Photographic Evidence of Woody Allen in the Epstein Files
1. Snapshot
The Epstein files contain several photographs of filmmaker Woody Allen in settings connected to Jeffrey Epstein. The strongest direct records show Allen with Epstein at a private dinner, in an interior meeting space, and during what appears to have been filming or interview activity. Other released photographs show Allen with Steve Bannon, Lawrence Summers and Victoria Summers, and a group gathered around a performer widely identified as David Blaine.
The photographic record is not limited to images held by the Epstein estate. Photographer Elder Ordonez independently photographed Epstein walking on Madison Avenue in New York City with Allen and Allen’s wife, Soon Yi Previn, in 2013. That editorial photograph was published by Page Six and later distributed through INF Photo, Splash News, and INSTARimages. It supplies independent, dated confirmation that the social relationship continued years after Epstein’s 2008 conviction.
| Field | Finding |
|---|---|
| Primary subject | Woody Allen |
| Core direct encounter records | HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_066497, HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_083517, HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_051198 |
| Additional group records | HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_071621, HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_083632, HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_083463 |
| Independent street photograph | Elder Ordonez photograph of Epstein, Allen, and Soon Yi Previn on Madison Avenue in 2013 |
| House source | Photographs produced by the Epstein estate and released by House Oversight Democrats |
| House release date | December 12, 2025, with additional estate images released later in December |
| Known settings | Private dining room, wood paneled interior, filming or interview setup, entry hall, social gathering, and New York street |
| Other identified people | Soon Yi Previn, Steve Bannon, Lawrence Summers, Victoria Summers, and a man widely identified as David Blaine |
| Redacted or unidentified people | At least one woman in the private dinner image and another person in the entry hall image |
| Getty search result | No verified Getty editorial image showing Allen and Epstein together was located |
| Other professional photo source | Elder Ordonez through INF Photo, Splash News, and INSTARimages |
| Identified Epstein survivor visible with Allen | None located |
| Strongest conclusion | Allen and Epstein maintained repeated social contact after Epstein’s conviction |
| Central limitation | The photographs establish presence and association, not knowledge of or participation in Epstein’s crimes |
The cumulative value of these photographs is stronger than any single frame. One undated dinner photograph might establish only one encounter. Multiple estate photographs, correspondence about dinners, public reporting, and an independently dated street photograph establish a recurring post conviction social relationship.
2. What Is This Record?
This record is a collection of distinct photographs and documentary reproductions rather than one isolated image. The images have different origins, settings, dates, and evidentiary weight.
The first category consists of estate photographs released by Congress. HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_066497 shows Allen seated in a director style chair while speaking with Epstein in what appears to be a filming or interview environment. HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_083517 shows Allen and Epstein across a dining table with a woman whose face was redacted before publication. HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_051198 shows Allen, Epstein, and another person in an entry hall or doorway.
The second category consists of group photographs. HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_083632 shows Allen speaking with Steve Bannon inside an upscale interior. HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_083463 has been identified as showing Allen with Lawrence Summers and Victoria Summers. Epstein is not visible in that frame. HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_071621 shows Epstein, Allen, and other men gathered around what appears to be a private performance or demonstration. Public identification of every person in this image has been inconsistent, so names beyond Epstein and Allen require caution.
The third category is independent editorial photography. Elder Ordonez photographed Epstein walking with Allen and Soon Yi Previn on Madison Avenue in September 2013. Unlike the undated estate images, the street photograph has a named photographer, an editorial publication history, an approximate capture date, and a public location.
The fourth category consists of news pages, screenshots, social media captures, and articles stored inside later releases. These may reproduce one of the known photographs or show Allen alone. A picture appearing inside an EFTA record proves that the produced document contained the image. It does not automatically prove that Epstein created the picture or attended the event depicted.
