Research ClassificationFormer employee, firsthand witness, recorded aircraft passenger

Christine Kenneally is a former employee of Jeffrey Epstein whose documentary record includes early private aircraft travel, a later federal civil litigation exhibit and firsthand testimony concerning massage work, financial assistance and Epstein’s relationships with powerful guests.

The earliest identified aviation records date to November 1991. A published passenger index attributes fourteen aircraft legs to her through August 1992. Original flight-log material released by the United States Department of Justice includes the spelling Christine Kennelly.

More than three decades later, Kenneally publicly described a working relationship with Epstein that continued on and off for at least a decade. Her account included a 1999 visit to Martha’s Vineyard where she said she was instructed to massage Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Peter Mandelson.

Her testimony is important for understanding the early workforce surrounding Epstein, the relationships between workers and powerful guests, and the ways financial assistance could create dependency.

These records must be interpreted carefully. Employment or shared travel does not establish participation in trafficking. Kenneally’s own descriptions of her experiences should not be replaced with unsupported conclusions about victim status.

Identity and Name Verification

Christine Kenneally appears under several spellings in passenger records and related documentary indexes.

The original released flight-log transcription includes Christine Kennelly, while secondary indexes use Christine Kenneally and Christine Kennealy.

The spelling variations are relevant because historical flight logs were often handwritten and later entered into searchable databases.

Identical or similar first and last names do not necessarily establish that two records concern the same person. The strongest identity connections require consistent context, contemporary records and corroborating names.

The Journalist With the Same Name

A separate public figure named Christine Kenneally is an Australian-American journalist and author known for books including The Invisible History of the Human Race and Ghosts of the Orphanage.

No verified evidence establishes that the author is the former Epstein employee.

Her books, photographs, career biography and personal details should therefore not be used in this profile.

The identity of the former employee must be established on the basis of her own statements and contemporary Epstein-related records.

How Kenneally Became Connected to Epstein

In a March 2026 interview, Kenneally described beginning a relationship with Epstein when she was approximately nineteen years old.

She said Epstein began paying her rent and health insurance.

Kenneally described feeling indebted to him because of this assistance.

This is particularly relevant to examining the dynamics of Epstein’s relationships with young adults and employees.

Financial support from a wealthy employer or benefactor may establish substantial dependence, particularly when housing and access to healthcare are involved.

However, it does not automatically prove coercion, trafficking or illegal activity.

Original financial records would be required to establish the amounts, dates, recipients and terms of the reported support.

Employment and Massage Services

Kenneally described working for Epstein over a period spanning at least a decade, although the relationship was not necessarily continuous.

Her reported duties included providing massage services.

Her account also described travel and work arrangements involving Ghislaine Maxwell.

No complete employment contract, tax filing, personnel record or payroll history has been independently established from the available sources.

The Nature of Her Work

Massage services appear repeatedly in testimony and investigations concerning Epstein.

However, the nature of any particular person’s work must be determined from their individual circumstances.

A person providing massage services should not automatically be classified as a victim, witness to sexual activity or participant in criminal conduct.

Kenneally’s later public account provides more specific information about her experience and is therefore more informative than the flight records alone.

Financial Dependency and Power Imbalance

Kenneally’s statement that Epstein paid her rent and health insurance is significant because it describes a relationship involving both services and personal financial assistance.

She indicated that the support caused her to feel indebted to him.

Her account warrants consideration of whether employment requests and personal assistance created practical difficulties in refusing work.

Nonetheless, the currently available evidence does not establish the complete payment terms or whether Epstein explicitly threatened to withdraw assistance.

Investigators would need contemporaneous correspondence, payroll materials, housing records and payment evidence to reconstruct these arrangements fully.

1991 and 1992: Epstein’s Early Private Aircraft Network

A published passenger index for Christine Kenneally identifies fourteen flight entries between November 1991 and August 1992.

The routes connect New York, Florida, Ohio, New Mexico, Wyoming and Montana.

The published index assigns the flights to a Hawker aircraft identified as N108JE.

