Dubin Family Foundation

The Dubin Family Foundation is a private charitable foundation established in 2002 by financier Glenn Dubin and physician Eva Andersson Dubin.

The foundation supports programs related to poverty, education, medicine, scientific research, and the arts. Its documented beneficiaries include Stony Brook University, Harvard University, the Robin Hood Foundation, the Museum of Modern Art, Mount Sinai, and the New York Climate Exchange.

The foundation belongs on EpsteinWiki because Glenn and Eva Dubin maintained a documented personal relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Emails, calendars, financial compliance records, witness testimony, and court documents establish that the relationship continued after Epstein became a registered sex offender.

No verified evidence reviewed for this article establishes that the Dubin Family Foundation participated in Epstein’s crimes, received money from Epstein, transferred money to him, or operated as one of his entities.

The foundation must therefore be distinguished from the conduct, relationships, and allegations involving its founders.

What Is the Dubin Family Foundation?

According to the foundation’s official history, Glenn and Eva Dubin created the organization in 2002.

The foundation describes its mission as addressing poverty, increasing access to education, improving care for breast cancer patients, supporting medical research, and funding cultural institutions.

The organization’s current leadership page identifies Glenn Dubin, Eva Andersson Dubin, Celina Dubin, Jordan Dubin, Maya Dubin, and Christina Henderson.

The foundation states that it does not accept unsolicited grant applications.

Public tax information identifies the legal organization as the G & E Dubin Family Foundation. Researchers should use federal tax identification number 13 7265141 when reviewing its filings. Other organizations use similar names and should not be confused with this foundation.

Major Philanthropic Programs

The Dubin Family Foundation reports four principal areas of activity: poverty relief, healthcare and medical research, education, and the arts.

Its education work includes the Glenn Dubin Endowed Scholarship Fund at Stony Brook University, the Dubin Fellowship for Emerging Leaders at the Harvard Kennedy School, and the Dubin Family Undergraduate Scholarship Fund at Harvard College.

In 2010, the foundation donated $4.3 million for the Dubin Family Athletic Performance Center at Stony Brook University. In 2015, Glenn and Eva Dubin announced a further $5 million matching commitment for an indoor athletic training center. These contributions are documented in an official Stony Brook University announcement.

The foundation also supports the Dubin Breast Center at Mount Sinai. Eva Andersson Dubin, a physician and breast cancer survivor, helped establish the center as a facility combining treatment, research, and patient support.

In 2024, Glenn and Eva Dubin announced a $10 million commitment to the New York Climate Exchange. The gift was confirmed by both the Dubin Family Foundation and Stony Brook University.

Glenn Dubin was also a founding board member of the Robin Hood Foundation. The Dubin family has supported the Museum of Modern Art and other cultural organizations.

Why the Foundation Appears on EpsteinWiki

The foundation’s relevance comes from the documented relationship between its founders and Jeffrey Epstein.

Eva Andersson Dubin had a romantic relationship with Epstein before marrying Glenn Dubin in 1994. The Dubins subsequently remained in Epstein’s social circle.

Released emails and calendars show familiar contact between Epstein and members of the Dubin family. The evidence includes personal messages, social invitations, medical discussions, travel related communications, and references to shared acquaintances.

A 2008 email involving Glenn Dubin, Jeffrey Epstein, and Jes Staley demonstrates direct and familiar communication. A 2013 message from Epstein to Glenn Dubin discussed Larry Summers, Woody Allen, and Soon Yi Previn.

Communications with Eva Dubin continued after Epstein’s 2008 conviction. They include a 2010 exchange concerning vaccination and travel, 2012 correspondence, and a 2016 family related message.

A 2017 dinner invitation referenced the Dubin residence in North Salem. Other records include a calendar entry for Glenn Dubin’s birthday and a separate party confirmation.

These records document continuing social familiarity. They do not independently establish participation in Epstein’s criminal conduct.

Contact After Epstein’s Conviction

The continuation of the relationship after Epstein’s 2008 Florida conviction is especially significant.

Public reporting established that Eva Dubin wrote to Epstein’s probation officer in 2009. She reportedly stated that she was comfortable allowing Epstein around her children. This episode was examined by Vanity Fair.

The statement is important because it indicates that Epstein continued to receive personal support from influential associates after becoming a registered sex offender.

However, supporting Epstein socially or expressing confidence in him is not the same as proving knowledge of his broader criminal conduct.

Virginia Giuffre’s Allegation

Virginia Giuffre alleged that Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell directed her to have sexual contact with Glenn Dubin.

A released evidence summary records the allegation that Epstein directed Giuffre to have sex with Dubin. The document is available as EFTA00022133.

An FBI interview record contains a more detailed account attributed to a victim. An FBI briefing document also identifies Glenn Dubin in connection with a reported allegation.

A prosecution planning document lists Glenn Dubin among people alleged to have received massages from girls associated with Epstein. That document is available as EFTA00098755.

Another prosecution memorandum discussed allegations that Epstein lent victims to other people. The memorandum stated that investigators had been unable to corroborate certain accounts concerning that practice. That limitation is essential when interpreting the document.

Giuffre’s allegations also appear in unsealed court records.

Glenn Dubin denied the allegation. Eva Dubin also disputed accusations involving her husband and family. Glenn Dubin was not criminally charged in connection with Giuffre’s allegation, and no court adjudicated him liable for it.

The allegation should therefore be described as a documented survivor allegation, not as a proven judicial finding.

