Joel M. Pashcow is a New York real estate executive and attorney whose name appears repeatedly in Jeffrey Epstein-associated aviation records between 1996 and 2003. His involvement in Epstein’s documented social environment is also supported by a contact-book entry, sworn testimony from pilot Larry Visoski and a contribution to Epstein’s fiftieth birthday book.
Pashcow’s historical record is more substantial than an isolated passenger entry. A published passenger index attributes twelve aircraft legs to him, while a separately maintained Epstein Data relationship database counts ten flights shared with Epstein under its own methodology.
In an October 2009 deposition, pilot Larry Visoski acknowledged knowing Pashcow from the aircraft but said he did not know the nature of Pashcow’s personal relationship with Epstein.
Pashcow also appears in the birthday book assembled for Epstein in 2003. A contribution attributed to him contains a staged image of a novelty check apparently signed by Donald Trump and a caption making a crude claim about a woman. The material was released during congressional investigations in 2025.
The birthday-book page is evidence that the image and caption were included in the collection. It is not proof that a woman was sold or that the depicted payment was real. Reporting states that the woman concerned denied the underlying story.
The documentary record establishes contact, travel and participation in a private commemorative publication. Each of those facts warrants investigation, but none independently establishes participation in Epstein’s sexual abuse or trafficking crimes.
Identity and Professional Background
The 2006 SEC annual filing identifies Joel M. Pashcow as an attorney and experienced real estate executive.
According to the filing, Pashcow graduated from Cornell University and Harvard Law School.
It states that he became a member of the New York State bar in 1968.
He served as chairman, chief executive officer and president of Atlantic Realty Trust from its formation in February 1996.
Before that, he served as chairman of RPS Realty Trust, the company’s predecessor.
These public securities disclosures establish his professional identity independently of the Epstein aircraft records.
Atlantic Realty Trust
The Atlantic Realty Trust securities filings describe a Maryland real estate investment trust established in 1995 and operating from May 1996 following a spinoff from RPS Realty Trust.
Pashcow served in leadership roles during the trust’s development and later activities.
The company had interests in real estate and securities and was subject to public reporting obligations.
Why Atlantic Realty Matters to Epstein Research
The independent Epstein contact-book transcription identifies Atlantic Realty Trust alongside Pashcow’s name.
This provides a specific professional identifier connecting the contact-directory entry to the executive named in SEC filings.
However, the directory does not establish that Atlantic Realty Trust entered into a financial transaction with Epstein.
Any such claim would require an original agreement, bank transaction, board record or corporate disclosure.
RPS Realty Trust and Nassau Capital
The 2017 public-company proxy statement identifies Pashcow as a longstanding trustee and former chairman associated with RPS Realty Trust and its successor.
It also identifies him as a managing member of Nassau Capital LLC beginning in April 2006.
Nassau Capital was described as a real estate and securities investment firm.
The filing confirms that Pashcow’s career continued through substantial real estate and investment operations after the period covered by his Epstein-associated flight records.
These later positions should not be misrepresented as evidence of an Epstein business relationship.
Epstein’s Contact Directory
The released Epstein contact-directory collection provides a primary source for the broader address-book evidence.
An independent Pashcow contact-book transcription identifies his entry on page 42 and associates it with Atlantic Realty Trust.
The transcription includes business and personal contact information.
Those private telephone numbers, email addresses and residential addresses are unnecessary to establish the relationship evidence and are not reproduced here.
What the Entry Establishes
The record establishes that contact information for Joel Pashcow appeared in Epstein-associated materials.
It does not establish how often Epstein called him, whether he personally supplied every entry or whether the contact directory was updated regularly.
Because other sources independently identify Pashcow as an aircraft traveler, the directory contributes context to an already documented association.
However, the directory alone does not prove criminal activity or a financial partnership.
Overview of the Flight Record
The independent Pashcow passenger dossier attributes twelve flight legs to him between October 27, 1996 and May 22, 2003.
The flights predominantly connect South Florida with New York-area airports.
The repeated itinerary is relevant because Epstein maintained residences and business activities in both areas.
The source includes aircraft registrations N908JE and N909JE.
However, aircraft types displayed by modern databases should be checked against contemporaneous registration history, particularly for older entries using N908JE.
