EFTA01136491: Jeffrey Epstein’s Earlier Sex Offender Registration Internet and Asset Inventory

A four page attachment to Jeffrey Epstein’s sex offender registration form documents an earlier version of his vehicle, boat, aircraft, telephone, email, website, social media, and online reputation management disclosures.

The evidence begins with EFTA01136491 and continues through EFTA01136494.

The document identifies 12 automobiles, eight boats, three aircraft, approximately 89 property telephone lines, nine email addresses, 16 websites, two Twitter identities, and dozens of online profiles created to promote Epstein and the Jeffrey Epstein VI Foundation.

Most importantly, the final page contains a direct acknowledgment that Epstein retained outside companies to provide reputation management services. According to the filing, those companies created websites, blogs, email addresses, profiles, and other online content concerning Epstein’s business, scientific, and philanthropic activities.

This document provides a roadmap for identifying the websites that helped rebuild Epstein’s public image after his 2008 conviction.

Why Epstein Had to Provide This Information

Epstein’s sex offender registration obligations resulted from his 2008 Florida conviction for offenses that included procuring a person under 18 for prostitution.

Because Epstein maintained properties in multiple jurisdictions, his registration obligations involved Florida, New York, New Mexico, and the United States Virgin Islands.

New York classified Epstein as a Level Three sex offender, its highest risk category. The classification was affirmed in People v. Epstein on November 17, 2011.

New York’s registry includes information such as residences, employment locations, vehicles, aliases, and identifying information. The Epstein attachment went further by documenting aircraft, boats, property telephone systems, email addresses, websites, and other internet identities.

The document does not identify the jurisdiction that received this particular copy. Its references to all of Epstein’s principal properties suggest it was intended to provide a consolidated disclosure of assets and communications connected to his residences.

The Twelve Vehicles

The first page, EFTA01136491, identifies 12 automobiles associated with Epstein’s properties.

The disclosed vehicles included Cadillac Escalades, Chevrolet Suburbans, a Mercedes Benz S500, a Hummer H2, a Bentley Arnage RL, a Range Rover, a Dodge Caravan, and a Ford Expedition EL.

The vehicles were connected to Little Saint James, Florida, New Mexico, and New York.

Most were described as black. Several were large sport utility vehicles suitable for moving passengers, staff members, luggage, and supplies between Epstein’s residences, airports, and docks.

The document establishes the vehicles included in the registration disclosure. It does not establish who drove them, who traveled in them, or whether a particular vehicle was involved in criminal conduct.

The Earlier Little Saint James Boat Fleet

The same page lists eight vessels and personal watercraft associated with Little Saint James.

The disclosed fleet included a 35 foot Ribtec named Nana, a 40 foot Logical catamaran named Lady G, two Yamaha personal watercraft, a 39 foot Midnight Express Cuddy Cabin, a 31 foot Cape Horn identified as PRD, a 36 foot Procat named Little C, and a 73 foot barge identified as Miss Ava or Big N.

Registration numbers and hull identification numbers appear in the underlying evidence.

The boat fleet was operationally important because people, equipment, food, fuel, luggage, and construction materials had to move between St. Thomas and Little Saint James.

The presence of Lady G and the Midnight Express distinguishes this version from later registration inventories, which contain a changed vessel list.

The Three Aircraft

This version of the registration attachment identifies three aircraft:

Boeing 727: N908JE

Gulfstream G IIB: N909JE

Bell 430 helicopter: N331JE

The form associates these aircraft with airports serving Epstein’s properties.

It identifies Cyril E. King Airport in St. Thomas, Palm Beach International Airport, Boca Raton Airport, Santa Fe Municipal Airport, Albuquerque International Sunport, John F. Kennedy International Airport, Newark Liberty International Airport, and Teterboro Airport.

The filing also names the East 34th Street Heliport, Wall Street Heliport, and West 30th Street Heliport in Manhattan.

The Gulfstream N909JE is important because it helps place this disclosure earlier in Epstein’s asset history. Later versions of the registration inventory identify different Gulfstream aircraft, including N120JE and N212JE.