3. Source and Provenance
The House photographs came from a production by the Epstein estate to congressional investigators. House Oversight Democrats announced on December 12, 2025 that the committee had received approximately 95,000 photographs from the estate. A selected group was released publicly without complete captions, capture dates, original filenames, device information, or photographer credits.
| Provenance stage | What is established | What remains uncertain |
|---|---|---|
| Original creation | Someone photographed or filmed Allen at several Epstein connected gatherings | The photographer and device for most estate images |
| Estate custody | The Epstein estate possessed or controlled copies produced to Congress | When Epstein obtained each image and where each was stored |
| Congressional production | The estate transferred a large photographic collection to House investigators | Whether folder structure, adjacent files, or original metadata were preserved publicly |
| House publication | Individual public files received HOUSE_OVERSIGHT identifiers | Whether every public image is full frame, original resolution, or color accurate |
| Press identification | Multiple outlets identified Allen, Epstein, Bannon, Summers, Previn, and others | Some group identifications remain disputed or poorly sourced |
| Independent street photography | Elder Ordonez photographed the 2013 Madison Avenue walk | The complete sequence and original camera metadata have not been publicly examined here |
The official House Oversight Democrats statement explains the estate production and the committee’s public interest rationale. The release also states that faces were redacted to prevent harm to potential victims. A redaction is a privacy measure, not proof that the person was a victim.
The independent 2013 image has a clearer editorial chain. Page Six reported that Epstein was seen walking on Madison Avenue with Allen and Previn. The published image was credited to Elder Ordonez and INFphoto.com. Later reproductions have credited Elder Ordonez through Splash News or INSTARimages. Those agency names describe distribution arrangements. Elder Ordonez remains the identified photographer.
No verified Getty Images record showing Allen and Epstein together was located during this review. Getty carries many unrelated editorial photographs of Allen, but an ordinary Allen portrait should not be presented as evidence of an Epstein encounter. The Ordonez photograph is the relevant independent professional work.
4. What the Record Contains
Direct photographs of Woody Allen with Jeffrey Epstein
| Record | Visible content | Epstein visible | Evidentiary value |
|---|---|---|---|
| HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_066497 | Allen seated in a director style chair while speaking with Epstein in a filming or production setting | Yes | Directly documents an in person interaction involving apparent media production |
| HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_083517 | Allen and Epstein seated across a table with a redacted woman between or beside them | Yes | Directly documents a private meal or meeting and requires strict privacy treatment |
| HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_051198 | Epstein standing near Allen and another bundled individual in an entry hall | Yes | Documents another encounter in a private or semiprivate interior |
| HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_071621 | Allen and Epstein among a group watching a close range demonstration or performance | Yes | Documents group social access, while several identities and the event date remain uncertain |
| Elder Ordonez 2013 photograph | Epstein walking on Madison Avenue with Allen, Previn, and other adults | Yes | Independent, named photographer evidence of post conviction public association |
Epstein connected photographs without Epstein visible
| Record | Visible content | Proper interpretation |
|---|---|---|
| HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_083632 | Allen speaking with Steve Bannon beside a small easel or board | Evidence that both men attended the same Epstein connected gathering, not proof that Epstein was in the room when the shutter was pressed |
| HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_083463 | Allen with Lawrence Summers and Victoria Summers in a social setting | An estate held social image that maps overlapping contacts, but Epstein is not visible |
The private dinner redaction
The woman in HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_083517 is not publicly identified in the release. Her face should remain redacted. She must not be labeled Soon Yi Previn, an employee, a survivor, a victim, or an Epstein associate without reliable identification evidence.
The photograph establishes that an unidentified woman was present. It does not establish her age, role, relationship to the men, or reason for attending. The safest description is simply “an unidentified adult appearing person whose face was redacted by the releasing authority.” Even that age impression should remain qualified because photographs can be misleading.
Apparent filming and production context
HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_066497 shows Allen in a director style chair facing Epstein. Public coverage has described the scene as a production or filming setup. This interpretation is consistent with the known history of Steve Bannon recording hours of interviews with Epstein for a proposed documentary project. However, the photograph alone does not establish who operated the camera, whether the Allen conversation was recorded, whether Allen participated in Bannon’s project, or whether any resulting footage survives.
The private performance image
HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_071621 has generated conflicting identifications. The central standing or performing figure has widely been identified as magician David Blaine. Some secondary pages have attached different names to other people in the frame. This article does not treat those disputed identifications as settled. Epstein and Allen are the reliable core identifications. Every additional name should be supported by face comparison, contemporaneous records, or direct reporting before it is added to a caption.