What Counts as a Flight
Each row in the register below represents a distinct indexed aircraft movement.
The same movement may appear in original pilot logs, court exhibits, spreadsheets and multiple online databases.
Those reproductions should not be counted as independent new flights.
Similarly, a complete passenger group cannot be inferred solely from a partial database preview.
Flight Register: 1996 Through 2003
| Date | Route | Aircraft | Verification Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| October 27, 1996 | Palm Beach to Teterboro | N908JE | First identified indexed leg |
| February 2, 1997 | Palm Beach to Teterboro | N908JE | Celina Midelfart and Anthony Barrett among listed co-travelers |
| March 24, 1997 | Palm Beach to Teterboro | N908JE | Maxwell and a passenger identified as Suzanna among listed names |
| February 9, 1998 | Palm Beach to Teterboro | N908JE | Alan Dershowitz, Clare Hazell and others named in court-related records |
| February 12, 1998 | Teterboro to Palm Beach | N908JE | Subsequent Florida-bound leg |
| January 10, 2000 | Palm Beach to Teterboro | N908JE | Sophie Biddle among indexed co-travelers |
| May 4, 2000 | Teterboro to Palm Beach | N908JE | Maxwell and Emmy Tayler among listed co-travelers |
| April 17, 2001 | Palm Beach to Teterboro | N909JE | Maxwell, Emmy Tayler and other travelers |
| May 28, 2001 | Palm Beach to Teterboro | N909JE | Maxwell and Emmy Tayler among the listed passengers |
| November 12, 2001 | Palm Beach to Teterboro | N909JE | Maxwell and Julie Shay among indexed co-travelers |
| November 30, 2001 | Westchester County Airport to Palm Beach | N908JE | Sarah Kellen and Gwendolyn Beck among indexed co-travelers |
| May 22, 2003 | JFK to Palm Beach | N908JE | Todd Meistor and Brent Tindall among indexed co-travelers |
This register preserves the twelve distinct dated entries identified in the public passenger index. The original handwritten source page and EFTA-equivalent identifier for every individual flight have not been independently established.
February 9, 1998: Flight 1073
The court-filed aviation exhibit identifies Pashcow on flight 1073 from Palm Beach to Teterboro.
Other names associated with this journey include Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, Emmy Tayler, Alan Dershowitz, Clare Hazell, Mandy and members of the Dubin-related travel group.
The passenger listing is important because it identifies a specific shared journey rather than a generalized social association.
The Court Context
The flight was discussed in litigation involving allegations against Epstein-associated individuals.
Legal filings may cite passenger manifests to establish or challenge an individual’s location and the composition of a travel group.
However, a passenger’s appearance in a legal exhibit does not establish that the passenger engaged in the abuse alleged in the surrounding litigation.
The flight itself must be distinguished from the separate allegations contained in pleadings.
Celina Midelfart and the February 1997 Flight
The Epstein Data relationship graph identifies one February 2, 1997 shared flight between Pashcow and Celina Midelfart.
Midelfart is independently documented in Epstein-related aviation and social records.
The shared flight establishes a specific co-travel appearance.
It does not establish a romantic, business or criminal relationship between Pashcow and Midelfart.
Clare Hazell and Alan Dershowitz
The Epstein Data Clare Hazell relationship register identifies Pashcow and Clare as fellow travelers on February 9, 1998.
The separate Alan Dershowitz relationship index identifies Dershowitz and Pashcow on the same date.
These are database-derived co-travel relationships.
They do not independently establish friendship or knowledge of the activities of other people aboard the aircraft.
Each individual’s documentary history should be evaluated separately.
Maxwell, Emmy Tayler and Household Travel
The passenger database identifies Ghislaine Maxwell sharing eight flights with Pashcow and Emmy Tayler sharing five.
These totals provide useful leads for reconstructing recurring passenger groups.
However, they are derived from the aviation data and should not be treated as independent evidence of personal relationships.
No original employment arrangement or communication establishing that Maxwell supervised Pashcow has been verified.
The repeated overlap establishes travel, not a household position or participation in Maxwell’s crimes.
