A Source Guide to Maxwell’s October 2026 Exhibits

Maxwell’s October 21, 2026 filing contains historical records, excerpts, reproductions and argument, not one uniform body of newly created evidence. This guide maps the attachments and identifies source and citation problems that matter when interpreting them.

Editorial graphic showing the actual Batch 4 exhibit index alongside a source guide label for the six-file, 435-page submission filed October 21, 2026.

Snapshot

  • Six PDFs contain 435 pages, including emails, dividers, duplicate pages and argument.
  • The numbered batches contain 99 entries: Exhibits 1 through 93, four decimal subexhibits, and repeated labels 57 and 58 in separate batches.
  • A separate judicial-notice collection uses letters A through F and is not assembled in alphabetical order.
  • PDF pages, original transcript pages, Bates identifiers, trial exhibit numbers and reconsideration exhibit labels identify different things.
  • Filing an attachment does not turn a party’s allegation or an editorial annotation into a judicial finding.

Original records and reproductions

The attached materials take several forms:

  • Document images reproduce the appearance of a record, but the copy alone does not establish an independent chain of custody.
  • Transcript excerpts give the words on the included pages, not the missing surrounding testimony.
  • Privilege logs identify communications claimed to be privileged without revealing their contents.
  • Court orders record judicial decisions. A party’s brief requests or argues for an outcome.
  • Researcher transcriptions, annotations and citation guides are added layers, not original official findings.

Exhibit 15 is a clear example of an added layer. It places a transcription attributed to EFTA00800336 beneath commentary referring to “Claude’s analysis” and a tentative caller-identification theory. The commentary should not be attributed to the Department of Justice. The visible reference does not establish who created every other filing or whether the underlying note is accurate.

Exhibit 30 is also reformatted text rather than an original email-image facsimile. The later batch’s Exhibit 57 contains visibly garbled, reflowed agreement text. Those copies may help locate source material, but cannot independently authenticate original signatures or resolve exact wording where text is corrupted.

Citation corrections that affect interpretation

Exhibits 82 and 83 reproduce the same trial transcript page, numbered 869, concerning a foundation objection during Juan Alessi’s testimony. They are not pages 17 and 18 or page 53 of docket entry 869. Similar-looking numbers here point to different documents.

Exhibits 84 through 86 contain grand-jury transcript pages 99, 102 and 103, not the index’s pages 111, 114 and 115. The included pages show earlier testimony, the transition to Gregory Parkinson’s testimony, and his professional background. They do not contain the cited passages about the table’s seizure or bedroom configuration.

The Alessi transcript sheet in Exhibit 80 contains four transcript pages. The indexed lines at page 806 concern a brief island visit, but nearby page 808 does place receipt of a written rules booklet in 2001, possibly 2002. The same passage describes earlier oral instructions. The passage dates receipt of the written booklet, not the start of all household rules.

Exhibit 81 similarly places the eye-contact instruction near the end of Alessi’s service, at transcript page 784, lines 20 through 25. The indexed lines 9 through 12 concern his earlier relationship with Epstein, not that instruction.

The first batch’s Exhibit 52 is a prosecutor-letter page. It is not trial exhibit GX 52, the address book. Nor is it the sentencing-transcript material described elsewhere with another “Exhibit 52” reference. The identifying document and page must accompany the number.

Repetition is not independent corroboration

Exhibit 12 reappears as Exhibit 58 in the same file. Other repeated material includes Exhibit 31 within Exhibit 51 and Exhibits 42 and 50 within Exhibit 47. In the later file, Exhibit 61 and its four decimal subexhibits reproduce the same sentencing page five times. Several excerpts from the August 2026 ruling also overlap.

The repetition helps explain the packet’s size. It does not turn one underlying account into several independent sources. Likewise, the attached excerpts from the prior judgment remain the court’s earlier rejection of claims, not decisions granting the later reconsideration request.

Scope of the inventory

Each entry identifies the type of record and its original date, where one appears. Missing dates are not inferred from the October 2026 filing stamp. Redactions are preserved, and protected identities are not inferred from surrounding details. Page links point to the actual filed PDFs, not the sometimes inaccurate page numbers in the exhibit indexes.

Judicial-notice exhibits, ECF 874-3

The request’s exhibit list provides the letters used here. The order in the attachment differs, and both attribution attachments internally use “Exhibit B.”

  • Exhibit A, PDF pages 6 and 7: Google Earth historical view displaying October 5, 1997, plus citation notes. The screenshot also bears a June 24, 2026 filing stamp from ECF 861-3.
  • Exhibit B, PDF pages 4 and 5: USGS attribution capture and accompanying text for the historical view labeled 1997; reconfirmation date stated as September 13, 2026.
  • Exhibit C, PDF pages 8 and 9: Google Earth historical view displaying July 31, 2005, plus citation notes; also stamped from the earlier ECF 861-3 filing.
  • Exhibit D, PDF pages 2 and 3: NMRGIS attribution capture and accompanying text for the view labeled 2005. The attachment calls itself Exhibit B despite the request assigning it letter D.
  • Exhibit E, PDF pages 10 through 14: Cover and four selected pages from the New Mexico Survivors’ Truth Commission report dated August 5, 2026. Original pages 36 through 39 appear in reverse order.
  • Exhibit F, PDF pages 15 through 34: Redacted Florida court-record material and citation guides. This is separate from the ranch chronology.

The historical imagery controls and attribution panels should not be treated as exact capture-date certificates. Their displayed date boundaries, visible structures, added captions, and the report’s construction account are distinct pieces of information. None alone determines witness credibility.
