Eduardo Teodorani Fabbri

Snapshot
Eduardo Teodorani Fabbri, whose formal name is Edoardo Umberto Teodorani Fabbri, is an Italian business executive and member of the extended Agnelli family. He held senior positions within the Fiat and CNH industrial network and served on the boards of companies including Iveco, Maserati, Aon Italia, and Türk Traktör.
Released Jeffrey Epstein records document a sustained relationship between Teodorani and Epstein. The surviving material includes telephone entries, emails, calendar appointments, invitations, business proposals, travel discussions, introductions, social planning, and messages transmitted through CNH corporate accounts.
The clearest evidence dates from 2010 through 2019, after Epstein’s 2008 Florida conviction. Teodorani repeatedly addressed Epstein as “Master,” discussed meetings in New York, Paris, London, Rome, New Mexico, and the Caribbean, helped arrange access to the Ferrari factory, forwarded an investment proposal, requested use of Epstein’s aircraft, and participated in introductions involving Steve Bannon, Paolo Barletta, Prince Scipione Borghese, and other prominent people.
Some messages contain crude or sexualized references to women. Reporting also indicates that Teodorani helped an adult Russian woman associated with Epstein arrange travel in 2010. The presently available evidence does not establish that Teodorani knew the woman was being trafficked or that he committed a sexual offense.
Some EpsteinWiki sleuths characterize Teodorani as a recruiter or social facilitator. That characterization should be attributed to the researchers who use it. No publicly identified court judgment or law enforcement finding reviewed for this article classified Teodorani as an Epstein recruiter, trafficking participant, or sexual abuser.
As of September 1, 2026, Teodorani is not publicly known to have been charged with or convicted of an offense arising from his relationship with Epstein.
Identity and Family Background
Teodorani was born in 1965 and belongs to the extended Agnelli family associated with Fiat, Exor, and a large group of Italian industrial companies.
His mother was Maria Sole Agnelli, a sister of Fiat leader Gianni Agnelli. His father was Count Pio Teodorani Fabbri. The family connection placed Teodorani within a prominent European industrial and social network.
Released Epstein records generally identify him as “Eduardo Teodorani,” “Eduardo Teodorani Fabbri,” or simply “Eduardo.” British corporate filings identify him under the formal name Edoardo Umberto Teodorani Fabbri.
The difference between Eduardo and Edoardo appears to be a variation in how his name was used in English language correspondence and corporate records, rather than evidence of two different people.
Teodorani married Davina de Forest. Released records and society reporting also connect him with residences, professional activities, or social engagements in Britain, Italy, France, and the United States.
Corporate Career
Teodorani held senior positions within the Fiat and CNH business network.
An official Exor board candidate announcement identified him in 2012 as a director of Iveco, Maserati, and Aon and as Vice President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the United Kingdom and Ireland.
He also served as Senior Vice President for Corporate Development at CNH Global and later held responsibilities within CNH Industrial. Agricultural industry reporting describes him as a director associated with the New Holland manufacturing plant in Basildon from 2004 until 2019.
British Companies House appointment records document his corporate directorships. The Italian Chamber of Commerce filing history records the termination of his chamber directorship in February 2026.
Those filings establish corporate positions and termination dates. They do not by themselves establish why a particular appointment ended.
The released Epstein correspondence is significant because some messages involving Teodorani were transmitted through official CNH addresses or handled by corporate executive assistants. EFTA00367461 and EFTA02191569 preserve CNH signatures and assistant information associated with Teodorani.
This does not establish corporate approval of the relationship. It demonstrates that parts of the relationship entered business communication systems rather than remaining entirely within private accounts.
Scale of the Epstein Record
Teodorani appears throughout the released Epstein archive.
Different databases produce different totals because some count individual documents, some count pages, and others count every textual mention. Public reporting has identified more than six hundred documents containing his name, while broader indexes report more than one thousand mentions.
The exact count is less important than the documentary pattern. Teodorani was not merely listed once in an address book or mentioned by an unrelated witness. The archive contains direct correspondence, repeated meetings, assistant coordination, business requests, social invitations, and communications extending close to Epstein’s July 2019 arrest.
