Holly Goodrich: Professional Background and Epstein Records Review

Snapshot

Holly Goodrich is a partner at Apollo Global Management and its Global Head of Consultant & OCIO Relations within Client and Product Solutions. She joined the firm in 2008. Earlier professional records identify her as Holly McMullan, with the combined name Holly Goodrich McMullan appearing in an official university award roster.

This review found no verified document establishing a direct connection between Goodrich and Jeffrey Epstein. Searches of three public research interfaces did not produce an attributable full-name match. No EFTA document number, correspondence, meeting, flight or transaction is assigned to her in this article. This is a bounded research finding, not proof that no relevant record exists.

Research checked: October 4, 2026

Identity and professional name variants

McCombs’s official Rising Star history records its 2007–08 honoree as “Holly Goodrich McMullan, MBA ’04.” A May 2016 UT Austin announcement identifies Holly McMullan, MBA ’04, as Apollo’s head of North America business development. Current university and Apollo biographies use Holly Goodrich.

The combined-name record, matching MBA class and consistent employer history support treating these as professional records of the same executive. They do not establish when or why she used each surname. A surname by itself, or an isolated reference to “Holly,” is insufficient to identify her in a separate archive.

Career and education

McCombs’s biographical profile confirms an MBA with a finance concentration and a BA with honors in international business from Sheffield Hallam University. University records date the MBA to 2004. The reviewed institutional biographies do not establish a bachelor’s graduation year.

Capital Creek Partners’ biography describes an Apollo career encompassing institutional distribution in the Americas, strategic partnerships, insurance fundraising and global consultant relations. This places her documented work in fundraising, distribution and investor relationships. Before Apollo, her employers included Pequot Capital Management, Guggenheim, Bear Stearns and Robertson Opportunity Capital. The LifePoint report identifies her Pequot position as senior vice president; precise dates for those earlier jobs were not established here.

Board service and university involvement

LifePoint’s FY2020 annual report, printed page 82, describes McMullan as an Apollo partner responsible for private-equity and capital-markets fundraising. It records advisory involvement with the 30% Coalition, McCombs, New York for McCombs and the Hicks Muse Private Equity Research Center. These are historical descriptions at the report date. The document supports a LifePoint appointment in December 2018, but this review does not independently establish her departure date. It is a company annual report hosted by the Private Equity Stakeholder Project, not a verified SEC filing.

Apollo’s current biography lists board service at Capital Creek Partners and the University of Texas Development Board, alongside New York for McCombs executive-committee and founding membership. The university’s 2024–25 Development Board roster independently names her.

McCombs’s dedicated advisory-council roster lists Goodrich as chair when checked on October 4, 2026. Apollo’s biography and the university’s 2026 keynote biography still say vice chair. This article follows the dedicated council roster for the current office and preserves the discrepancy rather than inventing a transition date.

McCombs’s September 2023 profile also documents her support for business students through two endowments and planned giving. It connects that support to her earlier work helping students enter finance careers.

Epstein records review

The following checks were completed on October 4, 2026. Counts describe what each interface returned at that time. The archives overlap in underlying material, so they should not be treated as three independent sets of evidence.

Source and queryObserved resultWhat it establishes
Tommy Carstensen archive: exact full namesNo matches for “Holly Goodrich” OR “Holly McMullan,” with All sources selected. No indexed exact-name result was located through this query.
Carstensen archive: proximity variantsNo matches with Holly and either surname within five words. No nearby-token match was returned by the tested syntax.
Carstensen archive: broad token combinations12 matching pages for either surname plus Holly. Other contextual queries used either surname plus Apollo, and Holly plus Apollo.Broad retrieval produced incidental matches. Triage did not establish her identity in a record.
Jmail: Holly GoodrichZero results, with All emails selected. No attributable exact-name email result was located.
Jmail: Holly McMullanZero results, with All emails selected. No attributable exact-name email result was located under the historical professional name.
Epstein Exposed: exact full namesNo results for the combined exact-phrase query.A separate index did not supply an identifiable match.

Jmail’s surname-only Goodrich search returned 45 results. Visible matching contexts included an aviation manufacturer, a law-firm name and other individuals. Its McMullan search returned three results with photographer-related context. These search results were used for disambiguation; a common surname is not evidence that the Apollo executive sent, received or was discussed in a message.

General web searches also tested both professional names with Epstein, EFTA, email and Yahoo-related terms. No independently verified person-specific source emerged. Jmail visibly includes messages labeled Yahoo, but this review was not a separate message-by-message audit of the entire publicly released Yahoo archive. No redacted identity was reconstructed or assigned to Goodrich.

Apollo context and attribution limits

Dechert’s January 22, 2021 memorandum documents the Apollo conflicts committee’s review of Leon Black’s relationship with Epstein and possible relationships involving the firm. Neither Goodrich nor McMullan appears in the searchable report text checked for this article. Its existence provides institutional background, but it supplies no person-specific finding about her.

Apollo’s February 18, 2026 letter states the company’s position on its executives’ dealings with Epstein and acknowledges that some employees supplied information connected with Epstein’s work for Black. The letter does not identify Goodrich. It is a corporate statement, not a court finding. No inference about her conduct, knowledge or contact follows from her employment at Apollo.

Limitations and unresolved questions

Searchable archives can omit documents, mishandle scans, split names, retain duplicate versions or exclude redacted text. Exact-name searches can therefore miss relevant material. Conversely, broad searches can return unrelated people, businesses and words on the same page. The review did not manually inspect every page in every release, and a negative search result cannot certify absence from the complete historical record.

Further research requires an attributable primary record. Any new claim should be checked against its original page, date, authorship and document identifier before changing the finding above.

  • Can a primary record identify Goodrich through her full name, historical professional name or corroborated role?
  • If an EFTA or House Oversight identifier exists, does its original page identify this executive through a full name, professional role or other corroborating context?
  • Does a proposed record show actual correspondence or conduct, a third-party statement, or an incidental mention?
  • Can dated institutional records resolve her LifePoint departure date and the transition from McCombs vice chair to chair?