5. Key Evidence Points
- Multiple House photographs show Allen and Epstein together in private social settings.
- At least one released image shows them seated at a private dinner with a redacted woman.
- Another image shows Allen in a director style chair speaking with Epstein during apparent filming or interview activity.
- HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_083632 places Allen with Steve Bannon at an Epstein connected interior gathering.
- HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_083463 places Allen with Lawrence and Victoria Summers, although Epstein is not visible in that photograph.
- The Elder Ordonez street photograph independently documents Epstein, Allen, and Soon Yi Previn walking together in New York in 2013.
- The 2013 encounter occurred about five years after Epstein pleaded guilty to Florida state offenses involving a minor.
- Allen later acknowledged that he and Previn attended numerous dinners at Epstein’s neighboring Manhattan residence.
- Released emails and scheduling records support repeated dinners and favors involving Allen, Previn, Epstein, Kathy Ruemmler, Peter Thiel, and other guests.
- No verified photograph was located showing Allen with an identified Epstein survivor.
- No verified Getty image showing Allen and Epstein together was located. The relevant independent professional image is credited to Elder Ordonez.
- None of the reviewed photographs depicts sexual abuse, trafficking, or other criminal conduct.
- Repetition matters. The photographs support a continuing social relationship, not a chance appearance at one large public event.
- The photographs still cannot establish what Allen knew about Epstein’s conduct or what was discussed at any meeting.
6. What the Record Does and Does Not Prove
| The record supports | The record does not establish |
|---|---|
| Allen and Epstein met in person more than once | That Allen participated in Epstein’s trafficking operation |
| Their contact included private meals and indoor gatherings | What was said during any photographed conversation |
| Their social relationship continued after Epstein’s 2008 conviction | That Allen knew the full scope of Epstein’s abuse |
| Soon Yi Previn joined Allen and Epstein during the 2013 walk | That Previn appears in every redacted estate image |
| Allen and Steve Bannon attended the same Epstein connected gathering | That Allen worked on Bannon’s proposed Epstein documentary |
| Allen overlapped socially with Lawrence and Victoria Summers | That Epstein personally took HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_083463 |
| An unidentified woman attended the dinner shown in 083517 | Her identity, age, role, or survivor status |
| The estate retained multiple Allen related photographs | Why Epstein retained them or who selected them for preservation |
| Elder Ordonez independently documented a 2013 public walk | The subject matter of the group’s conversation |
| Correspondence corroborates dinners and continued social contact | Criminal intent or criminal agreement |
The evidence is stronger than a mere address book entry because it directly documents physical proximity and repeated social interaction. It is weaker than testimony, audio, or a contemporaneous written record for determining what happened during those interactions.
The photographs must not be used to make a guilt by association argument. They also must not be minimized as random celebrity snapshots. Allen and Epstein were neighbors, dined together repeatedly, communicated, exchanged favors, and were photographed together after Epstein’s conviction. That is a substantial social relationship. It is not, by itself, proof of participation in Epstein’s crimes.
7. People and Entities Appearing in the Record
| Person or entity | Role in the evidence | Verification status |
|---|---|---|
| Woody Allen | Primary subject appearing in multiple estate and editorial photographs | High |
| Jeffrey Epstein | Visible with Allen in several direct encounter photographs | High |
| Soon Yi Previn | Photographed walking with Allen and Epstein in 2013 and documented in related correspondence | High for the Ordonez photograph |
| Steve Bannon | Visible with Allen in HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_083632 | High through press identification and image comparison |
| Lawrence Summers | Identified in HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_083463 | Supported, but the undated setting needs further documentation |
| Victoria Summers | Identified beside Allen and Lawrence Summers in HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_083463 | Supported, but the release lacks an official caption |
| David Blaine | Widely identified as the performer in HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_071621 | Probable, with caution required because secondary captions conflict |
| Unidentified woman | Face redacted in HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_083517 | Identity and role unknown |
| Unidentified bundled individual | Appears beside Epstein and Allen in HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_051198 | Identity and role unknown |
| Elder Ordonez | Photographer of the 2013 Madison Avenue encounter | High |
| INF Photo | Agency credited with the 2013 publication | High |
| Splash News and INSTARimages | Later distribution credits for the Ordonez photograph | High as distribution sources |
| House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform | Recipient and public releaser of estate photographs | High |
| Epstein estate | Producer of the image collection supplied to Congress | High |
No identified Epstein survivor has been verified in the reviewed Allen photographs. Dylan Farrow has accused Allen of sexually abusing her when she was a child, which Allen denies. That allegation is separate from the Epstein case, and Farrow should not be mislabeled as an Epstein survivor.