However, other flight-log transcriptions use a different aircraft registration for early Hawker operations. The registration must therefore be checked against each original log page rather than assumed from a secondary database.

The existence of a passenger entry establishes a recorded aviation association, not the activities undertaken at each destination.

November 1991: First Indexed Flight

The first attributed flight is dated November 4, 1991.

It departed Teterboro, New Jersey, and arrived at Palm Beach International Airport in Florida.

The published passenger reconstruction identifies Jeffrey Epstein and Christine Kenneally.

The DOJ-released flight-log transcription also contains an early entry naming Jeffrey and Christine Kennelly.

The original handwritten date, route and aircraft registration should be reconciled with the indexed record before asserting that both transcriptions represent the identical flight.

December 1991: Ohio and East Coast Travel

Two additional flight entries are attributed to Kenneally in December 1991.

The December 5 entry records a journey from Teterboro to Easton Airport, identified by airport code ESN.

The December 8 entry records travel from Columbus, Ohio, to Teterboro.

The secondary reconstruction associates the December 8 journey with Ghislaine Maxwell.

These entries suggest recurring travel within Epstein’s early network, but do not independently establish the purpose of the trips.

January and February 1992

The index identifies two consecutive aircraft legs on January 12, 1992.

The first traveled from Columbus to Boston Logan International Airport.

The second traveled from Boston to Teterboro.

A further entry dated February 23 records a journey from Columbus to Teterboro.

The published passenger database attributes these trips to Kenneally and Epstein.

They should be treated as indexed records until the corresponding handwritten passenger names are verified.

July 26, 1992: Palm Beach, Miami and Teterboro

The July 26 travel sequence contains two attributed flights.

The first traveled from Palm Beach to Miami.

The second continued from Miami to Teterboro.

The passenger reconstruction lists Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, James Murphy and Christine Kenneally.

These entries are important because they establish a documented overlap among individuals who appear repeatedly in early Epstein aviation records.

They do not establish a criminal relationship among the passengers.

August 1992: New Mexico and Western United States Travel

The August 1992 itinerary is the most extensive travel sequence attributed to Kenneally in the published index.

It includes Santa Fe, Jackson Hole, Bozeman, Columbus, Boston and Teterboro.

August 4: Teterboro to Santa Fe

The passenger index identifies Kenneally traveling with Epstein, Maxwell and James Murphy from Teterboro to Santa Fe.

This is relevant to the investigation of Epstein’s New Mexico travel network.

However, arrival at Santa Fe airport does not establish a visit to Zorro Ranch.

August 8: Santa Fe to Jackson Hole

The indexed itinerary continues from Santa Fe to Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

August 8: Jackson Hole to Bozeman

A subsequent leg records travel to Bozeman, Montana.

August 8: Bozeman to Columbus

The same day’s third indexed leg returns the aircraft to Columbus, Ohio.

August 10: Columbus to Boston

The passenger reconstruction records travel from Columbus to Boston Logan Airport.

August 10: Boston to Teterboro

The final indexed leg records the return to Teterboro.

Although the itinerary contains multiple legs, this does not necessarily represent six independent trips. Several legs may be parts of one continuous journey.

The fourteen entries above represent the identified records in the reviewed secondary index. They should not be described as an exhaustive lifetime flight count.

Shared Flights With James Murphy

The published aviation index identifies James Murphy on eight flights attributed to Kenneally.

The overlapping routes involve Florida, New York and the western United States during 1992.

The James Murphy passenger reconstruction provides an independent cross-reference within the same database.

However, matching entries from one database do not amount to independent authentication of the original manifest.

No separate personal or employment relationship between Murphy and Kenneally is established solely by their shared travel.

Relationship With Ghislaine Maxwell

The flight index attributes seven shared journeys to Kenneally and Maxwell.

More importantly, Kenneally’s public account described Maxwell participating in the work and travel arrangements surrounding Epstein.

She also described Maxwell as possessing influence over who worked for Epstein and the circumstances in which employees encountered prominent visitors.

Reported Warning About Compromising Information

In her March 2026 interview, Kenneally said Maxwell warned that she and Epstein held potentially compromising information about other individuals, including people within their circle.