Testimony Concerning a Swedish Teenager

Rinaldo Rizzo, who worked as a house manager for Glenn and Eva Dubin, gave testimony concerning a distressed 15 year old Swedish girl who arrived at the Dubin home.

Rizzo testified that the teenager described being pressured for sexual activity while connected to Epstein’s circle. Reporting on the testimony and the Dubins’ response is available from The Daily Beast.

The testimony is relevant because it describes an alleged victim appearing inside the Dubin household while visibly distressed.

The Dubins denied wrongdoing and disputed implications drawn from the account. The testimony does not establish that the Dubin Family Foundation was involved.

Eva Dubin’s Maxwell Trial Testimony

Eva Andersson Dubin testified as a defense witness during the 2021 criminal trial of Ghislaine Maxwell.

She discussed her former relationship with Epstein and denied allegations involving group sexual activity. She also testified that she had not witnessed inappropriate conduct by Epstein with underage girls.

Her testimony is summarized in contemporaneous trial reporting.

Maxwell was ultimately convicted of federal sex trafficking related offenses. Eva Dubin was not charged in that prosecution.

The Dubin Breast Center and Epstein

The Dubin Breast Center at Mount Sinai creates another point of overlap between the Dubin family’s philanthropy and Epstein’s public efforts to associate himself with medicine and scientific research.

The center was established through support from Glenn and Eva Dubin. Epstein later publicized claimed support for medical and scientific programs, including work connected to the center.

Researchers must distinguish among three separate entities: the Dubin Family Foundation, the Dubin Breast Center, and Epstein’s own foundations.

A record relating to the breast center appears in EFTA02128912. Additional material can be located through the Epstein Data search for the Dubin Breast Center.

The existence of Epstein related references to the center does not prove that Epstein funded the Dubin Family Foundation. It also does not establish that the center participated in Epstein’s crimes.

Financial Compliance Records

A JPMorgan suspicious activity report included Glenn Russell Dubin and Eva Birgitta Andersson Dubin among numerous people and entities reviewed in connection with transactions associated with Epstein.

The report referenced thousands of transactions involving more than $1 billion over an extended period. The underlying document is available as EFTA01648787.

Appearance in a suspicious activity report is not a finding of criminal conduct. Banks file these reports to alert regulators to transactions or patterns that may require further review. The people named in a report are not automatically accused of committing an offense.

The record does not establish that the Dubin Family Foundation itself processed improper payments.

Other Epstein Data Records

An investigative memorandum discusses Eva Andersson Dubin’s earlier relationship with Epstein and information attributed to former Epstein employee Juan Alessi.

A medical and immigration related record documents an instance in which Eva Dubin’s professional position appears in communications connected to medical assistance. The record should be read in full before drawing conclusions about its purpose.

A Robin Hood related record contains the notation “per Eva Dubin.” It illustrates philanthropic and social overlap but does not establish misconduct by Robin Hood or the Dubin Family Foundation.

An updated contact record for Glenn Dubin demonstrates that his details remained within Epstein related records.

A trust document fragment mentions a Dubin beneficiary. The fragment should not be treated as proof of a completed transfer without the full trust instrument and related financial records.

A file titled with Glenn Dubin’s name appears as EFTA01384435. The existence of a named file does not establish why Epstein retained it or how it was used.

Researchers can review the broader record collections through the Glenn Dubin search, Eva Dubin search, Dubin Family Foundation search, and G & E Dubin Family Foundation search.

What the Evidence Establishes

The available evidence establishes that Glenn and Eva Dubin had a longstanding personal relationship with Epstein.

It establishes that communication continued after Epstein’s 2008 conviction.

It establishes that Virginia Giuffre made an allegation involving Glenn Dubin.

It establishes that Glenn Dubin denied that allegation.

It establishes that former household employee Rinaldo Rizzo gave testimony about a distressed teenager connected to Epstein appearing at the Dubin home.

It establishes that the foundation funded prominent educational, medical, cultural, and charitable institutions.

It also establishes that the family’s philanthropy created points of institutional overlap with organizations that appear elsewhere in Epstein’s documented network.

What the Evidence Does Not Establish

The reviewed evidence does not establish that the Dubin Family Foundation participated in sex trafficking.

It does not establish that the foundation knowingly facilitated abuse.

It does not establish that the foundation received funding from Epstein.

It does not establish that the foundation transferred charitable funds to Epstein.

It does not establish that every institution receiving Dubin family funding had knowledge of the founders’ relationship with Epstein.

It does not convert allegations against an individual into findings against a charitable organization.

Investigative Questions

Further investigation should determine whether the foundation ever received contributions from Epstein, his companies, or his charitable entities.

Researchers should compare the foundation’s complete tax filings with Epstein’s financial records, charitable disclosures, and bank records.

They should determine whether Epstein helped introduce the Dubins to institutions, donors, researchers, or grant recipients.

They should also examine whether the foundation, the Dubin Breast Center, or another Dubin controlled entity paid expenses for projects promoted by Epstein.

These remain investigative questions. They should not be presented as established facts without transaction records, agreements, correspondence, or sworn testimony.

Key Takeaway

The Dubin Family Foundation is a legitimate private foundation with a documented record of substantial charitable giving.

Its EpsteinWiki relevance comes from its founders, Glenn and Eva Dubin, and their longstanding relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.

Released records document personal communication, social contact, institutional overlap, and continued association after Epstein’s conviction. They also preserve serious allegations involving Glenn Dubin, which he denied and which were not adjudicated against him.

The available evidence does not establish that the foundation itself participated in Epstein’s crimes. Accurate reporting requires maintaining that distinction.
