Brice and Karen Gordon communicated with Epstein, his assistants, Richard Kahn, contractors, and staff at his other properties.

It does not establish a complete surviving archive of every caretaker mailbox or attachment.

  • EFTA00331830: January 11, 2016. Lesley Groff introduces Brice and Karen as the people managing the ranch and copies them on a proposed guest visit.
  • EFTA02040184: Undated. A ranch contact record lists office, guest, gate, vehicle, alarm, and staff contact categories. It is a directory record rather than a narrative email.
  • EFTA00299901: File inventory. An office file inventory identifies ranch operational files covering employees, confidentiality, expenditure procedures, livestock, water, and contact numbers. Listing a file does not establish that its complete contents were released.
  • EFTA00299927: File inventory. A further inventory identifies ranch operating, water development, lease, and organizational files. It also records that some folders were missing when a corporate file was returned.
  • EFTA00392636: April 11, 2013. A message to Darren Indyke forwards articles of organization for Zorro Development. This is corporate administration connected to the operating structure.

  • EFTA00543841: May 26, 2012. The managers discuss a prospective couple for the ranch management team. Epstein suggests scheduling a Skype interview; the conversation does not confirm a hire.
  • EFTA01880877: June 2012. The New Mexico commission identifies a Brice Gordon email concerning Carlos Delgado as seasonal help and a restriction on his working in the main house.

  • EFTA00686186: June 18, 2012. The commission identifies Wendy Martinez’s resignation email. She describes feeling undermined and exhausted by workplace treatment and says she is leaving the ranch.
  • EFTA02321857: Staff correspondence. The commission cites Wendy Martinez’s operational correspondence with Epstein’s wider staff network.
  • EFTA00561108: Staff correspondence. A further record cited by the commission concerns Martinez’s participation in ranch operations and logistics.
  • EFTA02525995: June 21, 2009. The commission cites an Epstein message criticizing Nadia Marcinkova’s treatment of Gordon and discussing the possibility of Gordon leaving. This is a workplace dispute, not a finding about other conduct.
  • EFTA02007004: August 26, 2012. A ranch account reports a dispute over Karen’s authority on the island. The message concerns island staff relations rather than an event at Zorro.

Press Inquiries, Confidentiality, and Access Restrictions

  • EFTA01790757: March 12, 2011. The commission identifies Karen’s report that a reflexologist had received a Los Angeles reporter’s inquiry about Epstein and Maxwell. The email relays how the inquiry was handled and says reporter details were to be forwarded.
  • EFTA00709108: Employment and confidentiality records. The commission cites this production in its discussion of employee conditions, confidentiality requirements, and bonuses. Those matters must be read with the individual documents.
  • EFTA00709111: Related employment record. This is the end of the cited employment record sequence. It is not evidence that every ranch worker signed the same agreement.
  • EFTA00090036: Witness interview transcript. A reflexologist’s interview describes how she began providing services at the ranch and her interactions there. It is retrospective testimony, rather than an email to Epstein.

Guest Invitations, Lodging, and Airport Pickups

  • EFTA02006935: August 11, 2012. Brice offers transportation to Paula for a ranch visit; she replies that the visitors will drive themselves.
  • EFTA02163028: August 2012. A travel message provides airline arrangements and ranch contact information for an anticipated visit. An airline reservation does not establish arrival at the property.
  • EFTA02163082: August 2012. Related travel correspondence says Brice and Karen will track a flight and arrange transportation from Albuquerque.
  • EFTA00385781: August 2013. A Joshua Cooper Ramo chain proposes lunch with Martin Nowak. Ramo says he cannot attend the proposed Tuesday lunch. The invitation must not be counted as confirmation that he attended.
  • EFTA02331125: August 2013. Karen participates in Ed Boyden’s anticipated visit and arrival arrangements.
  • EFTA02331923: August 2013. Related Boyden correspondence contains travel planning from the same period. It should be compared with the preceding chain.
  • EFTA02073596: August 2015. A proposed visitor’s flight information and estimated ranch arrival time are circulated to Brice and Karen.
  • EFTA00329391: February 11, 2016. Groff says Brice and Karen will collect an arriving visitor in Albuquerque and arrange the return trip to the airport.
  • EFTA00834373: February 15, 2016. An itinerary exchange discusses a pickup by Herman and a small battery operated fan requested by Epstein.