Sarah Kellen, Gwendolyn Beck and Later Flights
The November 30, 2001 flight from Westchester County Airport to Palm Beach includes Sarah Kellen and Gwendolyn Beck among the co-travelers indexed with Pashcow.
The presence of staff or other associates on a private aircraft does not establish their individual relationships with every passenger.
Nor does it establish that Pashcow participated in arranging appointments, recruiting women or operating Epstein’s households.
No directly authenticated evidence of such activity by Pashcow was established in the records reviewed here.
May 22, 2003: The Final Indexed Flight
The twelfth identified flight took place May 22, 2003, from John F. Kennedy International Airport to Palm Beach.
The indexed passenger group includes Epstein, Pashcow, Todd Meistor and Brent Tindall.
Tindall is separately identified in Epstein research as a chef.
The entry is relevant because it occurs in 2003, the same year as the birthday book.
However, temporal proximity does not establish that the flight was connected to preparation of the birthday book or another specific social event.
October 15, 2009: Larry Visoski’s Sworn Deposition
The October 15, 2009 deposition of Larry Visoski supplies an important independent witness account concerning Joel Pashcow.
On deposition page 109, counsel asked Visoski whether he knew Pashcow.
Visoski answered yes.
When asked how he knew him, the pilot explained that Pashcow had been on the airplane.
Was Pashcow an Epstein Friend?
Counsel asked whether Visoski knew Pashcow to have been a friend of Epstein.
Visoski did not confirm that characterization.
He explained that he knew Pashcow from the aircraft but did not know the relationship.
Asked about the relationship at the time of the deposition, he again indicated that he had no knowledge.
Why This Testimony Matters
The deposition independently supports Pashcow’s presence on Epstein-associated aircraft.
It also provides an explicit caution against labeling the relationship as friendship based solely on the pilot’s testimony.
The witness confirmed the aviation association but not the personal relationship.
That distinction should be preserved throughout this profile.
The 2003 Fiftieth Birthday Book
The September 8, 2025 congressional release made public records obtained from Epstein’s estate, including a book assembled for his fiftieth birthday in 2003.
The book contains messages, drawings, photographs and other contributions from people in Epstein’s social and professional world.
Pashcow is identified as a contributor to material involving a staged photograph and a novelty check.
This is an additional documentary association independent of the early flight records.
The $22,500 Novelty Check
The PBS examination of the released birthday book describes Pashcow’s contribution.
The page includes a photograph involving Epstein and a large mock check with a purported Donald Trump signature.
The amount displayed is $22,500.
An associated caption makes a degrading joke implying that a woman was transferred from Epstein to Trump.
What the Image Proves
The published material establishes that an image and caption making that assertion appeared in the birthday book.
It does not establish an actual transaction.
It does not establish that the purported check was honored, deposited, issued by a bank or signed personally by Trump.
Nor does it establish that a real woman was sold.
The Woman’s Response
Reporting about the release states that the woman depicted or referenced denied having the alleged relationship with Epstein and Trump.
Her account must be considered alongside the staged or satirical character of the birthday-book presentation.
The woman should not be identified unnecessarily or subjected to speculative allegations about her personal life.
Pashcow’s Role in the Birthday-Book Page
Contemporary coverage of the congressional release attributes the relevant birthday-book contribution to Joel Pashcow.
The page’s connection with him is supported by reporting on the original released collection.
However, an attribution of authorship should be distinguished from proof that Pashcow personally created every photographic or graphic component.
Without production notes or the testimony of a person who assembled the page, the exact authorship of individual elements may remain uncertain.
The reliable finding is that the material was presented as a Pashcow contribution in Epstein’s birthday book.
Donald Trump and Mar-a-Lago
Reporting surrounding the birthday-book release identifies Pashcow as a longtime member of Mar-a-Lago.
That social connection is relevant because the novelty-check image invokes Trump’s name.
However, membership in the club does not establish participation in Trump’s business activities or knowledge of any criminal offense.
Likewise, the staged check does not independently establish a payment between Trump and Epstein.
Political and Evidentiary Distinctions
The provenance of the birthday-book page is a documentary question.
The authenticity of the purported Trump signature and whether Trump contributed separate material to the book are additional questions that should not be conflated with Pashcow’s contribution.
Trump has disputed the authenticity of a separate letter attributed to him.