The record therefore supports describing Teodorani as a recurring Epstein contact.
It does not, without additional evidence, establish that he participated in every activity taking place within Epstein’s network.
Epstein’s Address Book
Teodorani appears in Epstein’s address book with multiple telephone numbers and addresses.
The public black book index entry associates him with numerous contact numbers and two addresses. The quantity of information suggests that Epstein’s staff maintained several ways to reach him.
An address book entry proves that contact information appeared in Epstein’s records. It does not prove how frequently the parties communicated or that the person participated in criminal conduct.
In Teodorani’s case, however, the address book entry is corroborated by direct emails and calendar records. The significance lies in the combination of sources rather than the address book alone.
The Use of “Master”
Teodorani repeatedly addressed Epstein as “Master.”
In EFTA01873297, Teodorani opened an April 2012 message with “Hi master” before explaining that he was in North Dakota examining a possible investment.
The same form of address appears in later records. EFTA01616908 contains messages concerning Paris and Teodorani’s desire to see Epstein. EFTA01617531 preserves further examples from 2018 and 2019.
The repeated term indicates familiarity and an unusual personal dynamic. It cannot safely be interpreted in isolation as proof of domination, employment, criminal hierarchy, or participation in Epstein’s sexual conduct.
Rye Howard Stone’s pseudonym and codename research identifies Teodorani’s repeated use of “Master” as a notable communication pattern. That registry is a sleuth research resource rather than a judicial finding.
The North Dakota Investment Message
On April 10, 2012, Teodorani told Epstein that he was in North Dakota looking at a new investment.
The exchange is preserved in EFTA01873297. Epstein responded by inviting Teodorani to New York for the weekend.
The message became the focus of later North Dakota reporting because it placed a senior CNH figure in the state while communicating directly with Epstein.
The document does not identify the investment, prove that Epstein financed it, or establish that the North Dakota activity concerned criminal conduct.
Its value is chronological. It confirms friendly direct contact in 2012, several years after Epstein’s Florida conviction and release from custody.
Meetings in New York
Epstein’s schedules contain multiple references to Teodorani.
A March 2013 record, EFTA02142692, contains a reminder to meet Teodorani. Other assistant messages coordinated dates, telephone calls, arrival times, and possible visits.
Records including EFTA02012478, EFTA01913009, EFTA02027824, and EFTA00399868 concern Teodorani’s presence in New York during December 2012 and associated scheduling.
One of the latest known entries is EFTA00285740. It placed Teodorani and his friend Paolo Barletta on Epstein’s schedule in New York at 3:30 in the afternoon on February 28, 2019.
That appointment occurred approximately four months before Epstein’s arrest.
A calendar entry establishes that a meeting was scheduled. Unless corroborated by another record, it does not conclusively prove that the meeting occurred or reveal everything discussed.
Paris and the European Social Network
Paris appears repeatedly in Teodorani’s correspondence with Epstein.
In EFTA01761117, Epstein told Teodorani that Bill Gates would be staying with him in Paris and asked which day Teodorani could visit.
The message establishes that Epstein used the prospect of access to Gates while arranging a meeting. It does not establish that Gates requested the introduction, knew of the invitation, or met Teodorani.
Other records show Teodorani telling Epstein that he was in Paris, asking Epstein to call, or expressing interest in meeting. EFTA01616908 contains several examples.
Nina Burleigh’s American Freakshow investigation, The French Connection, places Teodorani within Epstein’s wider Paris social environment. Burleigh’s terminology and conclusions are journalistic analysis and should be distinguished from the underlying emails.
The Paris correspondence demonstrates that Epstein continued cultivating European industrial, financial, intellectual, and society contacts after his conviction.
Invitations Involving Woody Allen
Epstein also used the possibility of meeting Woody Allen in correspondence with Teodorani.
In EFTA01903118, Epstein encouraged Teodorani to bring a woman to Paris and referred to meeting “Woody,” with Allen’s surname misspelled in the message.