Aircraft registration does not establish who traveled on a particular flight. Passenger information must be verified through Epstein flight logs, manifests, pilot records, airport records, and other supporting evidence.

Approximately 89 Property Telephone Lines

Pages EFTA01136491 and EFTA01136492 document approximately 89 property telephone and fax lines.

About 50 lines were connected to Little Saint James. The filing separates some lines designated for Epstein from a larger group designated for staff.

Additional lines were associated with properties in Florida, New Mexico, and New York.

This volume of telephone infrastructure indicates that Epstein’s properties operated through an extensive administrative system. Staff lines could support household operations, security, transportation, scheduling, maintenance, construction, and guest arrangements.

The form does not identify the staff member assigned to every number. It also does not contain call records or message contents.

The Nine Email Addresses

Page EFTA01136492 lists nine email addresses associated with Epstein or the internet accounts created on his behalf.

The disclosed addresses include:

Several addresses later appeared as user names for social profiles, directory accounts, websites, and other online services.

The address jeevacation@gmail.com became one of Epstein’s principal communication accounts. The Epstein Data search for jeevacation provides access to released records connected to the account.

The address jeeproject@yahoo.com is significant because it was used during an earlier period of Epstein’s activities. It appears in correspondence connected to Epstein before and during the Palm Beach investigation.

The registration attachment does not provide passwords or complete mailbox contents.

Ten Primary Websites

Page EFTA01136493 lists ten primary websites:

These sites were organized around several recurring themes. The foundation domain promoted philanthropy. The science and education domains emphasized Epstein’s relationships with academics and researchers. The United States Virgin Islands, international, and New York domains created location specific content.

The forum and blog domains allowed reputation management material to appear as discussion, commentary, or independently published information.

The document does not establish that Epstein personally registered or wrote content for every site. However, its final note acknowledges that Epstein retained outside companies to provide reputation management services.

Jeffrey Epstein Foundation Website

The domain jeffreyepsteinfoundation.com was connected to the Jeffrey Epstein VI Foundation.

The document lists a Webbs website account associated with this domain and the user name jeffreyepsteinfoundation.

The foundation name appeared repeatedly across business directories, grant directories, local listings, social media platforms, and search profiles.

This repetition could cause search engines to associate Epstein’s name with philanthropy rather than his sex offense conviction and the accounts of survivors.

The foundation website should be investigated alongside Jeffrey Epstein VI Foundation records, tax filings, donations, press releases, archived pages, and financial documents.

Jeffrey Epstein Science and Education Websites

The registration form identifies jeffreyepsteinscience.com and jeffreyepsteineducation.com.

These domains fit a broader public relations strategy that presented Epstein as a supporter of science, technology, mathematics, education, and academic research.

Epstein continued cultivating scientists and universities after his 2008 conviction. Websites focusing on science and education could elevate favorable material while pushing reporting about his criminal history lower in search results.

The form lists GoDaddy accounts connected to both domains. The user name shown for the domain accounts was jeffreyepsteinfoundation.

This establishes a shared administrative identity across multiple websites. It does not by itself identify the person who controlled the GoDaddy account or wrote the sites’ content.

Jeffrey Epstein Ideas Forum

The domain jeffreyepsteinforum.com was connected to a Blogspot account using the screen name Jeffrey Epstein Ideas Forum.

The profile used jeffreyepsteinorg@gmail.com as its listed user name.

The phrase “Ideas Forum” is significant because it framed content as intellectual discussion rather than direct promotion.

A website presented as an ideas forum could publish or repeat material concerning science, technology, philanthropy, economics, or public policy while appearing separate from Epstein’s personal website.

The registration evidence connects that forum identity directly to the larger network of Epstein related email addresses and online reputation accounts.

Location Specific Domains

The document lists several location based websites:

  • jeffreyepsteinusvi.com
  • jeffreyepsteinnewyork.com
  • jeffreyepsteininternational.com

These domains allowed reputation content to be organized around Epstein’s geographic interests and properties.