That dispute does not itself resolve authorship or interpretation of the Pashcow page.
The House Oversight Investigation
The House Oversight Committee’s September 2025 release followed a subpoena to Epstein’s estate.
The committee received records including the birthday book, contact materials and other estate documents.
The material became part of congressional oversight concerning the federal government’s handling of the Epstein investigation.
Publication by Congress establishes the document’s inclusion in the committee’s production.
It does not amount to a congressional finding that every joke, allegation or handwritten statement in the birthday book describes a true event.
What the Birthday Book Reveals About Epstein’s Social World
The contributions include material from prominent people in finance, politics, entertainment and other professional circles.
Some entries are ordinary birthday greetings, while others contain explicit sexual imagery or references.
Pashcow’s attributed page is significant because it uses a purported financial transaction as the premise of a degrading joke about a woman.
The content is relevant to the culture and attitudes represented in the birthday book.
However, inappropriate or offensive content alone cannot establish that the contributor participated in sex trafficking.
The document should be analyzed as evidence of what was circulated among participants, with separate proof required for any underlying factual allegation.
Financial and Professional Relationships With Epstein
Pashcow’s career as a real estate investor makes financial records an appropriate subject for further investigation.
His company history is independently documented through SEC filings.
However, the evidence reviewed for this profile does not establish a specific personal investment contract, loan or real estate transaction between Pashcow and Epstein.
The contact-book association with Atlantic Realty Trust does not prove that the company handled Epstein funds.
Likewise, the birthday-book mock check is not reliable evidence of a payment.
No personal financial transaction should be claimed without an original accounting record or corroborating testimony.
Correspondence and Document-Mention Counts
The independent Epstein Exposed dossier reports 107 document mentions involving Pashcow.
It also displays three indexed messages spanning 2012 through 2018, while a separate summary field reports no email records.
These inconsistent or differently scoped counts require caution.
Why a Mention Is Not a Unique Document
An indexed name may appear in multiple copies of the same record.
A document may also include a contact-book transcription, a passenger manifest or a later article discussing earlier evidence.
Therefore, 107 mentions should not be presented as 107 independently verified events or unique primary documents.
Correspondence Status
The three messages provide a potential additional research lead.
However, the individual original EFTA identifiers, precise senders, recipients, dates and contents were not independently authenticated for this article.
They are not used to claim a specific personal conversation or financial exchange.
Other Indexed Social Connections
The Pashcow dossier identifies twenty people with whom he shares indexed flight appearances.
These include Maxwell, Emmy Tayler, Sarah Kellen, Celina Midelfart, Clare Hazell, Alan Dershowitz, Sophie Biddle, Gwendolyn Beck, Adam PerryLang and others.
These connections are derived from travel records.
They do not establish twenty independent personal friendships or professional relationships.
Each person’s presence and role should be assessed from the underlying flight entry and other original evidence.
Little St. James and Zorro Ranch
The twelve indexed Pashcow flight legs primarily involve Palm Beach and New York-area airports.
No identified flight in the twelve-leg register establishes that Pashcow traveled to St. Thomas or Santa Fe.
No authenticated island boat manifest, ranch visitor record, photograph or firsthand statement places Pashcow at Little St. James or Zorro Ranch in the evidence reviewed here.
His repeated travel with Epstein does not independently establish visits to those properties.
Employment and Household Roles
No verified employment contract, payroll record or original staff roster identifies Pashcow as an Epstein employee.
His independently established professional career involved real estate investment and corporate governance.
The flight records do not establish that he supervised Epstein employees or helped operate Epstein’s residences.
Nor does a personal contact-book entry establish a household role.
Survivor Evidence and Criminal Allegations
No verified record reviewed for this profile identifies Pashcow as a survivor of Epstein’s sexual abuse or trafficking.
No criminal conviction or judicial finding establishes that he participated in Epstein’s trafficking operation.
The offensive birthday-book material warrants clear documentation, but it cannot substitute for proof of an actual payment or criminal act.
The existence of repeated flights and personal contact information likewise does not establish criminal knowledge.
Investigations should distinguish evidence of association, evidence of a person’s statements and evidence of criminal conduct.
Independent Sleuth Research and Epstein Data Wiki
The Epstein Data Wiki was checked as a separate research source alongside the document and relationship indexes.