  • EFTA02058990: February 2016. A scheduling chain discusses a possible overnight ranch stop for Epstein in March. Proposed flight legs do not establish a completed stay.
  • EFTA00476475: June 11, 2018. The commission cites correspondence circulating a proposed Santa Fe departure to Epstein’s staff and pilots.
  • EFTA00476754: June 2018. A related record contains revised travel timing. Revisions should be retained when reconstructing the trip.
  • EFTA02442445: May 14, 2009. Brice discusses travel between the island, Palm Beach, and the ranch, including Karen preparing for a Maxwell visit. This documents staffing plans across properties.

Recurring Project Reports and Work Instructions

  • EFTA00577821: Fortnightly report. A recurring household report includes a Zorro section and task status entries. It is evidence of a reporting system, not simply a single repair request.
  • EFTA00577780: Fortnightly report. A further multi property report includes ranch work. It should be compared with other versions before counting distinct tasks.
  • EFTA01124666: July 12, 2013 report. The project report records work on communications systems, buildings, finishes, and grounds, with entries distinguishing planned and completed stages.

  • EFTA02024511: Water development correspondence. The commission cites Casey Cook’s involvement in evaluating ranch water distribution.

Firearms, Inventories, and Security Instructions

  • EFTA01812304: June 8, 2010. A storage chain concerns moving gun safes and firearms to Larry Visoski’s garage. The commission reports that the rationale was to remove them from Epstein’s property because the land was deeded to Visoski.
  • EFTA00728836: July 2009 policy. The commission cites a firearm policy governing handling and security. It is an operational instruction document rather than a casual email.
  • EFTA00586045: Standing task instructions. The commission identifies recurring gun cabinet and ammunition inventory checks in this operational record.
  • EFTA01026490: August 28, 2018. The commission cites a forwarded firearm inventory after a reported theft, describing checks against serial numbers, photographs, and the inventory list.

Emergency Calls and Related Staff Emails

Animal Care and the Stroller Message

  • EFTA02441440: August 6, 2009. A caretaker message identified in the Brice Gordon record is addressed to Ghislaine Maxwell under the subject Stroller. It reports that the animal went down and was put down after staff were unable to get him up, and asks about special instructions. This located message does not establish a burial location or confirm that it is the burial discussion described elsewhere.

Caretakers Working Across Epstein Properties

  • EFTA01824258: February 2010. Brice and Epstein discuss an invoice and a proposal covering several properties, including Zorro.
  • EFTA02234539: January 2018. A chain discusses ranch managers assisting at the island and coordinating a construction group’s visit there. The island visit is not a Zorro visit.

Separate Anonymous Allegations

The anonymous 2019 communication alleged human burials near the ranch and offered purported evidence for payment. It is an unverified tip, not an authenticated message from an identified caretaker to Epstein. It must not be conflated with the Stroller message or treated as confirmation of human remains.

Evidence Limits and Open Questions

The public record includes redactions, repeated chains, missing or inaccessible attachments, and accounts identified only by first names or corporate sender labels. A ranch signature does not always identify the writer, and an email sent by a ranch manager may concern an island or another residence.

The correspondence establishes an operating network and provides dates and subjects for further investigation. It does not establish that every proposed visit occurred, that every quoted project was completed, or that a missing document never existed.

  • Which messages survive as original caretaker emails rather than quotations in later forwards?
  • Which attachments contain the final approved plans, completed work, photographs, or staff lists?
  • Which account owners can be confirmed from original headers and signatures?
  • What explains the different planned and recorded termination dates for Bradley Royster?
  • Is there a separate animal burial instruction, and does it identify the date, animal, or location?
  • Which communications were retained after Epstein’s death and produced to investigators?
