Neyla Miller is a publicly identified survivor who described years of sexual exploitation and trafficking in an investigation published by journalist Bekah Day on April 24, 2026. The reporting covers Miller’s experiences in modeling, adult entertainment, wealthy social environments and alleged trafficking networks operating through intermediaries.
The original investigation, The Girl Who Was Erased, was based on extended interviews with Miller and incorporated selected photographs, historical phone contacts and a purported modeling-agency reference letter.
Miller’s testimony is relevant to EpsteinWiki because some people named in her account also appear independently in Jeffrey Epstein’s correspondence, contact directories or broader social network. However, the reporting expressly distinguishes her alleged trafficking from trafficking directly perpetrated by Epstein.
EpsteinWiki therefore examines Miller’s account as survivor testimony concerning overlapping networks, not as proof that Epstein personally abused or trafficked her.
This article also examines independent legal evidence concerning Howard Rubin and Nicole Minton, including court documents that help corroborate the existence of a separate alleged recruitment environment. Those records do not automatically prove Miller’s individual allegations.
The Original April 24, 2026 Investigation
The original reporting by Bekah Day explains that Miller contacted the journalist in April 2026.
Day described multiple lengthy conversations over approximately two weeks. Miller discussed her background, her professional development, the circumstances of her reported exploitation, and the people she says arranged or participated in it.
Day reproduced selected historical materials, including photographs and phone contact records that Miller said she retained.
What the Investigation Establishes
The publication establishes that Miller made the reported allegations publicly, that Day interviewed her and that selected documentary material accompanied the reporting.
It does not establish that a court or law-enforcement agency independently verified every individual allegation.
The article itself expressly distinguishes the inclusion of a person’s name from a legal determination of guilt.
Childhood and Early Vulnerability
Miller described childhood abuse, instability and repeated changes in her educational environment.
She stated that the death of her father when she was young altered family circumstances and contributed to her sense of insecurity.
Her public account discusses the impact of abuse on her later relationships, boundaries and efforts to gain independence.
These statements are relevant to understanding how she describes her vulnerability to exploitation, but unnecessary intimate family details are not reproduced here.
Her statements about family members’ conduct and mental health remain personal testimony rather than independently authenticated clinical or judicial findings.
Entry Into Modeling
Miller told Day that she was discovered as a teenager by modeling manager JJ Cortez.
She described early work involving photographer Lionel Deluy and an agency called Champagne Trott.
After resuming school, she later moved to Los Angeles and worked with LA Models.
Miller said she initially experienced modeling positively and considered her studies an important priority.
Why the Positive Experiences Matter
Miller did not characterize every professional contact in modeling as abusive.
She identified people whom she considered helpful and supportive.
That distinction matters when evaluating specific allegations because working within the same industry does not establish participation in exploitation.
Los Angeles, Housing and the Reported Beginning of Exploitation
According to the April 2026 interview, Miller reconnected with actress Odette Annable, whom she had known at school.
She described allowing Annable to move into her Los Angeles apartment and later experiencing a deterioration in the stability of her home environment.
Miller identified another model, Sarah Butcher, as part of the social environment she associated with that period.
She alleges that the relationships and events surrounding the apartment contributed to coercion and exploitation.
These are Miller’s allegations. Her professional or social connection with any named individual does not independently establish that the person committed a crime.
July 2004 and Joe Francis
Miller told Day that she encountered entertainment entrepreneur Joe Francis during a July 2004 outing.
She described concern about his influence within the social circle she was then navigating.
She further alleged that Francis attempted to sexually assault her during a later New Year’s trip to St. Barts.
She reported escaping the encounter and receiving help.
No court finding specifically adjudicating Miller’s allegation against Francis was independently established in this review.
Francis’s separate public legal history does not prove the individual allegation described by Miller.
Vivid Entertainment and the Adult Industry
Miller described entering adult entertainment in 2005 under circumstances she experienced as coercive.
She identified Steven Hirsch and Bill Asher, executives associated with Vivid Entertainment, in her account of contractual and professional relationships.
Miller alleged that her involvement in the industry increased her vulnerability to further exploitation and that individuals used her adult-performance work to disregard her personal boundaries.
Consent and Trafficking Are Different Questions
Participation in adult entertainment does not establish consent to sexual contact outside agreed circumstances.
Likewise, working in the industry is not evidence that an individual consented to coercion, assault or trafficking.
Claims involving specific contracts, conduct and threats must be evaluated through the original agreement, the survivor’s testimony and relevant corroborating evidence.
September 2007 and the Aftermath
Miller publicly described a severe personal crisis in September 2007 and receiving emergency medical treatment.
Her account illustrates the impact she attributes to the prolonged experiences she described.
The private medical details are not necessary to establish the chronology of her testimony.