No dedicated published Joel Pashcow article was located in the reviewed people directory.
The Epstein Data entity network nevertheless includes Pashcow in its indexed co-travel relationships.
Independent flight reconstructions also reproduce twelve attributed flight appearances.
Public reactions to the 2025 birthday-book release provide investigative leads, but commentary and speculation should be distinguished from the original congressional document.
No separately authenticated Pashcow-specific investigation by each of EpsteinWiki’s established independent sleuth contributors was identified during this research pass.
That is a limitation of the sources located, not proof that no additional work exists.

Contradictions and Source Limitations
Twelve Flights Versus Ten
The secondary dossier lists twelve legs, while the Epstein Data co-travel graph reports ten. The difference requires comparison of inclusion rules and original manifests, not an unsupported choice between the two totals.
The 107 Document Mentions
The count is an indexed total, not proof of 107 unique primary documents or separate events.
Pashcow as a Friend
Larry Visoski knew Pashcow from the aircraft but explicitly did not confirm the nature of the relationship. A personal friendship cannot be established from that testimony.
The Birthday-Book Check
The novelty check and caption were part of the released birthday book. They do not prove that a real payment or sale occurred.
The Woman Referenced
Reporting includes the woman’s denial of the underlying story. Her identity and personal history should not be expanded speculatively from the birthday-book joke.
Original Flight Pages
The individual original handwritten EFTA page for each flight has not been identified and verified in a complete concordance.
Contact-Book and Correspondence Counts
Different secondary indexes report different coverage. Those counts should not be treated as independently authenticated correspondence totals without source-level review.
Outstanding Investigative Questions
What Explains the Difference Between Ten and Twelve Flights?
The original aviation records and each index’s counting rules must be reconciled individually.
What Do the 107 Indexed Document Mentions Contain?
The count requires an itemized export, deduplication and original-source authentication before it can be treated as a complete evidence register.
What Are the Three Indexed Correspondence Records?
The original messages and their EFTA identifiers must be located to establish sender, recipient, wording and purpose.
What Was Pashcow’s Personal Relationship With Epstein?
The flights, directory and birthday contribution establish contact and repeated association. Visoski did not confirm that he knew the relationship’s nature.
Who Created the Birthday-Book Artwork?
The published contribution is attributed to Pashcow, but the production history of each graphic element has not been completely authenticated.
Was There a Real $22,500 Transaction?
No authentic banking evidence reviewed here establishes the novelty check as a real payment.
Did Pashcow Have Business Transactions With Epstein?
The independently documented real estate career creates a legitimate question, but a specific transaction has not been established through a verified original contract or ledger.
Did He Visit Epstein’s Properties?
The identified flight register does not establish visits to Little St. James or Zorro Ranch.
Assessment of the Documentary Record
Joel M. Pashcow is a documented recurring traveler aboard Epstein-associated aircraft and a person whose information appears in Epstein’s contact directory.
Public corporate filings independently establish his identity as a lawyer and real estate executive, including leadership roles at Atlantic Realty Trust and later Nassau Capital.
Twelve distinct flight entries appear in a published passenger index between 1996 and 2003. A separate Epstein Data register counts ten co-travel appearances under different rules.
Larry Visoski’s sworn 2009 testimony corroborates that Pashcow traveled on Epstein’s aircraft, while also showing that the pilot did not know the nature of their personal relationship.
Pashcow’s attributed contribution to Epstein’s 2003 birthday book provides further evidence of participation in Epstein’s social world. Its staged photograph and degrading novelty-check caption are relevant to interpreting that environment.
However, the material does not prove that the purported $22,500 transaction was real. Reporting indicates that the woman referenced disputed the underlying story.
No verified evidence reviewed for this article establishes that Pashcow participated in Epstein’s trafficking crimes, employed victims, arranged trafficking activities or knowingly assisted sexual abuse.
The strongest documentary conclusion is that Pashcow had repeated aviation and social connections with Epstein, supported by passenger records, a contact-book entry, sworn pilot testimony and an attributed birthday-book contribution.
The original source record should be evaluated without converting co-travel into criminal involvement or an offensive staged image into proof of a literal transaction.