The United States Virgin Islands domain could promote foundation activity, donations, scientific projects, or local philanthropy associated with the territory where Epstein owned Little Saint James.

The New York domain could reinforce his identity as a financier, philanthropist, and science supporter connected to Manhattan.

The international domain could present his relationships and activities as global in scope.

Researchers should not assume that these websites contained independent reporting merely because they used different domains or geographic branding.

Six Additional Third Party Websites

Page EFTA01136494 contains a separate section titled Additional Websites and Blog Sites Maintained by Third Parties With Content Relating to Philanthropic, Science or Business Related Activities of Jeffrey Epstein.

It identifies six additional sites:

These sites expanded the reputation network beyond the ten primary domains.

The finance domain emphasized Epstein’s claimed professional identity. The information domain could resemble a neutral reference source. WordPress, Blogspot, and Jux provided hosted publishing platforms capable of producing articles that search engines could index separately.

The use of several platforms increased the number of search results connected to Epstein’s preferred public identity.

The Direct Admission About Reputation Management

The most important language appears at the bottom of EFTA01136494.

The document states that Epstein retained third parties to provide reputation management services.

It says those companies independently created internet accounts, websites, blog sites, associated email addresses, and other web based accounts and content concerning Epstein.

The filing claims these accounts were neither created nor used personally by Epstein. However, it also states that Epstein had been disclosing and would continue disclosing the accounts as the reputation management companies reported them to him.

This distinction matters.

The document does not describe unrelated strangers independently writing about Epstein. It describes companies retained to provide reputation management services for him.

Therefore, even if Epstein did not personally create each account, the network existed because paid providers were producing and distributing content for his benefit.

More Than 60 Supporting Profiles

The two final pages list more than 60 supporting profiles and directory accounts.

The platforms included AboutUs, AmericanTowns, Blogspot, Chamber of Commerce, Citysearch, Facebook, Flickr, Gather, GoDaddy, Google profiles, Google Maps, HopStop, LinkedIn, Live, Myspace, Patch, Photobucket, Pinterest, PR.com, StumbleUpon, Technorati, Twitter, Vimeo, Wikipedia, Yahoo, Yelp, YouTube, and numerous local business directories.

Many accounts used Jeffrey Epstein VI Foundation as the screen name.

Others used Jeffrey Epstein, The Jeffrey Epstein Foundation, Jeffrey Epstein Ideas Forum, or variations such as JeffreyEpstein1, JeffreyEpstein2, and JeffreyEpstein12.

The profiles reused a small group of Epstein related email addresses. This created a connected online ecosystem despite the appearance of many separate platforms.

The Wikipedia User Name Turville

The registration attachment lists a Wikipedia profile for Jeffrey Epstein with the user name Turville.

The document does not explain who controlled the account or what edits it made.

This disclosure does not prove that every edit made by an account using that name was directed by Epstein. However, the appearance of a Wikipedia identity inside a reputation management inventory makes the account an important subject for further archival research.

Researchers should examine the account’s edit history, revision discussions, deleted contributions, dates, and any edits involving Epstein, his foundation, his scientific relationships, or his criminal history.

Any conclusions should be based on preserved Wikipedia records rather than the registration form alone.

The YouTube and Twitter Identities

The document lists two Twitter identities:

jeffrey_epstein

jeffreyepstein1

The supporting account table also identifies a YouTube profile using the screen name Jeffrey Epstein1.

Social media profiles could distribute foundation announcements, press releases, science stories, videos, links, and other promotional material.

The registration record establishes that the identities were disclosed in connection with Epstein. It does not preserve every post, video, direct message, follower, or administrator.

Archived copies are necessary to determine what each account published.

Partial Redactions Remain

Although the websites and many user names are visible, the document is not completely unredacted.

Pages EFTA01136493 and EFTA01136494 contain black redaction boxes over portions of the user name column.

The telephone and vehicle identification fields also appear blank or removed in this production copy.

These omissions limit researchers’ ability to connect every profile to a particular email address, telephone number, administrator, or registration credential.