No independently authenticated medical record was reviewed for this article, and none is required to respect or accurately attribute her public account.
Paolo Zampolli and ID Models
One of the clearest distinctions in Miller’s interview concerns Paolo Zampolli.
Miller said she met Zampolli and Amanda Ungaro in New York after attempting to distance herself from earlier exploitation.
She described Zampolli as supportive during their professional association.
She also said he offered her opportunities involving the United Nations and a contract with ID Models.
The original report reproduces a document presented as a 2009 reference letter from ID Models.
What the Letter Can Establish
If authenticated, the document may establish a professional association with the modeling agency at a particular time.
It does not establish a trafficking arrangement or criminal involvement by everyone associated with the agency.
Miller’s Own Characterization
Her reported positive experience with Zampolli must not be replaced by allegations made by other women about separate events.
Different accounts may warrant investigation, but each must retain its own witnesses, evidence and chronology.
Cipriani and Professional Social Gatherings
Miller described attending meals at Cipriani venues with Zampolli and other members of his professional circle.
She mentioned encounters involving figures associated with the Cipriani hospitality business and the entertainment industry.
These reported gatherings provide context for how modeling, hospitality and wealthy social networks overlapped.
However, attendance at a restaurant does not establish trafficking activity or wrongdoing by other diners.
No original restaurant record was independently authenticated here as evidence of an alleged abusive incident.
Three Alleged Intermediaries
Miller’s April 2026 account identified three people whom she accused of functioning as important trafficking intermediaries: Temil “Tommy” Marmon, Nicole “Nikki” Minton and Bella Wadhwani.
She described them as operating separate arrangements rather than one formally unified organization.
This is an allegation about three individuals’ conduct, not an independently proven criminal enterprise.
Each person, claimed activity and associated recipient must be examined separately against original evidence.
Temil “Tommy” Marmon
Miller identified Marmon as an alleged intermediary who arranged encounters with wealthy men.
She said she met him around 2009 and described several individuals she alleges she was sent to through his arrangements.
Those individuals included people working in finance, entertainment, hospitality and investment.
Miller stated that she retained some historical phone contacts but no longer possessed records for every person she named.
Individuals Named in the Marmon Account
Her allegations named Vivi Nevo, Steven Tisch, Jho Low, Gordon Singer, Stephen Cloobeck and Marc Dreier among others.
She also referred to Vikram Chatwal and Richard Sachs in connection with encounters or introductions.
These are publicly attributed allegations from Miller’s testimony.
A contact entry or photograph may support familiarity or communication, but does not independently establish sexual exploitation, payment or criminal knowledge.
Nicole “Nikki” Minton
Miller described Nicole Minton as another alleged intermediary.
She said Minton had presented herself as a supportive figure within the adult entertainment industry before Miller came to regard her conduct as exploitative.
Unlike some other names in the account, Minton also appears in an independently accessible court record involving a different complainant.
Parker v. Rubin: An Independent Court Record Involving Minton
The February 2019 New York Supreme Court decision in Parker v. Rubin identifies Nicole Minton in the factual allegations of plaintiff Julie Parker.
According to the complaint summarized by the court, Minton introduced Parker to financier Howard Rubin.
Parker alleged that she was told she would receive payment for dinner and drinks, with no requirement to engage in sexual activity.
The opinion describes further allegations concerning the subsequent meeting and encounter with Rubin.
What the Decision Establishes
The court document independently establishes that Minton was named in Parker’s earlier legal account.
It does not independently prove that Minton trafficked Neyla Miller.
The 2019 opinion was issued while considering a motion to dismiss. Its account of the allegations was not a criminal verdict against Minton.
Nevertheless, the court record provides an important, separately dated source for examining alleged recruitment arrangements involving Minton and Rubin.
Howard Rubin: Civil Findings and Federal Criminal Charges
The September 4, 2026 Second Circuit decision in Moore v. Rubin describes a civil case brought by six women.
The decision records that a unanimous jury found Rubin liable for sex trafficking and awarded the plaintiffs $3.85 million in damages.
The appeals court affirmed a separate award of approximately $4.815 million in attorneys’ fees.
This is an established civil verdict involving those plaintiffs, not an individual judicial determination concerning Neyla Miller.
The Federal Criminal Case
The September 26, 2025 federal announcement identifies criminal charges against Rubin and assistant Jennifer Powers.
Prosecutors alleged trafficking and interstate transportation of women for commercial sex acts, along with a bank fraud charge against Rubin.
The indictment and announcement identify allegations, not a criminal conviction.
The civil verdict, the criminal indictment and Miller’s personal allegations must therefore remain distinct evidentiary categories.
Other People Miller Associated With Minton
In the April 2026 interview, Miller named Andrew Farkas, Richard Nanula, Jon Peters and Alexander von Fürstenberg as individuals she alleges were connected with encounters arranged through Minton or overlapping social contacts.