In EFTA01945651, Epstein invited Teodorani to the Caribbean during Christmas and said that Woody Allen would attend.
These emails prove that Epstein invoked Allen’s name while extending invitations. They do not establish that every proposed guest attended, that Allen approved every invitation, or that the referenced woman travelled.
The messages nevertheless reveal how Epstein presented access to celebrated people as part of his social appeal.
Marguerite and Erika
Several 2013 messages concern women identified as Marguerite and Erika.
In EFTA01897122, the names appear in social planning between Epstein and Teodorani.
In EFTA01907197, Epstein asked for the surname of Marguerite, whom the correspondence described as Teodorani’s cousin.
The messages are evidence of social introductions or contemplated introductions. They do not show that either woman was a minor, that either was trafficked, or that either participated in criminal activity.
Researchers should avoid merging every woman named in Epstein’s correspondence into a single category. The records contain employees, adult friends, relatives, guests, models, assistants, survivors, and people whose circumstances remain unidentified.
Sexualized Messages About Women
Some exchanges between Epstein and Teodorani contain crude or sexualized language.
In a September 2010 message preserved as EFTA01796688, Epstein asked Teodorani about finding an attractive woman for that evening while they were discussing Rome.
In March 2019, Teodorani sent Epstein a message referring to waiting for a “bambina” and another friend. The exchange is preserved in EFTA01617531.
The Italian word used can mean a girl, young woman, or affectionate female diminutive depending on context. The message does not state the person’s age. It should not be translated automatically into an allegation involving a child.
The communications remain relevant because they show that discussion of women and sexualized social access formed part of the relationship.
They do not, standing alone, prove trafficking, recruitment of minors, or sexual abuse.
The Adult Russian Woman and Travel Assistance
British reporting has connected Teodorani to the travel arrangements of a twenty six year old Russian woman who corresponded with Epstein in 2010.
According to The Times, the woman travelled through the Bahamas and later continued toward London or Russia. Teodorani reportedly offered assistance, including the possible dispatch of an aircraft to collect her from Nassau.
The correspondence also showed Epstein discussing a possible London dinner between the woman and Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, then Prince Andrew, Duke of York. The available messages suggested that an introduction was contemplated but did not conclusively establish that the meeting occurred.
This episode must not be conflated with separate allegations made by other women concerning Andrew.
The woman discussed in this correspondence was an adult. The available reporting does not establish that Teodorani knew she was being trafficked, that his assistance was sexual in purpose, or that he committed wrongdoing. The Times specifically reported that there was no suggestion of wrongdoing by Teodorani.
The episode nevertheless demonstrates that Teodorani could be called upon to help with travel or social logistics for a woman connected with Epstein.
Recruiter and Facilitator Characterizations
Some independent researchers describe Teodorani as a recruiter or facilitator.
Bekah Day’s guide prepared for congressional investigators places him among people she identifies as recruiters within Epstein’s wider network. Her investigation into Ghislaine Maxwell’s social photographs also discusses photographs of Teodorani with Annabelle Neilson and Francesca Nardi.
A separate Bekah Day investigation concerning Daniel Siad and Epstein’s social network examines Teodorani’s connection with Nardi and the wider Agnelli circle.
These articles are useful sleuth sources because they assemble names, photographs, social relationships, and documents that may otherwise appear disconnected.
The word recruiter, however, carries several possible meanings. A person might introduce adult friends, suggest dinner companions, identify business contacts, arrange travel, or recruit women for sexual exploitation. Those activities are not legally equivalent.
The released record reviewed for this article establishes that Teodorani:
- Discussed women with Epstein.
- Participated in social introductions.
- Offered or supplied access to prominent contacts.
- Assisted or offered to assist an adult woman with travel.
- Used sexualized language in at least one message.
- Maintained a close relationship with Epstein after Epstein’s conviction.
The available record does not establish that Teodorani recruited a minor, knowingly recruited a trafficking victim, or received payment for procuring women.
For that reason, “recruiter” should remain an attributed sleuth characterization unless stronger primary evidence emerges.