The visible information is still sufficient to establish the scale and structure of the reputation management network.

How This Version Differs From the Later Inventory

A later five page version begins at EFTA00521412.

The two documents contain many of the same categories, but they are not identical.

This version lists 12 vehicles, eight boats, and three aircraft. The later version lists 15 vehicles, 10 boats, and four aircraft.

This version identifies the Gulfstream G IIB N909JE. The later version instead lists the Gulfstream G IV N120JE and Gulfstream G550 N212JE.

This version includes several domains that do not appear in the later primary website list, including:

  • jeffreyepsteinfoundation.com
  • jeffreyepsteinscience.com
  • jeffreyepstein.us
  • jeffreyepsteinforum.com
  • jeffreyepsteineducation.com
  • jeffreyepsteininternational.com
  • jeffreyepsteinnewyork.com

The later inventory includes other domains, including jeffreyepstein.net, which does not appear in this four page version.

The differences indicate that Epstein’s asset and internet registration disclosures were updated over time.

What the Document Establishes

The document establishes that Epstein disclosed an extensive physical and digital infrastructure through his sex offender registration process.

It establishes that he disclosed 12 vehicles, eight vessels, three aircraft, approximately 89 property telephone lines, nine email addresses, 16 websites, and dozens of online accounts.

It establishes that many websites and profiles promoted the Jeffrey Epstein VI Foundation or Epstein’s scientific, educational, financial, and philanthropic activities.

It establishes that Epstein retained outside providers to perform reputation management services.

It establishes that those providers created websites, blogs, email addresses, social profiles, directory listings, and other content concerning him.

It establishes that the disclosed network included Wikipedia, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Google, GoDaddy, Blogspot, LinkedIn, and numerous business directories.

What the Document Does Not Establish

The document does not identify its preparation date or filing jurisdiction.

It does not establish that Epstein personally wrote every website, blog post, press release, profile, or social media post.

It does not identify every reputation management company or employee responsible for creating the content.

It does not show the complete content of the websites or accounts.

It does not establish the current ownership or operation of any domain.

It does not prove that every listed asset or account was used in criminal conduct.

It does not contain passwords, complete account histories, call records, website contracts, invoices, or payment records.

Those questions require separate evidence.

Key Takeaways

This is an earlier registration inventory

The assets and aircraft indicate that the document predates later versions of Epstein’s sex offender registration attachment.

Sixteen websites were disclosed

The filing identifies ten primary websites and six additional sites maintained by outside providers.

The campaign was organized by topic and location

Separate domains promoted Epstein’s foundation, science, education, finance, New York activities, Virgin Islands activities, and international image.

Epstein acknowledged hiring reputation managers

The document directly states that Epstein retained third parties to provide reputation management services.

The network extended far beyond individual websites

More than 60 supporting profiles distributed Epstein related material through directories, social networks, publishing platforms, search services, and foundation listings.

The accounts reused shared identities

The same foundation name, screen names, user names, and email addresses appeared across multiple platforms.

The evidence supports a coordinated search reputation strategy

The large number of repeated profiles could increase favorable search results connected to Epstein’s name.

The filing remains partially redacted

Important user names and identifying fields are concealed in the released copy.

Why This Evidence Matters

This registration attachment documents more than Epstein’s assets. It records an organized effort to shape his digital identity.

The websites were not limited to one foundation page or personal biography. They were divided across science, education, finance, philanthropy, international activity, New York, the United States Virgin Islands, blogs, forums, and information pages.

Those sites were then supported by dozens of profiles on social networks, business directories, press release services, video platforms, search profiles, and publishing services.

The result was an online ecosystem capable of presenting Epstein as a financier, philanthropist, intellectual patron, and science benefactor across many apparently separate sources.

The document’s reputation management note is the central piece of evidence. It confirms that outside providers were retained to build and maintain this online presence.

Researchers examining favorable Epstein biographies, science articles, foundation listings, press releases, and directory profiles should compare them with the domains, user names, and platforms identified in this filing.