Some of these people appear independently in Epstein-related records or have separate public legal histories.
Those outside records do not establish the truth of Miller’s allegation concerning each particular encounter.
Any future individual article should identify the precise allegation, supporting document, response from the person concerned where available and procedural status.
Bella Wadhwani
Miller identified Bella Wadhwani as a third alleged intermediary and said she met her through Marmon around 2009.
She described alleged activity involving wealthy individuals in London and international social circles.
Day reported difficulty independently establishing Wadhwani’s public identity and refrained from publishing unrelated family information.
That restraint is appropriate because the alleged conduct cannot be attributed to relatives merely because of family relationships.
The Claimed FBI Connection
Day referred to material she understood as an FBI tip concerning someone named Bella and a possible connection with Jean-Luc Brunel.
No original EFTA identifier or independently authenticated FBI tip text was established for that claim in this review.
The purported tip therefore remains a research lead, not confirmation of Wadhwani’s alleged role.
People Named in Miller’s Wadhwani Account
Miller named Nat Rothschild, Oleg Deripaska, Bahaa Hariri and Damien Hirst among individuals she alleges were involved in encounters arranged through Wadhwani.
She described those alleged encounters as part of an international network of wealthy contacts.
Some names appear in unrelated Epstein records or other public reporting.
That overlap is relevant to research, but it does not independently prove Miller’s allegations against those individuals.
Each allegation requires its own witnesses, contemporaneous documentation and opportunity to consider any available response.
Alexander von Fürstenberg and Scott Rosenberg
Miller’s account contains detailed allegations about film producer Scott Rosenberg and businessman Alexander von Fürstenberg.
She said she met von Fürstenberg through Rosenberg.
One alleged incident involved a dinner at Rosenberg’s home in July 2007. Miller reported losing consciousness and later being told that sexual activity had occurred.
She also alleged that von Fürstenberg proposed involving her in a clandestine sexual recording intended to humiliate former basketball player Reggie Miller.
She stated that she rejected the proposal.
Evidence Limits
Day published selected historical phone information and photographs associated with Miller’s account.
Those materials may corroborate the existence of contacts or encounters.
They do not independently prove every alleged sexual incident, proposal or conversation.
No court finding adjudicating these specific allegations was established in the sources reviewed.
Dara Khosrowshahi and Other Alleged Recipients
Miller also accused individuals in prominent corporate positions, including Dara Khosrowshahi, of involvement in encounters arranged through others.
The original report identifies professional connections among some of the people named.
Those corporate relationships are background evidence, not proof of trafficking.
No independent judicial determination concerning Miller’s allegation against Khosrowshahi was established in this investigation.
The claim must remain attributed to Miller and distinguished from his independently documented business career.
Historical Photographs and Contact Records
The April 2026 report includes photographs presented as showing Miller with selected figures or places she discussed.
It also reproduces images of contact records from an older phone.
Examples include materials relating to Nat Rothschild, Oleg Deripaska, Steven Tisch, Jho Low, Gordon Singer and others.
What a Contact Record Proves
A genuine saved contact may establish that a particular name or number was recorded on a device.
It does not necessarily establish who used the number, whether any meeting occurred, or whether the contact participated in trafficking.
What a Photograph Proves
A verified image may establish the depicted people and setting.
It does not independently establish that an assault occurred or that a person knew about trafficking.
Original files, dates, context and independent witnesses would strengthen the evidence for specific claims.
Records Miller Says She Retained
Miller told Day she maintained older contact information, communications and other records from the period she described.
Those materials may support a more complete chronology of introductions, travel and alleged events.
However, only selected material appeared in the public reporting.
A complete forensic inventory, authenticated device extraction, preservation history and individual document register were not available for review.
EpsteinWiki should distinguish the existence of published screenshots from a complete authenticated archive.
What Miller Says She Reported to Authorities
Day reported that Miller had supplied information to authorities in the United States and internationally.
No complete register of report dates, agency acknowledgments, interview transcripts or resulting official determinations has been independently authenticated here.
Providing information to law enforcement does not by itself establish whether an agency opened a particular investigation or validated a particular claim.
Those procedural distinctions are important when discussing named individuals.
How This Account Relates to Jeffrey Epstein
The original Bekah Day investigation expressly says Miller’s alleged exploitation was not directly perpetrated by Epstein.
Instead, it identifies overlaps between people in Miller’s account and people separately appearing in Epstein’s orbit.
These overlaps involve modeling agencies, wealthy investors, entertainment executives, nightlife promoters and other international social contacts.
No original Epstein flight log independently identifying Miller was established in this research.
No original Epstein property record places her at Little St. James or Zorro Ranch.
No EFTA-numbered document directly naming Miller was independently authenticated.