8. Timeline Significance
| Date or period | Event | Significance |
|---|---|---|
| June 2008 | Epstein pleaded guilty to Florida state charges including solicitation involving a minor | Establishes that later social contact occurred after a public conviction |
| July 2009 | Epstein was released from custody | Beginning of the period in which he rebuilt elite social access |
| 2010 onward | Reporting places Allen and Previn at repeated dinners in Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse | Provides context for the private dining photographs |
| September 2013 | Elder Ordonez photographed Epstein walking on Madison Avenue with Allen and Previn | Independent visual proof of a public post conviction association |
| 2014 to 2016 | Emails and calendars document dinners, cultural invitations, a White House tour request, and contact through Previn | Shows the relationship extended beyond one photographed walk |
| 2016 | Allen prepared a birthday message describing repeated dinners at Epstein’s residence | Allen’s own reported words corroborate recurring social contact |
| 2017 | Records place Epstein, Allen, and other prominent guests in overlapping dinner plans | Supports network reconstruction around later estate images |
| 2018 to 2019 | Steve Bannon recorded interviews with Epstein for a proposed documentary | Relevant to the apparent production scene in HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_066497 |
| July 2019 | Epstein was arrested on federal sex trafficking charges | Renewed public scrutiny of his post conviction social network |
| August 2019 | Epstein died in federal custody | Increased demand for documentary and photographic disclosure |
| May 2023 | Wall Street Journal reporting described Allen and Previn as frequent Epstein dinner guests | Expanded the public documentary account before the House image release |
| August 2025 | Reporting disclosed Allen’s Epstein birthday message and mansion material | Added first person corroboration of frequent dinners |
| December 12, 2025 | House Oversight Democrats released selected estate photographs | Made the core Allen image set publicly available under House identifiers |
| February 2026 | DOJ released emails detailing the White House tour and continuing relationship | Added documentary context to the photographic evidence |
The critical timeline point is that the relationship documented here was largely post conviction. Allen and Previn did not merely appear with Epstein at a 1990s industry party before his criminal conduct was public. The independently dated 2013 photograph and later correspondence show contact after Epstein’s status as a convicted sex offender was publicly known.
That fact warrants scrutiny, but it still does not establish criminal participation. The correct conclusion concerns judgment, access, normalization, and the restoration of Epstein’s social standing.
9. Related Evidence
The photographic evidence is corroborated by emails, calendars, public statements, and reporting about repeated dinners and favors.
| Record or source | Documented content | Relationship to photographs |
|---|---|---|
| EFTA01619047 | Message referencing “Mr. Alien” and clarinet activity at the Carlyle, probably referring to Woody Allen | A useful lead that requires qualified identification because the name is misspelled or coded |
| EFTA02097572 | Dinner scheduling within Epstein’s social calendar | Helps reconstruct the gatherings around the image set |
| EFTA02097825 | Scheduled dinner involving Woody Allen and other guests | Corroborates repeat social contact |
| EFTA02097950 | Further dinner or guest coordination involving Allen | Adds date and network context unavailable from undated photographs |
| EFTA02098039 | Scheduling record connecting Allen to Epstein hosted activity | Supports recurrence rather than a single chance encounter |
| EFTA02098460 | Dinner planning involving Allen, Soon Yi Previn, Kathy Ruemmler, Peter Thiel, or overlapping guests | Maps the elite social network visible in the photographs |
| Allen birthday message | Allen reportedly described repeated dinners at Epstein’s townhouse and compared the setting to Castle Dracula | First person corroboration that invitations were frequent and accepted |
| White House tour correspondence | Epstein helped arrange a 2015 White House visit for Allen and Previn through Kathy Ruemmler | Documents a favor extending beyond dinner hospitality |
| 2016 school donation messages | Allen or Previn suggested that Epstein direct $15,000 to the Hewitt School | Documents financial assistance connected to the family’s interests |
| Bannon interview project | Bannon recorded hours of Epstein interviews for a proposed documentary | Provides a plausible context for the production related Allen photograph, without proving Allen participated in the project |
The Associated Press investigation reports that Epstein helped arrange a White House tour for Allen and Previn in 2015. The emails also describe regular dinners and supportive exchanges during periods of public controversy. Allen is not accused in that reporting of participating in Epstein’s trafficking crimes.