Ferrari Factory Access for Dan Ariely
Teodorani’s corporate connections were useful to Epstein.
In February 2018, Epstein asked him to arrange a Ferrari factory visit for behavioral economist Dan Ariely. EFTA02517743 preserves the exchange.
Teodorani readily agreed and proposed a private visit that could include the possibility of driving on Ferrari’s Fiorano test track. Follow up records show assistants coordinating the visit.
The exchange demonstrates several features of the relationship:
- Epstein treated Teodorani as someone capable of obtaining privileged corporate access.
- Teodorani responded promptly and favorably.
- Epstein used one contact to provide an exclusive experience to another contact.
- The request passed through networks associated with Fiat, Ferrari, and CNH.
There is no indication that the factory visit itself was improper. Its importance lies in documenting how Epstein’s network exchanged access and favors.
Jean Todt and Motor Racing Contacts
Epstein’s correspondence also crossed into international motor racing.
Front Office Sports reported that former Ferrari executive and Formula One figure Jean Todt visited Epstein’s Manhattan residence in 2017 after an introduction involving Terje Rød Larsen.
Epstein later discussed Todt with Teodorani and described him dismissively.
The exchange does not establish misconduct by Todt or Teodorani. It demonstrates that Epstein’s contacts with the Agnelli, Ferrari, and Fiat environment were not confined to a single factory tour.
Teodorani’s industrial background gave him proximity to people and institutions that Epstein valued socially.
Steve Bannon and Paolo Barletta
In May 2018, Teodorani expressed concern about political developments in Italy.
In EFTA01617521, Epstein asked whether he wanted to meet Steve Bannon in Rome. Teodorani agreed and suggested that his friend Paolo Barletta could represent a newly influential Italian generation.
The exchange shows Epstein acting as an intermediary between Bannon and people in Teodorani’s Italian business circle.
Barletta later appeared with Teodorani on Epstein’s February 2019 New York schedule in EFTA00285740.
The records establish contemplated political and business introductions. They do not show what Bannon knew about Teodorani’s communications with Epstein or whether every proposed meeting occurred.
The episode illustrates how Epstein’s network could connect American political actors with European business figures.
Prince Scipione Borghese
Teodorani also mentioned Prince Scipione Borghese in messages sent from Rome.
EFTA01619031 contains March 2019 correspondence involving a Rome airport and Prince Borghese.
In EFTA01617541, Teodorani told Epstein in April 2019 that he had landed from New York with Prince Borghese.
The exchanges document another aristocratic contact entering the correspondence. They do not establish wrongdoing by Borghese or explain the complete purpose of the travel.
The records are significant as network evidence because they show Teodorani continuing to introduce names, travel information, and potential contacts to Epstein only months before Epstein’s final arrest.
U First Investment Proposal
Teodorani forwarded Epstein an investment proposal involving a venture called U First.
EFTA00343270 includes a memorandum sent through Teodorani’s CNH address. The attached file was identified as information prepared for him concerning the venture.
In EFTA01743952, Teodorani asked whether Epstein wanted to invest. Epstein declined and said the opportunity was not his type of investment.
The exchange establishes that Teodorani viewed Epstein as a potential source of capital or investment judgment.
It does not establish that Epstein invested, that the venture was improper, or that CNH sponsored the proposal.
The use of a corporate address remains noteworthy because it shows a private Epstein related investment approach passing through professional infrastructure.
The Request to Use Epstein’s Aircraft
In December 2018, Teodorani asked whether Epstein could lend him an aircraft.
The request appears in EFTA01617531. The surviving material does not establish that Epstein approved the request or that Teodorani ultimately travelled on the aircraft.
A request is not the same as a completed flight.
The message nevertheless demonstrates the degree of familiarity between them. Teodorani believed it was reasonable to ask Epstein for access to a major personal asset.
Researchers should distinguish this documentary evidence from authenticated passenger manifests. An email about a proposed aircraft loan cannot by itself establish that a person boarded a particular flight.
Invitations to the Ranch and Caribbean
Epstein extended invitations to several of his properties.
In EFTA01880150, Epstein invited Teodorani to stay at his New Mexico ranch.