This is a firsthand allegation about a statement attributed to Maxwell.

It does not, by itself, authenticate any particular collection of photographs, recordings or documents.

The statement warrants investigation alongside independently verified surveillance, photographic and communications records.

1999: Martha’s Vineyard Visit

The March 13, 2026 Times investigation reported Kenneally’s account of traveling to Martha’s Vineyard in 1999.

She said she was flown to the island through arrangements involving Epstein and Maxwell.

During the visit, she said she was directed to massage Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Peter Mandelson.

She described being paid for the trip and receiving an additional bonus for massage services provided to prominent guests.

This account is important because it identifies an employee’s reported duties during a gathering attended by influential political and social figures.

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor

Kenneally stated that she massaged Andrew during the visit.

She said nothing inappropriate occurred during that massage.

Her account therefore must not be converted into an allegation that Andrew sexually assaulted her.

The reported encounter is relevant to reconstructing the gathering and Epstein’s use of staff services, but does not establish wrongdoing by Andrew during this specific interaction.

Peter Mandelson

Kenneally also stated that she provided a massage to Peter Mandelson.

Mandelson disputed having received a massage during the visit.

The competing accounts remain unresolved.

The fact that Mandelson was associated with the gathering does not independently establish that the massage occurred.

The Martha’s Vineyard Photograph

The Times investigation described a photograph released among DOJ records showing Jeffrey Epstein, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Peter Mandelson in bathrobes.

The photograph was associated with the Martha’s Vineyard gathering.

It provides visual evidence of the men together during the relevant period.

However, the photograph does not itself document Kenneally providing massages.

It should therefore be treated as visual corroboration of the gathering, not independent proof of the specific services described.

The original image file, related correspondence and precise creation date remain important for complete photographic authentication.

Lynn Forester de Rothschild and the Gathering

Kenneally’s account described a connection involving Lynn Forester, later known as Lady de Rothschild, and a residence in Massachusetts.

She suggested that the social connection helped bring Epstein and Andrew into the same setting.

Maxwell also discussed this relationship in a later prison interview, although Maxwell’s account should be regarded as her own statement rather than independent proof of all details.

Lady de Rothschild stated that Epstein never stayed at her residence and that she did not see or speak with him after 2000.

The location, ownership of the gathering site, invitations and precise guest list require original contemporaneous evidence for a definitive reconstruction.

Bill Clinton and the 1999 Social Context

Kenneally discussed the presence of Bill Clinton in the wider social environment surrounding the Martha’s Vineyard visit.

She said Maxwell sent her away when Clinton was nearby.

This statement does not establish that Kenneally provided services to Clinton or witnessed misconduct involving him.

Clinton has denied wrongdoing in connection with Epstein.

The claim should remain attributed to Kenneally and should not be expanded beyond what she described.

Jess Michaels: Survivor and Former Roommate

The Times reporting on Jess Michaels documents her account as a survivor of Epstein’s abuse.

Michaels has described her experiences with Epstein and her later efforts to obtain recognition and accountability.

Reporting identifies her as a former roommate of Christine Kenneally.

Michaels reportedly informed investigators that Kenneally had previously discussed providing a massage to Andrew.

Her account is significant because it concerns a statement allegedly made before Kenneally’s 2026 public interview.

However, Michaels’ recollection is evidence that she heard a statement, not independent observation of the massage itself.

The 2021 FBI Reporting

Reporting associates Michaels’ approach to federal investigators with 2021.

The precise FBI interview identifier, report date, agents involved and full interview contents have not been authenticated against an original numbered record in this review.

Therefore, no specific FBI Form 302 number should be assigned without further verification.

May 2023: Appearance in JPMorgan Litigation

An important additional court appearance concerns the United States Virgin Islands litigation against JPMorgan Chase Bank.

In May 2023, an exhibit submitted in that proceeding included the name Christine Kenneally.

The case is Government of the United States Virgin Islands v. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Case 1:22-cv-10904, in the Southern District of New York.