The supported connection is therefore investigative overlap, not a documented personal trafficking relationship with Epstein.
Epstein Data Wiki Cross-Check
The Epstein Data Wiki was checked for a published Neyla Miller biography.
No dedicated profile was identified in the reviewed public index.
The Wiki’s survivor testimony research provides useful methodology for distinguishing firsthand statements, court evidence and original records.
Its publication standards also emphasize protecting complainants whose identifying information has not been voluntarily made public.
Those principles apply to this article: Miller has spoken publicly under her chosen name, while unrelated family details, private contact information and unverified victim identifications should not be reproduced.
Independent Sleuth Research
Bekah Day’s April 24 investigation is the principal original public account.
Subsequent reporting, including Butterfly Bureau commentary about Paolo Zampolli, has discussed aspects of Miller’s account and the need to distinguish different women’s experiences.
Such reporting is useful where it adds independent documentary evidence or corrects a mistaken identification.
However, articles that merely repeat Day’s interview should not be counted as independent witness corroboration.
No complete individual-document inventory covering every named person in the report was established in this research pass.

Contradictions and Evidentiary Boundaries
Overlapping Social Networks Are Not a Single Proven Enterprise
Miller described several intermediaries who allegedly operated separately. Their clients or associates may overlap, but this does not establish a formally unified organization.
Contact Records Do Not Prove Trafficking
Saved names and telephone numbers support investigation of contacts. They do not establish that the listed individuals paid for sex, met Miller or knew of coercion.
A Photograph Does Not Prove an Assault
Historical photographs can corroborate a person’s presence at a particular gathering, but do not prove misconduct.
Minton’s Court Appearance Is Not a Conviction
The Parker decision independently documents allegations mentioning Nicole Minton, not a criminal or civil finding against her.
The Rubin Civil Verdict and Criminal Case Must Be Separated
The 2026 appellate decision documents an existing civil liability finding. The 2025 federal charges remain a distinct criminal proceeding with their own burden of proof.
Epstein’s Personal Role Has Not Been Established
Overlapping contacts and industry connections do not establish that Epstein personally trafficked Miller.
Allegations Against Named Individuals Require Specific Evidence
The original interview identifies numerous alleged recipients and intermediaries. Their individual legal status, responses, corroborating records and alleged conduct must be researched separately.
Outstanding Investigative Questions
Can the Full 2009 ID Models Document Be Authenticated?
The complete letter, issuer confirmation and original associated correspondence could clarify the terms of Miller’s professional relationship.
Which Photographs Have Independent Provenance?
Original files, photographer attribution, dates and supporting event records could distinguish established social encounters from disputed interpretations.
What Agency Reports Were Filed?
Publicly disclosable receipt confirmations or case references could clarify the reporting chronology without compromising Miller’s privacy.
What Other Witnesses Can Corroborate Specific Allegations?
Independent witnesses and contemporaneous documents are needed to evaluate individual encounters.
Does the Reported FBI Tip Concerning Bella Wadhwani Exist in an Accessible EFTA Record?
The original page and context require authentication before it can be described as a confirmed investigative finding.
Are There Direct Epstein Documents Naming Miller?
No original-numbered Miller-specific EFTA page was verified in the reviewed searches. Any future match must be authenticated against the source before being incorporated.
What Is the Current Status of Each Legal Proceeding?
Proceedings involving other complainants should be tracked separately from Miller’s allegations, with outcomes recorded only when supported by court documents.
Assessment of the Documentary Record
Neyla Miller has publicly described extensive sexual exploitation and trafficking between approximately 2004 and 2014. Her firsthand account was documented in Bekah Day’s April 24, 2026 investigation.
The original reporting names alleged intermediaries and individuals to whom Miller says she was sent. It includes selected historical photographs, contacts and professional materials, but the full underlying private archive has not been independently authenticated.
Separate court evidence provides a meaningful corroborating context for one portion of the wider reporting. Nicole Minton appears in Julie Parker’s allegations concerning Howard Rubin, while an independent civil jury found Rubin liable for sex trafficking in a case involving other women.
Those findings do not prove that Minton committed the acts Miller alleges, nor do they establish every alleged encounter involving other named individuals.
Miller’s account is relevant to EpsteinWiki because some of the people named in her testimony independently appear in Epstein’s social and documentary network.
However, the principal reporting expressly distinguishes her alleged traffickers from Epstein himself. No direct Epstein flight, property visit or original EFTA document identifying Miller has been verified.
The supported classification is publicly identified survivor testimony involving alleged trafficking and overlapping Epstein-associated networks, with separately documented legal proceedings providing context for particular claims.
Further investigation should proceed allegation by allegation, with original-document citations, privacy protections, responses from named individuals where available and strict separation of testimony from adjudicated findings.
