

The aircraft reports support a documented account of recorded arrivals and associated name lists. The petition screens support a documented account of agency names and administrative filing information. Establishing the accuracy of a disputed entry, the purpose of a trip, a person’s conduct, or an employment arrangement would require additional evidence specific to that question.