In EFTA01945651, he invited Teodorani to the Caribbean for Christmas.
Another message, EFTA01969796, concerns Teodorani’s movement between London and Rome and an invitation for Epstein to visit.
The invitations demonstrate mutual social access across several countries and properties.
They do not prove that every visit occurred. Proof of presence requires confirmation through flight records, photographs, staff schedules, access logs, or additional correspondence.
Gifts and Personal Familiarity
The correspondence was not limited to business.
EFTA01847681 documents a case of wine associated with Teodorani in December 2011.
Other messages contain friendly greetings, invitations, thanks after meetings, and offers of assistance. In a January 2015 message later highlighted by Farmers Guide, Teodorani assured Epstein of his support and willingness to help.
These communications support the conclusion that the relationship was personal as well as transactional.
The archive does not establish whether Teodorani knew the full extent of Epstein’s abuse or what Epstein told him about the 2008 conviction.
Corporate Assistants and Scheduling Infrastructure
The relationship involved assistants on both sides.
Records such as EFTA01971645, EFTA02116657, EFTA01617561, and EFTA01621219 preserve efforts to arrange visits, calls, London meetings, and other logistics.
Some messages identify Teodorani through CNH Industrial signatures or connect his executive assistant with Epstein’s office.
This shows that at least part of the relationship was routinized. Meetings did not depend solely on spontaneous private messages. Staff members maintained contact information and attempted to coordinate schedules.
Administrative involvement does not establish that assistants knew about Epstein’s criminal conduct or the content of every private exchange.
Photographs and Maxwell’s Social Circle
Independent researchers have identified society photographs connecting Teodorani with people in Ghislaine Maxwell’s British social environment.
Bekah Day’s photo album investigation includes photographs from 2009 in which Teodorani appears with figures including Annabelle Neilson and Francesca Nardi.
The photographs are useful for establishing social proximity. They do not prove that everyone pictured knew one another equally well or participated in the same conduct.
EpsteinWiki’s investigation, Rare Society Photographs Map Ghislaine Maxwell’s London Social Network, provides wider context for interpreting such images.
A photograph establishes that people appeared together at a particular event or location. It does not establish knowledge of hidden criminal activity.
EpsteinWiki Sleuth Analysis
The Teodorani material has received particular attention from independent Epstein researchers because it combines elite family connections, corporate access, repeated correspondence, women, political introductions, and post conviction contact.
Rye Howard Stone’s Italian Connections Investigation maps Teodorani’s communications alongside other Italian business, aristocratic, political, and social figures.
The investigation argues that Teodorani functioned as a durable Italian network node for Epstein. That conclusion is supported by multiple primary records showing introductions, invitations, scheduling, corporate favors, and geographic mobility.
American Freakshow’s The French Connection examines the Paris dimension of the same network.
Bekah Day’s research emphasizes the movement of women and social contacts around Epstein and Maxwell. Her recruiter terminology should be retained as an attributed investigative judgment rather than converted into an official status.
EpsteinWiki’s Pseudonym, Codename, and Encrypted Communications Registry supplies context for examining repeated forms of address such as Teodorani’s use of “Master.”
Together, the sleuth research helps identify patterns that no single email reveals. The underlying EFTA documents remain the primary evidence.
Lesley Groff’s Congressional Testimony
Teodorani’s name arose during the 2026 congressional interview of Epstein assistant Lesley Groff.
In her House Oversight Committee transcript, Groff said she had not witnessed Teodorani abuse or assault women or girls. She also said she had not heard allegations that he had done so.
Groff’s answer is important exculpatory context.
It does not prove that no misconduct occurred anywhere. It establishes the limits of what Groff said she personally witnessed or heard.
The transcript must also be distinguished from a court deposition. It was a congressional interview conducted for legislative oversight, not a civil trial or criminal adjudication.
Public and Corporate Consequences
The large federal document releases brought new attention to Teodorani’s Epstein correspondence in 2026.
Agricultural industry reporting focused on the fact that messages were associated with a former senior CNH figure and, in some cases, passed through official corporate accounts.