New York Magazine reported that Allen and Epstein discussed directing a $15,000 donation to the Hewitt School, which one of Allen and Previn’s daughters attended. This is relevant because it shows that the relationship included requested or facilitated benefits, not only meals.
The records should be read at their exact level. A dinner schedule establishes that a dinner was planned. It does not always prove every listed guest attended. An email from a telephone associated with Allen may have been written by Allen, Previn, or another authorized user. Authorship should follow the document rather than assumption.
10. Sleuth and Independent Reporting
Independent reporting is essential for separating primary photographs from recycled screenshots and for reconstructing the post conviction timeline.
The Ankler’s review of Hollywood names in the Epstein files provides industry focused context for examining invitations, appearances, and communications without treating every name match as proof of wrongdoing. Its work is useful for comparing Allen’s repeated, documented contact with weaker celebrity name drops elsewhere in the files.
American Freakshow provides broader independent reporting on Epstein’s elite social world and the normalization systems that allowed him to regain access after conviction. Ellie Leonard’s Substack article Epstein’s Double Agent examines Michael Wolff’s relationship with Epstein and specifically reports that Wolff attended dinners with Epstein and Allen. It is relevant sleuth reporting for the dinner network, although its conclusions should be checked against the underlying released emails. Greg Conners examines overlapping figures in Epstein’s social, legal, and reputation networks. R. Howard Stone’s Document Zero provides another independent archive of Epstein related reporting and leads. Butterfly Bureau supplies survivor centered investigative context and standards for evaluating network evidence.
These sources are starting points. Claims about a specific photograph should ultimately link back to the corresponding House or EFTA record.
Major independent reporting
Page Six published the Elder Ordonez photograph in September 2013, showing Epstein walking with Allen and Previn on Madison Avenue. This image was public more than twelve years before Congress released the estate photographs.
The Wall Street Journal’s 2023 investigation reported that Allen and Previn frequently dined with Epstein after his conviction. The reporting supplied calendar and scheduling context for what the later estate images visually documented.
Vanity Fair reported that four images in the December 12 release featured Allen. It described the Allen and Bannon image as a glimpse into Epstein’s practice of bringing together prominent people from different fields.
The Independent identified Allen in the director style chair with Epstein, at the dinner with a redacted woman, and in conversation with Bannon. TIME and the Associated Press placed the images within the broader congressional release.
Getty Images and other photographers
No verified Getty Images editorial record was found showing Allen and Epstein together. Getty results for Allen largely concern premieres, film festivals, performances, and unrelated street appearances. Those images may help with facial comparison, but they are not evidence of an Epstein encounter.
The strongest independent professional photograph is Elder Ordonez’s 2013 Madison Avenue image. It has appeared with credits to INF Photo, Splash News, and INSTARimages. Dagens Næringsliv published a wider description identifying Epstein, Allen, Previn, Håkon Gundersen, and Terje Rød Larsen in the walking group. This wider frame adds diplomatic network context, although each identity should be checked against the original caption.
No verified professional or estate photograph was located showing Allen together with an identified Epstein survivor. Separate portraits placed side by side in news layouts must not be described as a shared photograph.