Document 145-1, filed May 15, 2023, includes Exhibit C near the end of the filing.

Christine Kenneally appears as entry 22 on the list.

What Exhibit C Establishes

The exhibit establishes that Kenneally’s name was included in a list submitted in federal civil litigation concerning Epstein-related relationships and entities.

This is a separate documentary appearance from her flight records and public interview.

The filing is relevant to understanding the breadth of names examined or referenced during litigation concerning Epstein’s financial network.

What Exhibit C Does Not Establish

Appearance in the exhibit does not establish that Kenneally owned a JPMorgan account, received a particular payment, participated in trafficking or committed a crime.

It is not an individual judicial finding of wrongdoing.

The legal purpose of the list, the pleadings accompanying it and the final disposition of the litigation must be considered before drawing further conclusions.

The exhibit should also not be treated as proof that each listed person performed the same role within Epstein’s network.

Was Kenneally an Epstein Survivor?

Kenneally described potentially exploitative circumstances, including feeling indebted to Epstein because of the financial assistance he provided.

She also described experiences involving massage services and distinguished her encounters with Andrew and Mandelson from her experiences massaging Epstein.

When asked about compensation, Kenneally said she had not made a claim through the Epstein victims’ compensation process.

Not seeking compensation does not determine whether someone experienced abuse.

Likewise, receiving money or providing services does not establish willing participation in abuse or trafficking.

The reviewed public account does not support imposing a definitive sexual-abuse survivor classification without relying on her own clearly established statements.

Her profile should remain survivor-centered, with particular care not to minimize reported experiences or invent allegations.

Did Kenneally Know About Epstein’s Abuse?

Kenneally stated that she had not known about abuse of other women and girls by Epstein during her relationship with him.

She said she would have reported it if she had known.

That statement records her own account of her knowledge at the time.

The available evidence reviewed here does not establish that she participated in recruitment, knowingly facilitated trafficking or concealed specific offenses.

Neither the flight logs nor inclusion in the 2023 court exhibit provides such proof.

Outstanding Investigative Questions

Can the Original Fourteen Flight Entries Be Reconciled?

The complete original flight-log pages need comparison with each entry in the published passenger index, including the varying spellings of Kenneally’s surname and conflicting aircraft registrations.

Can the Full Employment History Be Reconstructed?

Contracts, payroll records, correspondence and employer information are needed to establish the beginning and end of Kenneally’s working relationship with Epstein.

What Financial Assistance Was Provided?

Rent, insurance and other payments should be examined individually rather than treated as a single undifferentiated financial arrangement.

What Exactly Did Exhibit C Represent?

The purpose and legal scope of the 2023 list should be established from its accompanying pleadings before assigning any individual financial or organizational significance.

Where Is the Original Jess Michaels FBI Report?

The underlying report, date and document identifier remain necessary to establish precisely what investigators recorded.

Can the Martha’s Vineyard Gathering Be Fully Reconstructed?

Original photographs, correspondence, travel records, property information and independent firsthand accounts are needed to resolve the date, location, attendees and disputed services.

Are There Additional EFTA Documents?

A complete original-record search must reconcile Christine Kenneally, Christine Kennelly, Christine Kennealy and relevant partial-name entries without merging unrelated individuals.

Assessment of the Documentary Record

Christine Kenneally is important to the documented history of Epstein’s early workforce because she appears in aviation records and has publicly described working directly for Epstein over an extended period.

Her account provides information about financial dependency, massage services, Maxwell’s involvement in employee arrangements and the social environment surrounding prominent guests.

The early flight records establish a separate documentary foundation for her presence in Epstein’s travel network.

The 2023 federal filing adds another important court appearance that was absent from earlier accounts of her documentary history.

Nevertheless, these sources have different evidentiary meanings. Flight logs establish recorded travel. Interviews establish what a person reported experiencing. Court pleadings identify allegations and names within litigation, not necessarily findings of individual misconduct.

None of these records alone proves that Kenneally participated in trafficking.

Her experiences should be reported accurately, with attention to the possible effects of financial dependency and the importance of allowing individuals to define their own survivor status.