British corporate records show that several of Teodorani’s directorships ended in February 2026. Public filings establish the termination dates but do not, without an accompanying statement, prove that the Epstein disclosures caused the departures.
A responsible account should therefore separate documented timing from inferred causation.
No publicly identified criminal charge against Teodorani resulted from the releases as of September 1, 2026.
What the Evidence Establishes
The available evidence establishes that:
- Eduardo Teodorani Fabbri belonged to the extended Agnelli industrial family.
- He held senior roles within CNH and served on several prominent corporate boards.
- Epstein possessed extensive contact information for him.
- Teodorani communicated directly with Epstein for years after Epstein’s 2008 conviction.
- Teodorani repeatedly addressed Epstein as “Master.”
- Epstein and Teodorani discussed meetings in New York, Paris, London, Rome, New Mexico, and the Caribbean.
- Epstein invited Teodorani to his ranch and to the Caribbean.
- Teodorani helped arrange privileged Ferrari access for Dan Ariely.
- Teodorani forwarded Epstein an investment opportunity involving U First.
- Teodorani requested use of Epstein’s aircraft in December 2018.
- Teodorani discussed women with Epstein and participated in sexualized banter.
- Teodorani reportedly assisted or offered to assist an adult Russian woman with travel logistics in 2010.
- Epstein proposed introductions involving Teodorani, Bill Gates, Woody Allen, Steve Bannon, and other prominent people.
- Teodorani introduced or recommended Paolo Barletta within a political and business discussion.
- Teodorani remained on Epstein’s schedule in February 2019.
- Some communications passed through CNH corporate addresses and assistants.
- Independent EpsteinWiki sleuths have characterized Teodorani as an important Italian network node.
- Lesley Groff testified that she had not witnessed Teodorani abuse women or girls and had not heard allegations that he had done so.
- No publicly identified court judgment reviewed for this article found Teodorani liable for participating in Epstein’s trafficking operation.
- Teodorani is not publicly known to have been convicted of an Epstein related offense.
What the Evidence Does Not Establish
The available evidence does not establish that:
- Every proposed meeting occurred.
- Every invitation resulted in travel.
- Teodorani travelled on Epstein’s aircraft merely because he requested its use.
- The women discussed in the messages were minors.
- The word “bambina” identified a child in the March 2019 message.
- Teodorani recruited a minor for Epstein.
- Teodorani knowingly transported a trafficking victim.
- Teodorani knew the full extent of Epstein’s sexual abuse.
- Bill Gates met Teodorani through the proposed Paris invitation.
- Woody Allen attended every gathering Epstein mentioned.
- Steve Bannon completed every introduction discussed in the correspondence.
- Ferrari or CNH approved Epstein’s wider conduct.
- Teodorani’s assistants knew the substance of Epstein’s criminal activity.
- An address book entry proves criminal participation.
- A society photograph proves knowledge of abuse.
- Sleuth use of the term recruiter constitutes a law enforcement finding.
- Teodorani was charged with or convicted of trafficking or sexual abuse.
- The termination of a corporate appointment proves guilt or establishes why the appointment ended.
Investigative Assessment
Teodorani was substantially more than a name appearing incidentally in Epstein’s records.
The documentary pattern shows recurring direct contact, personal familiarity, business access, political introductions, travel discussions, social planning, and communications continuing into 2019.
His industrial and family position made him valuable to Epstein. Teodorani could provide entry into Italian corporate, aristocratic, automotive, and society circles. Epstein, in turn, offered access to prominent guests, international properties, aircraft, capital, and social contacts.
The messages concerning women require scrutiny. They establish a willingness to participate in sexualized conversation and, in at least one documented episode, to assist an adult woman associated with Epstein with travel. They do not currently prove that Teodorani recruited minors or knowingly assisted trafficking.
The most defensible classification is therefore that Teodorani was a recurring Epstein associate and European network facilitator whose correspondence warrants continued investigation.
Any stronger characterization should identify the precise evidence supporting it and clearly distinguish a researcher’s inference from a judicial finding.