11. Reliability and Limitations
| Evidence feature | Reliability assessment |
|---|---|
| Identification of Allen and Epstein in 066497 | High through visual comparison and multiple independent reports |
| Identification of Allen and Epstein in 083517 | High, with the woman’s identity properly withheld |
| Identification of Allen and Bannon in 083632 | High through press reporting and comparison with verified images |
| Identification of Lawrence and Victoria Summers in 083463 | Moderate to high, but the House supplied no public caption |
| Identification of David Blaine in 071621 | Probable, but inconsistent secondary captions require caution |
| Date of the Elder Ordonez street photograph | High at September 2013 through contemporaneous publication |
| Dates of most estate photographs | Low because the public files lack adequate capture metadata |
| Location of the private dinner | Unconfirmed, although the interior is consistent with an upscale residence |
| Claim that every image was taken at Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse | Unsupported without architectural or metadata verification |
| Claim that Allen participated in Bannon’s documentary | Unsupported by the production photograph alone |
| Claim that a redacted person is a survivor | Unsupported and unsafe |
| Claim that the images prove criminal activity | Unsupported |
House identifiers document release and custody, not necessarily capture chronology. An image numbered 083517 was not necessarily taken before 083632. Numeric proximity can reflect a production folder or processing sequence rather than event order.
The estate files may contain crops, screenshots, compressed copies, or frames extracted from video. Without original EXIF data, file hashes, folder paths, and adjacent frames, the public cannot fully reconstruct each image’s digital history.
Visual identification also has limits. Allen’s distinctive appearance makes his identification strong in the core images, but group photographs contain small faces, blur, and partial profiles. Researchers should not rely on automated face recognition alone, particularly when assigning a name that carries reputational consequences.
12. Survivor Safety and Privacy Review
The woman in HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_083517 was redacted by the releasing authority. Her identity must remain protected unless she publicly identifies herself or a reliable official source establishes her identity with permission to publish.
Responsible use of the image set requires these safeguards:
- Do not attempt to reverse the redaction in HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_083517.
- Do not identify the redacted woman through clothing, body shape, location speculation, or facial recognition from another image.
- Do not assume that an unidentified woman at an Epstein dinner was a victim, survivor, employee, recruiter, or sexual partner.
- Do not describe Soon Yi Previn as the redacted woman without direct proof.
- Do not use the photographs to imply that every person in the room witnessed abuse.
- Do not crop unidentified women from the images merely to make the men appear alone.
- Do not republish private contact information, school details, or information about Allen and Previn’s children unless it is essential to a documented public interest finding.
- Keep Dylan Farrow’s separate allegation against Allen accurately attributed. Farrow says Allen sexually abused her when she was a child. Allen denies the allegation. He was not criminally charged. Farrow is not an Epstein survivor and should not be folded into Epstein victim lists.
- Distinguish scrutiny of adult decisions from speculation about survivors.
- Preserve original redactions when redistributing House files.
Survivor centered reporting does not require avoiding uncomfortable facts. It requires directing scrutiny toward the powerful adults who chose to associate with Epstein while protecting people who may have been harmed, photographed, or pulled into the record without meaningful consent.
13. Why This Record Matters
The Allen photographs matter because they document Epstein’s successful return to elite social life after conviction. Epstein did not rebuild his reputation only through financial executives and academics. He also cultivated cultural figures whose presence made his home appear socially desirable and intellectually interesting.
Allen’s reported birthday message described dinners with politicians, scientists, teachers, magicians, comedians, intellectuals, journalists, and musicians. That description closely matches the mixture visible across the estate photographs. Allen appears with a political strategist, a former Treasury secretary, a magician, and other guests. The photographs therefore illustrate Epstein’s social engineering method in practice.
The evidence is also unusually cumulative. There is an independent street photograph, multiple estate photographs, calendars, dinner invitations, correspondence, a birthday message, a White House favor, and a school donation discussion. Together, these records make it difficult to characterize the relationship as a single accidental encounter.
The unanswered issue is knowledge. The public record shows that Allen knew Epstein was a convicted sex offender because the conviction was public and their documented relationship continued afterward. The photographs do not show what Epstein disclosed privately, what Allen observed inside the townhouse, or whether Allen ever encountered a survivor. Those questions require testimony and contemporaneous records.
